every time i stumble onto a cool channel about folklore and other mythological topics i need to check whether op is a right-leaning conspiracy theorist, and unfortunately i’ve been disappointed yet again

#even if theyre not antis*emetic i don’t like how a non zero portion of their fans are #even if they are tolerant of different belief systems i don’t like that a non zero portion of their fans aren’t #it just . reflects on the type of content that those types of people are even visible to me at all #like i don’t mind watching channels by people who don’t share exactly the same politics as me . that’s whatever #but i’d rather know before getting attached to a channel’s contenr whether or not to expext a random ‘oh this pagan ritual is bad bc #it’s not christian’ type vibe and have everyone in the comments praying to jesus #i love history and its many many variations upon traditional religion #and though i do have some channels that Aren’t weird about it thank god it’s always a bummer to realise that certain content is gonna be #heavily biased towards Condemnation of certain religions instead #idk all content is biased in one direction or the other but i’d rather watch the content that is mostly tolerant of different beliefs systms #jay rambles
