United States Solid Waste Management Vehicle Market Size, Growth & Trends 2026
Tumblr media
Surge in demand of robotic Solid Waste Management Vehicle in the country is driving the growth of United States Solid Waste Management Vehicle Market, in the forecast period.
United States solid waste management vehicle market are anticipated to show a robust growth in the upcoming five years, 2022-2027. The market growth can be attributed to the rising demand of management of solid waste generated in the country. Moreover, the government funded awareness drives and schemes have created enough concerns among the general population about the rapidly degrading environmental health. The concerns are driving the surge in the demand of vehicles that can easily and comfortably transport the waste from each nook and corner of the country to the degradation sites where proper waste management process can be carried out. Daily generation of the solid waste is too high in the country. According to EPA, a common American in a day can produce about 5.5 to 6 pounds of trash. Environmental Protection Agency of United States (US EPA) is the governing body that handles and regulates the solid waste management in all the states. EPA promotes and encourages the processes of solid waste management by source reduction, recycling, composting, landfills, energy recovery from waste, and managing the transfer stations.
According to TechSci report on, “United States Solid Waste Management Vehicle Market By Vehicle Type (Auto Tipper or Hopper Tipper, Garbage Compactor Truck, Dumper Placer, Earth Moving Equipment) By Region, Competition Forecast & Opportunities, 2026”, United States solid waste management vehicle market is anticipated to show a robust growth in the forecast period 2022-2026 with an impressive CAGR on the account of rising demand of better and convenient transportation system of the solid waste management as well as the surge in the demand of the better management of the solid waste that is being produced daily in the country. Moreover, exponential rate of expansion of industrial activities and inappropriate methods of waste management are expected to boost the growth of the United States solid waste management vehicle market in the next five years. Due to rapid population growth and urbanization, the solid waste production has increased therefore authorities have been making stricter rules and regulations regarding the solid waste management and industrial wastes, the process involves a major category of vehicles that transports the garbage from door to door and transports it to the solid waste management factories, which is driving the growth of the United States solid waste management vehicles market in the next five years.
According to the U.S. classification of trucks (class 1 to class 9), refuse collection trucks fall under the class 8 category, which is considered a category for heavy trucks. In the U.S., while heavy trucks contribute merely 4% of total vehicles, they are estimated to be responsible for ~30% of vehicle emission and ~26% of fuel usage. Also, demand of electric and hybrid electric vehicles that may help in the solid waste management is increasing. Mostly for the heavy duty trucks which contributes to the hazardous fuel emission. The electric and hybrid vehicles would have great impact on the emissions with their cleaner economics and outsized impact. Thus, the factor is also inclusive in the list of driving factors of the United States solid waste management vehicle market growth in the upcoming five years.

The United States solid waste management vehicle market is segmented by vehicle type, regional distribution and competitional landscape. Based on vehicle type, the market is further bifurcated into auto tipper or hopper tipper, garbage compactor truck, dumper placer, and earth moving equipment. Auto tipper or hopper tipper are anticipated to hold the largest shares of the market and assert its dominance over other type of the solid waste management vehicle market on grounds of the surge in the demand and requirement to collect the garbage from door to door. Auto tippers are a refuse compactor vehicle, that is mounted with solid waste collection equipment. It is often designed for lifting and unloading the garbage from bins, and small collectors. Garbage compactor trucks are a kind of portable compactors. A compactor body is mounted on a truck along with a container. It is designed to be transported by specially designed Hook Loader Unit, which is driven to the dumping ground/processing plant for discharge of compacted garbage. Dumper placer is a truck that is mounted with hydraulically operated arms and lifting mechanism that collects, lifts, transports, tips, etc.
Holding the largest revenue of the market shares, a partial list of the market players includes Waste Management Inc., Republic Services Inc., Waste Connection Inc., Clean Harbors Inc., Covanta Holding Corporation, US Ecology, Inc, Oshkosh Corporation, Dover corporation, New Way manufacturers, Amalgamations Repco Ltd, among others. The market players are actively involved in the development of the technologically advanced composter vehicles such that the transportation and the solid waste management cost can be reduced. Since the government has acute responsibility in the sector, the venturing capital and other financial sustenance is not an issue and supports the further growth of the market in the upcoming five years.

“Solid waste management vehicles with the technological advancements are capable to automatically lift, and tip over the garbage containers to collect the garbage. More advancements may include features like recycling of garbage and separating the non-recyclable from the recyclable waste. Market players must attenuate themselves with the government policies and governmental norms for the future settlement of the market. Since the waste management companies often have their own trucks and compost vehicles; solid waste management vehicle manufactures must collaborate with the management companies and supply the demands,” said Mr. Karan Chechi, Research Director with TechSci Research, a research based global management consulting firm.

