They say that " when a man (Muslim) dies his body will be covered with three layers of cloth. But when a woman (Muslim) dies, her body will be covered with five layers of cloth ." 

And what is the moral of the story? because Allah  Subhanahu wa ta'ala  does not want it even on a woman's body yang sudah meninggal, Dimana orang bisa melihat bentuk tubuhnya. 

And also when you die Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala covers your (women) head. and it was said very beautifully, So you don't want it to be the last or the first time you wear the hijab.

And that is something that touches my heart so deeply. You know the next morning I remember I woke up and it was my birthday. and I had previously bought a lot of hijabs, I just bought them. 

Then I remembered I woke up the next morning I immediately put on and wore the hijab. and God willing, I will never let it go again (aammiinn..).

And after that, Sana and her husband had just finished their Hajj pilgrimage. Masha Allah. I hope Sana and her husband will always be steadfast in the path of Allah Subhanahu wata'ala, aamiinn..

Islam always comes beautifully, even though it is from things that humans consider small (trivial), especially in treating every woman, Islam really respects them.

Do you have any headcanons for what Kamala and her nani’s relationship is like?

Tbh I think it’s pretty much what it is in the show: Sana tells her stories about Muneeba, shows her pictures, etc and Kamala is always shocked at how outgoing and adventurous her mother was (based on personal experience 😂).

Sana is also one of Kamala’s trusted confidants, even moreso than Muneeba most of the time—not because Kamala doesn’t love her mom ofc, it’s just easier to talk to grandparents sometimes! It’s part of why she gravitated to the bangle when she saw it might be Sana’s—she loves hearing about her family history, especially her nani’s history!

Sana teaches Kamala how to read and write Urdu—it’s fairly intuitive since Arabic has mostly the same letters, but since the Quran has pronunciation markings and Urdu mostly doesn’t (Arabic mostly doesn’t either, it’s just the Quran), it’s a bit of an adjustment. Again, speaking from personal experience 😂 my grandma’s been teaching me!

If a reader or a Darul Uloom scholar genuinely believes, or attempts to justify such torment as coming from God i.e. as a genuine calling from God, then you are sick within.

What I am witnessing from the Darul Uloom scholars in England, makes religion look like a mental sickness, like it’s a disease, like some form of a virus.
