1 less common vampire type stories i like is the vampire guardian, though it might be slowly becoming less uncommon now.
What if the McGuckets and Ford were able to do a long lasting vampire hunter group with Stan getting Ford to agree to drink his blood at a not too distant point. So Fiddleford and Emma May are left in charge. There's a simi hidden bunker for the group to use with 2 sections. 1 is very secure and well stocked in case of a ton of vampires trying to get in and plenty of anti vampire measures. The other , smaller part, has more access points where Stan and Ford stay. There's security and anti vampire measures but it's more of preventing vampires from getting out. Its mainly dwelling quarters, Ford's lab and some stuff for Stan to do while they wait for regular vampires to find them.
Sometimes the hunters go out to find vampires if none have moved into the area that's been turned into the Bermuda Triangle to vampires. They're right next to a town and put out plenty of the attractant made from their Venus vampire duo so vampires keep coming.
Its definitly a way for the story to go here! If it came down to it, Ford would definitely become a vampire to stay by Stan's side, then work to make a cure for both them and the common vampire strain.
The only difference I'd make here is that Ford would still be in charge of his vampire hunting organization. He's not a threat to people, and right now he's the expert. He'd be very involved with everything, and as time went on all the higher members would know he and Stan are vampires, while newer ones would have no idea. Once everythings even better established Ford and Stan would go around hunting vampires in the field, then have a place to stay at the main base, which I imagine is just Fords house, but now with upgrades to house more people and continue studying vampires.
If i continued on this track, then the summer of 2012 would follow a similar horror story where Dipper and Mabels parents got eaten by vampires and they were picked up by the vampire hunters that rescued them. Neither would know that Ford and Stan were related at first, and i imagine they claim to be distant cousins to explain why they looked so young.

17. “My love, you look pale. Come sit down, I’ll take your blood pressure and listen to your heart.” – Simi because this is one of my favorites and I think it fits them. ❤
Okay! Here we go <3 some little fun mentions in this.
Kimi was a godsend. An absolute fucking godsend. Sebastian wanted to marry him and have him around forever.
Kimi was the best. Ever.
Sebastian had thought he'd never find anyone who would understand his heartbeat kink. He had thought he would have to keep it hidden forever. Keep silent. Keep sush. No one would ever understand it. Would they?
And then along came Kimi Raikkonen.
Kimi who had found out about Sebastian's kink and had been absolutely supportive of it.
Kimi who had bought him a top of the range stethoscope and blood pressure cuff when he had retired from Formula One.
Yeah. He was gonna marry Kimi.
The man in question had told him to wait in their bedroom. It was date night and instead of going out to dinner, Kimi had requested they stay at home instead. Kimi had cooked a rather delicious steak dinner and they had shared a rather nice bottle of wine. It had been rather lovely and Sebastian had found he didn't miss going out. This was just as good.
And now Kimi had asked him to wait in the bedroom, requesting him to have his shirt off and to only wear his boxers. He didn't know what the Finn was up to, but he had the feeling he would enjoy it.
When Kimi finally appears, Sebastian's breath catches in his throat.
Kimi is in scrubs. SCRUBS. Sebastian's favourite Littmann stethoscope was around his neck and a white lab coat completed the look. Sebastian has to hide his laughter that on the front of the lab coat were the words 'Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital'
(Kimi knew Sebastian loved Grey's Anatomy. He just hadn't expected Kimi to use it for THIS.)
"Ah, there you are my love. You look pale. Make yourself comfortable, I'll take your blood pressure and listen to your heart." Kimi tells him, showing him the blood pressure device in his hands.
Sebastian swallows thickly and lays back on the bed. "I do feel rather shaky." The words come out in a whisper and Kimi sends him a wonderful crooked grin.
"I can see. I'll just get settled and we'll start, hm?" Kimi asks as he sets the blood pressure monitor on the bedside table. "Give me your arm?"
Sebastian does so and Kimi places the cuff on his arm and presses the button on the monitor. The cuff starts to tighten and Sebastian keeps still so Kimi can get a good reading.
When the cuff goes down Kimi reads the result and then hums. "Blood pressure looks good. Let's take a listen to your heart."
Kimi gets out the stethoscope and puts the ear pieces in his ears. He gently places the diaphragm on Sebastian's chest and hums softly. "Your heart is racing."
"How fast?" Sebastian whispers, licking his lips.
Kimi lifts his arm to look at his watch and he silently starts counting the beats. It makes Sebastian feel a wave of affectionate love for his boyfriend.
"106." Kimi hums and then he smirks. "You want my prognosis?"
Sebastian nods softly, breathing heavily.
"I think we can make your heart go much much quicker. What do you say?" Kimi asks in a low tone, moving until he's straddling him with the chest piece of the stethoscope hovering over his chest where his heart is already beating faster.
"Yes, Doctor." Sebastian breathes out and Kimi claims his lips in a deep kiss.
Oh he's so gonna fucking marry this guy.