On the Road Again - Rockstar!Eddie Munson x GN!reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
tags/warnings: ~700 words // SFW, fluff, no use of Y/N, established relationship no descriptors for reader, sleep troubles, slight mentions of nausea and vomit as well as mentions of the standard toilet system in tour buses, in my writing world the bunks are big enough to fit you and eddie no matter what!
i wrote this for @corrodedcoffinfest’s writing event day 5 prompt as it has officially been the 5th of July for about 2 hours for me so.. yeah. I had fun writing this so i hope you enjoy!
❛ ━━━━━━━━・❪ ❁ ❫・━━━━━━━━━ ❜
You’d grown used to the quirks of the tour bus. It wasn’t easy at first. Eddie warned you about the difficulties when you first agreed to come with him on his band’s tour. Living on the road has its challenges, and the bus is as cheap as they could get it. But you’d survived 14 hour road trips, and this time you’d have the love of your life and, most importantly, a bed. How hard could it be?
It was fine, mostly. Although not ideal in the long run, relying on gas station snacks worked for now. The toilet had an odd design where you couldn’t flush toilet paper or any solid waste. Gareth proved this when he forgot and caused a lingering stench on the bus for 3 hours, but you could manage. What you weren’t prepared for was the disastrous effect it would have on your sleep.
At first Eddie; ever the man-child, called dibs on a top bunk. He assured you it would work fine, and while the bed had enough space, the swaying was so bad you almost vomited 3 times in two hours. Jeff only offered to trade after Eddie had convinced the group that the smell of vomit would be even worse than the Gareth incident.
Despite the warm welcome of your stomach settling once you were in the bottom bunk, you still struggled to get to sleep. It seemed every time you would drift off, the bus would make a sharp swerve, drive over what seemed to be the largest rock possible and crash back down, or enter complete road rage over another vehicle and blare the horn.
The next morning when you stopped at a gas station, the first thing you went for was earplugs.
It’s hard to say if the road conditions have gotten better the further on the tour you got, or if your body has gotten immune to disruptions. But, over time, it got easier to get a proper night’s rest.
Still, you dealt with the occasional jolt.
In all honesty, you hadn’t even realised you had fallen asleep. One minute you’re resting your head on Eddie’s lap, his fingers lazily stroking across your head, and the next you have the adrenaline of a caveman being hunted, shooting up into a sitting position and looking around for the source of your distress.
Your panic settles when you feel his warm hands on you. “Hey, hey.” He whispers, gently running his hands up and down your arms. “That was a big one, eh? It’s okay, come back to me, sweetheart.”
You angle your head to look at him. Judging by the deep croakiness of his voice and the light redness of his eyes, he must’ve fallen asleep as well. The constant shows taking a toll on him. He wears a bashful smile as he looks at you through his eyelashes.
Stretching your back, you let out a groan and look out the window, seeing the busy streets of the town where Eddie’s next gig was.
“Are we here already? You ask, looking back to see the other band members staring out the windows like you.
Jeff stifles a laugh. “Already? You slept for four hours.” He says, gingerly pointing to the clock above his head.
He was right. It was almost 4 o’clock, four hours was being charitable.
“Huh,” you say, turning to your boyfriend, who was rubbing his eyes in earnest. He scrunches his nose as rolls his shoulders back slightly. He has less freckles now that he’s not in the sun as often, his under eyes darkened to the point of needing to buy concealer for shows. Yet you still think he’s the most beautiful man in the world.
When he notices you staring at him, Eddie flashes you a smile before wrapping his arms around your waist to turn your back to him and pull you closer. “Guess you’re getting better at this sleeping thing than you thought, huh?” He says, tucking your head under his chin.
You look around at your friends, the energy and excitement of the upcoming show beaming from them and filling the bus, feeling the warmth of Eddie and even the rumble of the old, cheap bus, and you feel at home.
“Yeah, I guess I am.”

Swedish researchers say they have developed a new method of recycling batteries from electric vehicles that allows recovery of 100 percent of the aluminum and 98 percent of the lithium.
Researchers at Chalmers University of Technology have presented the efficient way to recycle metals from spent batteries, and at the same time minimize the loss of valuable raw materials such as nickel, cobalt and manganese.
Furthermore, no expensive or harmful chemicals are required in the process because the researchers use oxalic acid—an organic acid that can be found in the plant kingdom.
“So far, no one has managed to find exactly the right conditions for separating this much lithium using oxalic acid, whilst also removing all the aluminum,” said Léa Rouquette, PhD student in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. “Since all batteries contain aluminum, we need to be able to remove it without losing the other metals.”
