It doesn’t take much to have magical momemts...went to visit my sistar @simone.jahbless this rising...it was only about 20 minutes but just absolutely blissful. We decided to take a walk, breathe in some fresh prana while picking some cerassee and Spanish needle...we found some pum pum flowers too! Such a short link up but my cup is so full. CONSCIOUS RELATING . What does consciously relating FEEL like in my body? It feels safe. It feels like the walls around my heart dropping down. It feels like belonging. . I spent so much of my youth trying to fit in, to be someone that would be liked instead of being myself and finding the spaces I belonged. . I didn’t understand the difference. I thought shapeshifting into what people wanted would bring me happiness but it ended up backfiring royally because I was still judged AND I never felt fully myself. . The people in this world who make me feel safe in the container of their friendships are the ones who show up as their full selves and allow me to show up 1000% myself in all my wildness. . We don’t always agree but we always show up for each other and respect one another and the container of our love. We work really hard to own our own shit in a way that we can show up more fully in our relationship. . Those people make me feel like my often triggered nervous system can relax and feel at peace in their space. It feels like the tightness in my chest releasing and like I can take deep breaths. .
