They are there for each other, they are ride and dies. Getting into trouble for each other. And Sky platonically Dom's Rain in public. You know just everyday best-friend type things!

Yai & Tharn (The Sign)

They've been together since childhood. Yai knows all about Tharns secret abilities. He's also the Captain of the PhayaTharn ship!

Hao Ting, Bo Xiang, Xie De, Xia En & Gao Chun (History 3:MODC)

Between Hao Ting marching up to Zhi Gang and giving a sales pitch for dating Bo Xiang, Bo Xiang dealing with Hao Tings big bisexual awakening and having to listen to him gush over Xi Gu like a 12 year old with her first crush, plus after finding out both Hao Ting and Bo Xiang like men Xie De, Xie En & Gao Chun sneaking gay manga or whatever and looking at it so they can understand their friends is just adorable and gives them a place on the list. Nevermind they were all there for Hao Ting after the event that shall not be mentioned because it never happened!!

Mhok & Phojai (Last Twilight)

You have to appreciate ex's that can remain friends. Although Phojai and Mhok broke up she never abandoned him when he was in prison and supported him after his sisters' death. She encouraged him with Day and getting jobs. And he was there when she cut out her loser boyfriend, was left pregnant, and left homeless. They were family already but they thought hey let's solidify this and marry/date brothers! No one doing it like them.

Toh, Jao, Daisy & Som (Secret Crush on You)

These four! What a friend group. They supported each other in everything. Including some of the crazy delusions! They were there for each other through sexual explorations, identity crises, bullying, confidence issues, and general life. They probably wouldn't have done half the things they did without supporting each other.

I might do more than one of these because I don’t think this is really your fandom BUT since it’s my Birthday I am DELIGHTFULLY answering this using a fic I am SO excited about. Backstory: I JUST WANTED TO SHOOT A MAN. But I played myself and have to write like 3 fluffy backstory/get shit together stories to take place in the verse before I get to shoot a man share what made me start writing in the first place.

SNIPPET: That's Not How This Works (Under the Cut)!

There’s silence on the line, but Chay saw the phone, he knows. Knows there’s only one person that could possibly be calling him from this number, and the fact that they’re silent just seems to reinforce that knowledge. Isn’t that messed up? That he knows it’s his Phi by the silence?

Somehow it feels weighty, but not judgemental. There’s always been a presence to Kim’s regard, a significance. Chay can remember how it felt to have Kim’s eyes on him, the weight and the warmth and the press of something strange and magnificent and immense. Chay isn’t sure what to do with the fact that Kim is calling him just to sit in silence, can’t help but shift nervously in his seat as he comes to a decision.

"P'Kim?" Chay whispers, and it's all Kim can do not to sob at the gentle utterance of his name.

His hand tenses, further pressure on the wound at his ribs, clenching blood-soaked cotton over tender flesh. Tears spring to his eyes, though whether from that gentle greeting or the pain, he couldn't say. Somehow, Chay answering the phone felt more impactful than recalling the fact that he was swiftly bleeding out on a warehouse floor. "Chay."

"P'Kim," Chay repeated, less tentative but still gentle, hesitant. "Y-you called."

It’s Kim that did that to him, that taught Chay cautiousness. Chay used to be so enthusiastic with him, so raw and unfiltered, impetuous and trusting. Now he’s been burned by Kim, he’s been hurt, and he’s reluctant to uncurl from the defensive posture Kim knocked him into… reluctant to bloom as sweet and open as he had the first time, to Kim’s everlasting shame.

nope! he's very lucky in that aspect ( although he would be very mindful of his loved one's allergies- for example, his friend has an allergy to peanuts? if they're going to a restaurant, he'll always check ahead of time to make sure the place has peanut-free options ).

along with a used copy of p*ride and p*rejudice ( which he has annotated heavily ), his other two most precious books are used copies of the i*liad and wide s*argasso sea. the former was a comfort to him during his secondary school days and the latter he was rereading for class when he met felicity. ironically, she was reading jane e*yre which is what wide s*argasso sea is based on.

💓 BEATING HEART - what gets their heart racing?

this is probably very simple but his partner like openly flirting with him or being openly romantically affectionate with him in public ( ex. kissing him in front of say his students ). he’s inadvertently made a bubble around himself and therefore it makes ppl more hesitant with being touch friendly with him...so for his partner to make a move on him? would totally leave him breathless, he might do the same in return, what can i say, i guess he likes the thrill of it all 😂

💌 LOVE LETTER was answered! i’ll do 💖 SPARKLING HEART - are they a subtle or a showy lover?

see i used to say he was completely a subtle lover, but seeing how...smooth and shameless he’s been when it comes to showing affection now, i still would say he’s subtle, but he has his moments of impulsiveness sdjkflsjdkl when he is being subtle though, it’s less about the display and more about the intention behind the act that he goes by. so for example, as a sign of trust and affection, he might give his partner his used copy of the i*liad, which might not seem like much, BUT because he’s made so many annotations there especially during secondary school, that’s his way of saying ‘i trust you and i want you to know me better so i’m giving you my copy of a book i read a lot in high school so you know about that part of my life’ 🥲

🍓 STRAWBERRY - do they eat their fruit & veg? what is their favourite fruit or vegetable?

see patrick is usually a very responsible person and therefore will eat his fruits and veggies....that being said if the vegetables are brussel sprouts pls catch him trying to hide them amongst his other foods...😂

as for his favorites though, he really likes sweet potatoes and pumpkins ( also because they can be used in desserts ) for veggies and honeydew melons for fruits!
