 Some types of inspections are more common in some of the sectors than others. It can be unique to a particular industry such as broken or missing pill detectors in the pharmaceutical sector. In these industries, a wide range of inspection systems has been developed to check if the batch codes are present. It is also to check if the correct product is packed in the boxes and the verification of the product. Other than the mainstream industries, inspection is also carried in other sectors such as the garment industry. They use detection equipment for pre-packed items. It is similar to die casting with the difference in the raw material used. In die casting, they use metals that need high temperature for melting while injection molding is done on elastomers, glasses, and commonly on thermosetting and thermoplastic polymers for melting but elastomers and most commonly thermoplastic and thermosetting polymers but this technique is widely used for fabrication of thermoplastic materials. This process is done by heating raw materials. And then injecting them into the mold cavity, this is done by applying pressure at a specific temperature without changing in their chemical composition.
 Injection Molding:
 Important parts of Injection molding The important parts of injection molding are a barrel, a rotating screw plunger, material hopper, an injection arm, heating device, ejectors, inside mold cavity, and movable pattern. Normally an injection molding machine works horizontally. They consist of a cylindrical pipe, a hopper is situated at one end of a barrel. A hydraulic rotating screw or a ram runs by the electrical motor, this is used to provide force and it is located inside the barrel. Also, a heart is attached to the barrel and circumstantially used for melting the molding material that descends from the hopper.
On the other side of the hopper, a mold cavity is attached. This mold is situated inside the movable pattern and mold cavity, which is used in the entire manufacturing process. This mold is made of tool steel, aluminum, and copper. The life cycles of different material molds are different which can be selected as per the requirement.
 After the entire process is finished, the parts that are manufactured are cooled sufficiently. The mold is opened and some of the ejectors are used for the removal of the part without causing any damage. After the part is removed, the mold is closed again.