In the Chalmers battery recycling lab, Rouquette and research leader Martina Petranikova showed how the new method works—taking the pulverized components in the form of a finely ground black powder and dissolving it in a transparent liquid – oxalic acid.
Rouquette produces both the powder and the liquid in something reminiscent of a kitchen mixer. Although it looks as easy as brewing coffee, the exact procedure is a unique scientific breakthrough. By fine-tuning temperature, concentration and time, the researchers came up with a new recipe for using oxalic acid, an environmentally friendly ingredient that can be found in plants such as rhubarb and spinach.
“We need alternatives to inorganic chemicals. One of the biggest bottlenecks in today’s processes is removing residual materials like aluminum,” says Martina Petranikova, Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Chalmers. “This is an innovative method that can offer the recycling industry new alternatives and help solve problems that hinder development.”
The aqueous-based recycling method is called hydrometallurgy. In traditional hydrometallurgy, all the metals in an EV battery cell are dissolved in an inorganic acid. Then, you remove the “impurities” such as aluminum and copper. Lastly, you can separately recover valuable metals such as cobalt, nickel, manganese and lithium. Even though the amount of residual aluminum and copper is small, it requires several purification steps and each step in this process can cause lithium loss.
With the new method, the researchers reverse the order and recover the lithium and aluminum first. Thus, they can reduce the waste of valuable metals needed to make new batteries.
The latter part of the process, in which the black mixture is filtered, is also reminiscent of brewing coffee. While aluminum and lithium end up in the liquid, the other metals are left in the “solids”. The next step in the process is to separate aluminum and lithium.
“Since the metals have very different properties, we don’t think it’ll be hard to separate them. Our method is a promising new route for battery recycling – a route that definitely warrants further exploration,” says Rouquette, who published her results in the journal Separation and Purification Technology.

Petranikova’s research group is involved in various collaborations with companies to develop electric car battery recycling and is a partner in major research and development projects, such as Volvo Cars’ and Northvolt’s Nybat project.
The research was funded by the Swedish Energy Agency, BASE Batteries Sweden, Vinnova.

Three... Guards?
Summary: Tifa finds Cloud at the train station in Sector Seven. It’s the first time she’s seen him in seven years. But he’s not alone. Three silver haired boys protected him. Three silver haired boys that triggered memories of her hometown. Of steel through her chest. Of SOLDIER First Class.
Of Him.
Inspired by this prompt by @im-totally-not-an-alien .
Please Enjoy!
Chapter 1: Punishment
This wasn’t part of the plan. This was one hundred thousand percent not part of the plan. They were supposed to use Mother’s cells and become Him. It was that simple. Basic. Elementary. And they almost had it. How did everything go wrong? Why was it so complicated?
If that stupid president didn’t make that shot. If Mother's box stayed intact. If they took a different turn and avoided the decommissioned mako reactor. If they didn’t slip off the ledge. If that black sheep of a big brother didn't gain the upper hand. If he managed to save them from falling into the remaining Lifestream. If that brother was successful.
If.
If.
If.
These scenarios wouldn’t help them now. They couldn’t waste time thinking about ‘possibilities’ when reality screamed in front of them.
Big Brother needed help. After submersion in the Lifestream, the three of them found themselves spit out somewhere in the wasteland surrounding Midgar. The entire city stood proudly, Shinra Tower and the Sector Seven plate unified and composed and supported. Like the city itself was reborn along the horizon. Whatever it was, it would be a long walk back. And was it just them, or did everything seem… bigger? Even the few cliffs and rogue plants in the ruined land seemed larger than before. They turned to each other for explanation and…
…What?
What?!
They looked like children, short and small! As old as the children they healed! What did the Lifestream do to them?! They understood some kind of retaliation was coming but why this.
Great. The oldest was about to cry again, completely panicked and losing his very loose grip on his emotions. The middle was far too calm, but even that facade started to crack when he noticed none of them had any weapons. The youngest, in all honesty, was ready to strangle every living thing, but that would have to come later, when they eventually made their way into the city. Making it across this worthless plain would be a lot harder as pint sized packages with no vehicles, but they didn’t find any other options. Was the Planet trying to ‘walk’ them to death?
Well, no. They quickly stumbled across a body, skin a soft green and birds picking at the rotting flesh. It must’ve been dead for at least a day. The man had black hair, a SOLDIER uniform, dozens of dried bullet wounds that vultures took full advantage of, and a solid blade of the sword Big Brother fought with. The same one they found, and kicked to the ground, when pursuing him. The eldest grew curious. Approaching without hesitation, he broke the grip of the corpse and lifted the blade, though holding it to attention forced his body to shake in struggle.
“Put it down,” The youngest spat. The older one dropped the sword immediately in surprise, the hunk of metal clattering and ringing as it fell. The birds scattered, flying nearby for the moment these children left.
