Central Address Management (CAM) in MK02
In one of our developments, we needed to update the Purchasing Group of a vendor using BDC by calling transaction MK02. We encountered an unusual issue where the change document header (CDHDR) and change document item (CDPOS) tables were incorrectly updated with object class ‘ADRESSE’, even though we made no changes to the address values. This issue was related to Central Address Management (CAM) in MK02, which caused the system to register updates to address data unnecessarily. read more
