one of the hardest things for me to do now that i live alone AND especially since shortly after i moved into my first apartment and moved away from home i got promoted into a position that keeps me at work for basically the entire day (and is so exhausting that when i do get home or have a day off all i feel capable of is laying horizontal, on top of the fact that i have baseline extreme fatigue) is cleaning/picking up. it was hard before due to the depression and adhd (which has gotten worse recently yay) but now it feels insurmountable. and i dont have laundry OR a dishwasher. lollll. but anyway today i did not only the dishes that have been sitting in the sink i also did dishes like glasses that have been sitting on my windowsill for months. and is anyone proud of me......