“Don’t scare me like that!”
The youngest rolled his eyes and stayed silent, knowing that if he said a single word back, they'd all have to deal with his tears. They didn’t have time for that.
“Hey, Kadaj…?”
“What now?” The boy immediately turned to the other brother, annoyed and tired of all the weird stuff that kept happening today. A strong part increasingly frustrated at his failure to carry out Mother’s plan before suddenly appearing outside Midgar.
“Is that… Big Brother…?”
Kadaj’s face soured with confusion and he moved to observe the being. But his breath hitched the moment blonde spikey hair came into view. At the silent response, the eldest followed, eyes wide and completely lost upon seeing the man.
It was. It was him, his body leaning against the rocks and his head low. Like them, he wasn’t the same either. He was younger and clearly weaker to start. His skin was dangerously dry, his lips peeling around rapid shallow breaths, his eyes sunken and darkened. The middle child moved his arm and lifted his head in analysis.
“He seems dehydrated…” He stated simply, his voice naturally quiet and lulling as it had been before. “He might die out here…”
Kadaj stared at the unconscious body. All his questions about this punishment snapped into place, completing the puzzle with a single realization. Too much had already changed. They couldn’t risk any greater ‘butterfly effect’ without risking wherever Mother was. “Loz, pick him up. We’re taking him to Midgar.”
The eldest acted immediately. “I got it.”
“Do you think he knows where Mother is…?”
“No. But I think he’s our best chance at finding her. He always seems to be around- what are you doing?”
Loz managed to lift Big Brother’s arm over his shoulder, but the other half practically dragged through the dirt.
Kadaj glanced at the middle sibling. “Yazoo.”
He nodded, already adjusting to help.
“No, I got it,” Loz grumbled, turning the body just out of reach.
“You do not got it. Everything’s a mess.” He countered with a snip in his voice, approaching the blade. “I’ll grab his sword. Let’s go.”
Yazoo aided as much as he could with his slightly shorter height than his brother, balancing the blonde between them. Kadaj picked up the hilt, dragging the tip on the ground, not wasting energy trying to lift it or prevent the horrid wear on the blade itself. They needed water, food, probably gil, and any weapons they could get their hands on, if they wanted a chance at saving Big Brother.
It was a long way to Midgar.
* * *
The smell of garbage and rot under the plate always filled the air, smog skewing the natural light from the gaps within the structure. The dirt roads and barely functioning homes were just a part of life here. A roof was almost a luxury. Afterall, it wasn’t like they got any rain or snow here. Monsters within the dumps were usually problems, but communities set up watches and hunting sessions to protect the normal civilian life.Life was, to an extent, peaceful.
Besides the resistance the black haired woman housed under her bar, a bar she currently needed to stock.
Upper plate always had the best product anyway. This was routine by now. Every Monday and Thursday, she made her way to the train station, took it to Sector Zero, collected what she needed, and headed back. An ever mundane task compared to the actual looting of Shinra facilities her friends conducted at night, and housed spoils beneath her workplace.
Today, this simple life flipped on its head.
She dropped the empty box in her arms. There was no mistaking it. He changed. He grew, but he still kept his blonde hair spiky as a palm tree. He was taller, stronger by the shape of his muscles, clothed head to toe in SOLDIER fatigues, just as he promised all those years ago. His skin was pale, but he still had color in his face. His mako blue eyes were open but empty, lost, hollow. But it was still Cloud Strife in front of her, leaning against that platform.
But…who were the three boys with him?
All of their hair shined with perfect mercury. They couldn’t be older than ten, shorter in stature, but stronger than they seemed at first glance. One had long hair, one only had it to his shoulders, but the last, and the bulkiest, had his cut short and pushed up.
For a moment, she felt herself distracted from Cloud, when the smallest glared daggers directly into her eyes, mako blue inhuman needles staring straight into her soul.
He looked like Him. They all looked like Him.
They figured someone would come for Big Brother eventually, but he couldn’t be left alone. Nor would they let him be alone. Occasionally, he mumbled incomprehensibly, calling out to something or someone. They just ignored it. Yazoo acted caringly and offered bottled water directly to his chapped lips, but he always took too small a sip than he needed, if he drank any at all. Loz stayed close while surveying the people disembarking the trains, watching for someone to recognize their brother. Kadaj did the same with the crowd coming from the slums, which is how he alone found himself locked in a staring contest with one of their enemies.
He tensed his hand, ready to whip out the pocket knife he found in the rubble and garbage. “What do you want?”
The other two looked over immediately.
