i think the dynamic between grian and vriska is so fun because. not only are they both CHAOTIC but having grian instead of spidermom could fix vriska in the worst way possible. spidermom will tell vriska to kill 100 children but grian will take her to pollute everyones bases within a 50 mile radius with a million chickens and i think thats exactly what she deserves to do

Also you must consider season 7 with the turf war—it’s literally grian vs. scar. AKA vriska vs. terezi. Like are you kidding me they will absolutely get into so many damn shenanigans. Like I doubt vriska could thrive without causing problems and that’s exactly why Grian is the best gaurdian for her.

Raylan has a crush and she knows it and its sweet as fuck: a journey

I’m a little obsessed with this scene because it’s really just Raylan acting on a crush. There’s no swagger and there’s no back and forth of flirty wits. He just wants her to know he’s worried about her and that he’s there because he cares. There’s no guile it in and they’re very clear about where they stand in the situation. She’s Clement’s lawyer who protects criminals, she knows she’s in danger. Raylan lets her know he’s there because she’s in danger, but it ends with him making it clear that he cares about her and wants her to know he does. 

Look how cool uncool he starts. Very, hey there ma’am. I know I’m charming and I know you like me. You’re in danger. 

And she’s like.... ????? yeah????? water is wet, raylan. 

And he reacts immediately because it’s personal for him. He first plays it off

She plays back. Raylan amuses her, it’s so sweet I forgot what they’re in the middle of.

For a brief second tho, it amuses him that it amuses her because it makes her smile. 

But also like she’s in real fucking danger.

She knows he has to take the warning 

His whole demeanor changes. He gets closer to the desk. He voice even gets lower and more strained because he wants her to know he’s beyond serious. 

She finds it very charming. 

But then he goes full on puppy dog, like, please. Please. Please. Be careful.

AND SHE WALKS OVER TO HIM AND NEXT TO HIM. THEY’RE FACING DIFFERENT WAYS, BUT HALF TURNED TO EACH OTHER.