SUMMIT All Stars
NewJeans

Shygirl
めっちゃ休む〜The Lounge Society〜Cornelius
Ali Shaheed Muhammad (from A Tribe Called Quest)

Award Tour"からスクラッチで繋いで"Electric Relaxation"...
Blur

"St. Charles Square"でしっかりと暖め、"Popscene"。 Beetlebum"。
I just slip away and I'm gone"の一節でぐわっと呑まれてしまい、そのまま。
Always should be someone to really love"だものね。" For Tomorrow"とか"Chemical World"とか"Out Of Time"も聴きたかったな〜って感情もどっか行くくらい満足してしまった。 This Is A Low"もめちゃくちゃ良かったす。

This is actually a really interesting and kinda funny way to see it for me.
Lots of words after the cut about it, but I don't want to clog up everyone's feeds with it.
TLDR; I studied art in the form of graphic design and I essentially dropped out of it near the end because the lack of structure at that point meant I was struggling to complete work that was bad when I did.
I went to college for Graphic Design because of my art interests, and as I was undiagnosed with anything (I'm for sure ADHD, and fairly certain more than that but the rest is unconfirmed), the structured environment of school stuff up to then was what kept me generally going in terms of actually getting anything done. I never really studied, I did homework generally just before it was due, and I managed to graduate with over a 4.0 GPA, getting Magna Cum Laude ropes, but not the higher one (Summa Cum Laude?).
Getting to the college level, the classes with less structure were actually way harder for me (though I definitely didn't realize that was the problem), with the typically structured classes getting good grades, but I constantly avoided lectures that I wasn't required to attend, and often got by in design classes by turning in barely finished projects that I usually completed the literal night before in a rush.
I managed to get enough of a handle on that through frustration (and probably through how I often I was able to work on things alongside others) that I managed to pass the portfolio review at the end of the second year, and I honestly did some reasonably okay work so long as guidelines were clear and I was interested enough in the project.
...I then did a mediocre job at keeping up through the third year, turning out one or two decent things, but the design classes were overall a lot more technical than project focused, so I stuck with it. I was stressed out beyond belief, doing terrible work, and subconsciously doing everything in my power to get out of the classes on a regular basis, up to and including being physically ill in the mornings from what were probably stomach ulcers.
It was at the beginning of the senior year where the class structure changed from something more standard to a setup with everyone still in my group of the program merging into a single classroom/lab space focused on completing work more like that in a real-world design agency (including some especially large projects and the potential to do work for an actual client at I think two different points of the year). On top of that, since it was my senior year, I was finally able to move off-campus to a shared apartment with some friends, and so I had a much harder time sharing space with other people who were working on similar projects unless I traveled onto campus outside of standard class hours (even though most other people did).
While most people were excited to have the freedom and get more used to the "real-world" situation, I was floundering and could barely get anything done. The lack of structure, including mostly free-reign on ideas and implementation, and the dramatically less interesting subject matter of most of the projects (to me personally at least), meant that I was making bad designs and struggling to get them finished at all. For example, I remember three specific projects during that first semester of senior year, each of which had an element randomly assigned to us:
A booklet promoting a variety of decorative plant, which were mostly specific groups of flowers, but for which I ended up with ornamental grasses (which are perfectly fine, but I had zero interest in, and honestly felt like a wildly more difficult subject than others got), and I made something as ugly and boring as it felt
A logo design which would later include additional materials for what I believe was supposed to be a specific/niche product shop, for which I got decorative tile (which again, already felt specific, and then most of my concepts for it were turned down as they were too similar to existing shops, so maybe I just had bad luck on top of my executive dysfunction)
A poster design highlighting one of a selection of semi-famous buildings, which I believe was still somewhat in progress at the end of the semester. I remember I pulled a Palazzo, but even after just googling a bit, I can't remember which one. For that, I had made a garish-looking pile of beige shapes on a blue background with a pretty pathetic overall concept
I was struggling so much at the end of that first semester that the professors of the program pulled me aside and essentially asked if I still wanted to be doing the whole design thing or if I would be better off doing something else, because they didn't want me to end up failing and needing to do a whole additional year of college or more to make up for it. I ended up switched to basically a "catch-all" degree the school offered (Integrative Studies), that would allow me to make use of everything I'd done and just take a few more general classes to help round things out, and I am so glad I did that.
All that is I guess to say, creative programs are definitely not for everyone, myself clearly included. Some people hate the structure and the rules, and other people can't work without them. My experience in this may not be relatable, but I have to say, I still have that feeling sometimes of enjoying a project more if there are some reasonable guidelines and limitations, because then it's not just the project, it's also solving a problem, and gosh is it satisfying to solve a problem.
I could never go to art school. You mean I have to be creative... within rules and on a time limit? My executive dysfunction would get me kicked out inside a week

Why the fuck do people think I have a valley accent like dude that doesn’t even EXIST we talk the way everyone else does. Pop culture fucked us over and made a fake accent for “annoying characters” get associated with us and not, you know, the fucking abandoned radioactive testing site that San fernando valley and Simi Valley metaphorically share custody of
#this is a JOKE#I’m only talking about this because I think it’s incredibly funny#besides we all know that Simi Valley is the favorite parent of that field lab#that’s why articles on it only talk about the effects of the radiation happening to simi residents#despite the fact that the San Fernando valley also got screwed over by it