His voice cut her like a knife, the anger, almost malice behind her catching her off guard. Dark. Cruel. Burning. “I- I…” Her heart suddenly pounded in her chest, reacting to her memories and leaking panic slowly into her mind. For now it was just anxiety, but she felt it growing. She needed to protect Cloud. She needed him before she let this show. “Is- Is that Cloud?”
They nodded, still skeptical, still defending. Loz approached as well, blocking part of her view but observing carefully.
“H- How did you find him? Is he okay?”
“We found him unconscious in the planes beyond Midgar…” Yazoo explained, earning a soft glare from Kadaj. “It didn’t seem like he would make it, and well… we chose to bring him here…”
“I can help him,” She explained quickly as she took a step forward, but the two in front of her blocked her path. “I live nearby. I can take him from here and make him better.”
“You are not taking Big Brother!” Loz demanded, clenching his fists and standing at the ready.
Big Brother? Bewilderment claimed her expression. Cloud didn’t have any siblings. That didn’t make any sense. “What are you talking about?”
“Ti…fa…?”
Her breath hitched, and all of them snapped their eyes to the stirring blonde.
“T-Tifa…?” Cloud pushed himself to his feet too quickly, stumbling forward from the unbalanced blood rush. Yazoo grabbed his arm to stabilize him. Once on his feet, he didn't react to the boy at all. His blue eyes instantly glued to the black haired woman.
The two guarding boys parted and let Tifa run to Cloud.
“Cloud, it’s really you!” She was so happy she almost jumped into his arms, but he was a bit wobbly on his feet, his mind still partially dull with weak vertigo from his time in the wasteland.
His body nearly collapsed on her, and she found her arms wrapped around him in support rather than a hug. “S-Sorry…” His eyes blurred as he tried to lift himself back to his feet.
Did he really just apologize for fainting?
“I’m glad you’re okay…”
Tifa squeezed him softly before adjusting him over her shoulder. “Don’t be sorry. Come on. We’re going to my place, okay? I’ll patch you up there…”
He gave a reluctant, embarrassed nod. But he lost consciousness immediately after, the moment Tifa took her first step away from the track.
Now, all three boys blocked her path in a single impenetrable wall. A shaky and unnerved sigh that left her breath. She didn’t like them. She didn’t like the feeling in her gut or the memories they brought. But, they did save Cloud, and they clearly protected him from anything they could. Maybe that ‘big brother’ statement was just a story they fabricated to stay with him, especially since they look nothing like him. Maybe, since they brought him all the way to Midgar, they wanted to confirm that he was okay. She hoped they’d leave after that. She prayed.
“You guys too. Come on.”
All three remnants surrounded her and Cloud, the smaller two in front and the largest behind. They still acted like guards. But at least the long haired one picked up the box she completely forgot about as they headed for the bar in the Sector Seven slums.

Thanks for reading!
Author's note: It's my first time writing the remnants! I've been wanting to for a while but I never knew how to apply their personalities to most situations. I also have a very nostalgic attachment to Advent Children (music, fight scenes, some of the voice acting) so I wanted to do this right, not just a joke and not where I need to fill in most of the world, at least to start. Thus: another adapted time travel AU.
This won't be too many chapters (I think) but I hope it's a good time. Thanks for reading!

NewAge Mimic: Mini, but mighty
Spawned from NewAge's "fuck it we ball" approach to repaints and a complete lack of any toy, ever, H60W Mimic comes in to hopefully fill a tiny hole in your heart.
Tumblr media
Introduced in Transformers Animated, Wasp was first seen as a dark doppelganger to that shows Bumblebee, before going on to gain several sets of additional legs. With the official toy getting canceled and going completely unreleased, the slightly-less-creepy-but-similarly-insane Wasp never saw a release in plastic form, unlike Waspinator, and this is something that NewAge has attempted to amend. With a reuse of their Windcharger mold to better capture the slightly slimmer feel of the on-screen Animated design. they've brought this G1-esque re-imagining to life in sleek, fierce fashion.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now, you may be asking yourself: Why didn't they just use Bumblebee? To that I say: Fuck if I know dude. For a slightly more genuine answer, he's a bit fat. G1 Bee is much more stout and round than his Animated counterpart, with whom Wasp shares a body. It doesn't quite fit the, frankly, much edgier persona his green cousin carries. A Windcharger redeco leaves a much slimmer build while still staying comfortably in minibot territory. Besides, you can't argue with how good the vehicle mode looks. This is one of the many freedoms granted by releases such as this. There's no source material to adhere to. Wasp was, obviously, never in G1, so the character doesn't have to stay a Bumblebee recolor. NewAge was free to make him whatever they wanted, and his lush paint job speaks for itself as to how well that worked.
