You think it ever came up in conversation between Catherine and Simon how they made it onto the ARK last second? And simon will be simon and say something like "yeah im glad that transfer worked, would suck if i was stuck down there."

And Catherine is just left with the choice to tell Simon again that it wasnt a transfer, it was a copy. To let him know he left another version of himself all alone in the depths of the ocean, that he is just another duplicate.

Or does he come to the realisation on his own eventually? Once he has time to think, and how would he deal with that?

okay so i was looking at posters and stuff in soma's files (wanna put them in voices of the void) and holy smokes i never noticed this

first is simon's apartment posters normal everyone's seen them, BUT!

second is simon's apartment but in the dream that akers puts him (idk if they're actually there or not but the file is named "poster_simons_room_xx_dream")