Tumblr media
The transformation is a fun, clever time that neatly packs everything away and doesn't waste any space. My only complaints are the lack of tabs in his legs in robot mode, the fact that there's no where to store the stinger, not that weapon storage was ever one of NewAge's focuses, and that pulling the arms out when going to robot mode can be a bit annoying thanks to his size. There simply isn't enough toy to get a solid grasp.
Tumblr media
Articulation is solid and sturdy, with enough to leave him plenty expressive and appropriately menacing without being a pain to pose at this scale, which we'll get to in just a second... His head and shoulders are on ball joints, giving them plenty of freedom (though those shoulders can pop off a bit easily), and his arms are hinged for nearly 90° forwards and back. He's equipped with an ab crunch, and moving further down he's got a full 360° waist swivel, thanks to the transformation. His knees are a bit strange, sitting just above the set of hinges that form his shins, which, again, don't tab together. His feet are big enough that he doesn't have too much trouble standing, but his heels also could've been just a bit longer. Mimic is able to achieve a wide range of dynamic poses, further amplified by his single stinger accessory.
Now, for those that don't know, Legends scale is, in short, a shrunken down version of the TF cast, based around the old Legends size class from Generations and comparable to the modern day Core class. Much more manageable for some collectors, but far too pricey for what you're getting for others. So, when you combine a miniature scale with a minibot... you get mini^2. Mimic is Micromaster sized.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Now, this isn't inherently a bad thing. Not by any means. I find him quite fun to hold, and save for one or two things that are just a bit too small for my fingers, NewAge kept him fairly easy to manage. Does this mean I wouldn't also want him a bit bigger? Also no. If he were the same size as Legacy United Bumblebee, I would be a very happy woman. Would fix my few gripes with him. But alas, he is not.
Overall, Mimic is a well designed, well produced take on Wasp, but his biggest weakness is tied to the entire basis of the company that made him. The only other issue with this set is that, well, it's a set. Mimic is sold as part of a two pack with H60B Nightcralwer, or, if you so prefer, Shattered Glass Windcharger. It's a fine deco with a lush finish, but... I don't want him. It's another rather unfortunate result of the legends scaling. Probably. They're so small they have to make two of them at a time. Maybe. I don't work for them idk- Their Bumblebee and Cliffjumper molds were sold the same way, with this sets original release being Windcharger and Tailgate. Those guys had a buddy, so Wasp had to have a buddy. Unfortunately, I don't think you're allowed to have roommates in the Stockade.

Is the kpp ask game still up ? I want to request Alya and Felix (love your rants about him <).
The KPP ask game
What's that? Someone is outright asking me to dunk on Félix? Don't mind if I do.
Tumblr media
Alya suffers from the same problem Luka does, except she actually gets more screen time and the writers keep up the illusion of utilizing her for longer. Alya has a lot of interesting building blocks that actually got used in the earlier seasons, like how her reporting is such a big motivator and a great way of getting her in the thick of things for the episode’s plot, and how her honest nature can be in conflict with her desire for the big scoop. She also has as much of a drive for justice as Marinette does, but she’s more balanced about it. The foundation is so solid, yet nothing really got built out of it.
I would have loved more focus on her reaction to getting to be an actual superhero, and on her relationships with her co-heroes. (Her and Nino getting to know each other’s secret identities in their second outing as heroes was such a wasted setup.) Alya has a lot of stuff going for her that didn’t get utilized properly, but that the fandom latched onto, fortunately.
Then she gets turned into the writers’ vehicle for reminding the audience that MARINETTE TOTALLY LOVES ADRIEN OKAY NO MATTER HOW MUCH SHE DENIES IT ALYA KNOWS THE TRUTH BECAUSE THE WRITERS DECIDED SHE KNOWS IT.
Tumblr media
Hot take, even many Miraculous fans who don’t rag on Félix like I do think his characterization is inconsistent at best. This walking, talking plot device has no character, only roles the writers have him play, which is really weird for a show that at least tries to have consistent characterization and motives for every other character. With Félix they can’t even settle on whether or not he’s a villain, changing his motives to be more (arguably) altruistic every time he shows up. It’s weird they manage to be so consistent on this with Lila and Chloé, but Félix just veers straight from selling the kwamis into slavery (while apparently being a slave himself so his entire character is just slavery now) into being Kagami’s consolation prize love interest and knight in shining armor.
It’s hard to say how the story treats him, to be honest. Look, it’s not like canon tells a good story with him, but it’s not like he’s neglected or mistreated by the writers either, considering he gets more importance in the narrative of 'Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir' than CAT NOIR. He’s the writers’ pet, clear and simple, he always gets his way and gets away with things, but it’s never in the service of having him do anything really that interesting, specifically because there’s no reason the stuff Félix does has to be done by him specifically, because he never gets any repercussions. His role in any episode outside of his first appearance could be played by anyone or any other plot device.
He didn’t get beaten up enough in the show proper. I am willing to make the difference. Put them up, feather twerp.

Personal Ethics and the Environment - Blog 10
Describe your personal ethic as you develop as a nature interpreter. What beliefs do you bring? What responsibilities do you have? What approaches are most suitable for you as an individual?
The world can be intimidating and scary. Navigating through personal issues, paired with what is going on in the outside world, can be overwhelming and bring negative thoughts. News articles about the environmental catastrophes around the world, ranging from floods to droughts to uncontrollable wildfires. People are being evacuated from their homes, and people are dying due to the lack of availability of resources. Social media posts are being rapidly shared about war and violence, paired with updates about the rapid global warming of the environment driven by anthropogenic climate change. Sometimes, it's all too much to wrap your head around. Sometimes, our bubbles burst here in North America when we read or hear about what is going on globally. We all know that life isn't always butterflies and rainbows; negative things will happen. However, it is essential to view these situations, whether firsthand or from a distance, and think of a solution or solutions to fix the problem. Humans are equipped with solid morals naturally, and ultimately want to see peace and harmony in the world, even though the news articles about the negatives often cloud this. This week's blog prompt calls us to reflect on our personal ethics. Ethics are linked to morals, which determine people's actions. We all have beliefs on how we want to live our lives and see our world, and for this reason, the environment governs many of my morals and, therefore, my way of life.
Currently, I am a student in the environmental science program at the University of Guelph. I care for the environment, want to learn more about its processes and resources, and I am driven to make changes to repair the anthropogenic, destructive actions that have harmed our environment. These are my ethics. For issues such as climate change, I am driven to think of future generations and how unfair their situation will be, as they will be left repairing the mistakes and damages we have caused in our generation. They will likely face resource shortages as humans have overexploited or polluted essential resources, such as water, we have stripped our soils of nutrients, we have amplified the abilities of pests and pathogens, we have exhausted our food crops, we've cleared forests, and we've left our waste to accumulate in landfills. I can recognize that humans have caused irreversible damage to our environment and ecosystems. However, I am not discouraged that there is hope for future generations. Through nature interpretation and education, young generations can learn about the state of the environment and the consequences of climate change and pollution, and be motivated to make changes. Teaching children the actual state of the environment, the issues humans have experienced related to land use management, and proper ways to make sustainable choices in our daily lives can lead a whole generation to reverse and mitigate the damage prior generations have caused. I am responsible for acting as an "environmental mentor" and educating the youth and our elders about the state of our environment and suggesting ways to live greener. This could be by sharing in person or even on social media, giving suggestions on how to lower our greenhouse gas emissions, such as carpooling, using public transit, reducing our meat intake, avoiding unnecessary air travel, choosing more sustainable vehicles, or even limiting our energy usage in our homes or preserving our water sources. These suggestions can encourage people to take action to leave lower carbon footprints and use less energy. Proposing ideas about how our daily lives can be powered by renewable energy sources rather than fossil fuels, or avoiding the consumption of fish products that are unsustainably harvested can also positively impact our future and future generations that are soon to come. Highlighting that little actions are just as successful and meaningful as big actions is also important when thinking about sustainability, as often, it can feel as if our decisions do not make an impact. I often read comments on social media about how some countries are stuck with paper straws to reduce our environmental impact, yet music stars contribute to high carbon emissions due to frequent air travel. There is no doubt that the constant air travel by celebrities contributes to increased greenhouse gas emissions, but it does not undermine the impact that the reduction of plastics has had on the environment. Sea creatures are now safer due to reduced single-use plastic use, and inputs into landfills of plastic products are reduced, proving that using paper straws ultimately has an impact. Obtaining a mindset that change is possible, no matter how daunting or negative things may seem, ensures that hope in reversing our climate crisis remains.
So far, I've learned that guided nature interpretation walks or videos, social media posts, podcasts, radio shows, or readings can be powerful vessels for spreading environmental education. In diverse ways, ecological knowledge can be shared through the arts, such as music and theatre, or through history by highlighting how nature was in the past. My responsibility, especially after taking this course, is to share this information with friends, family, and followers. I have always believed that the sharing of information can help educate and dictate people's actions, especially as it is likely that people are unaware of things related to the environment, including the impacts of climate change and the depletion of earth’s resources. Nature interpretation is a beautiful way to connect to a vast array of audiences in various ways that support the different learning styles we've learned about through this course. Nature interpretation is accessible, can be light-hearted and fun, can include real, deep information about negative issues, and creates many opportunities to communicate environmental information and allows audiences to find the beauty and awe in nature.
Ultimately, I believe that we all have roles as humans to educate ourselves on the environment and the resources it provides for us, as it will allow everyone to find an appreciation for nature. Taking time to think about your ethics also allows for a deep connection between yourself and the environment to be formed. I aim to create a bright future with an abundance of natural resources for generations to come. For this reason, I will ensure that I spread thoughtful information about the environment to my peers, young and old, and play my part in trying to reduce my emissions, whether it is by cutting out meat products more frequently, walking or biking rather than driving, reducing my consumption of unnecessary items, especially plastics, and appreciating the nature that I see around me daily, whether it's the diversity I see in my front yard to a lush forest in the country. Enjoying nature can highlight your ethics and ultimately shape your life choices. I am curious to know about your ethics and whether the environment impacts how you live your daily lives!
Tumblr media
P.S. Great blogs this semester, everyone! I really learned so much through everyone's unique and beautifully curated posts. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors! Brigette

RAGE 2
Tumblr media
In a turn of events that will shock and appal anybody who knows me personally, I'm in love with a polarising game.
"In love" is too strong a term, perhaps. The thing is, every 'RAGE 2 is shit' take I see on the Internet, the harder I wanna double-down on being a fan of this game. And its prequel, yes, I am one of the three who love it.
What we have here though, is an awkward marriage between Avalanche Studios' openworld design a la the excellent Mad Max and id Software's trademark (if you ignore DOOM 3, as I often do) brand of satisfying shootybangs. It works as much as it doesn't, so I'm gonna go through the good, the bad, and the ugly right here.
Tumblr media
The Good
Oh for crying out loud, RAGE 2 is a beautiful game. Although sadly lacking some of the stylisation of the original game (which reminded me personally of those late '90s fully-painted 2000AD strips and covers, niiiiice...) but now we have colour! And absolutely oodles of the stuff, including my beloved pink; used to great effect to draw attention to and highlight important interactables or areas. This lends itself to a visual clarity that supplants the gunplay excellently.
And of the gunplay, oh, I have some words. They're all good words. RAGE was no sloucher in this department itself, so build upon that absolutely solid base with a bunch of Nanotrite-fuelled abilities to spice up battlefield agility and strategy and we have ourselves one hell of a fun time. Even the vehicular combat has seen a welcome shot in the arm, although it's not quite as satisfying as that seen in Mad Max, it's still pretty fun to take down the endlessly-respawning convoys across the wasteland.
Tumblr media
The Bad
That aforementioned wasteland. 'Waste' is indeed the operative term there; for there's a lot of empty space. Now, I don't play a lot of openworld games at all (RAGE, Mad Max, and the Arkham games are basically my entire diet) so this could be par for the course. But so much of it's just
s t r e t c h e d - o u t
and lulls between that satisfying gunplay can be pretty large sometimes. Especially stings when engaging with the openworld is pretty much the meat of the game's filler content, even when playing for a minimal 'see the ending' run.
This is lessened somewhat with certain lategame vehicles (I'd have gone insane were it not for the Icarus, I tells ya) but still. Look, I've already said I like this game a lot, are you expecting a whole itinerary of complaints here?
Tumblr media
The Ugly
Not literally ugly, as this is a great-looking game through and through. But there are bugs. Ragdoll bugs, floating prop bugs, frozen physics object bugs, enemies stomping the player through the floor bugs, invisible NPC bugs; even a particularly-heinous game-breaker that can happen literally as the final mission is supposed to trigger that so far, fingers crossed, I've managed to avoid on both a casual playthrough and a completionist one. But hey, I guess this is technically A Bethesda Game™ and I gather that pretty much goes with the territory at this point.
Also it's worth noting that the game fucking loves the Cyber-Crusher boss and there are a few of those. They don't get any more difficult each time either, it's just the one boss again. And again. And so forth.
Tumblr media
Conclusion
It's good! I like it a lot! Even love, to spite The Internet in general because I love to cheer on any underdog I see; imagined or otherwise. It's got some flaws but I was very much willing to overlook these things for a game that, although I couldn't say was unilaterally-superior to its prequel, does nonetheless take some steps to improve upon it. And it has a proper final boss encounter as well, instead of, well, just a room that the original game had.
Unpopular opinion maybe, I wish they'd do a third. 4/5

Hydrovac Excavation: A Sustainable Approach to Subsurface Utility Projects
Tumblr media
In the realm of construction, the impact on the environment is a significant concern. The integration of environmental sustainability technology is pivotal in mitigating this impact while maintaining cost-effectiveness in debris removal. Project Sustainability Management (PSM) is becoming increasingly relevant in this context. PSM encompasses the planning, monitoring, and control of project delivery and support processes, taking into account environmental, economic, and social factors throughout the project's lifecycle. One key aspect of this is the sustainable management of excavated materials, which can be repurposed, thereby reducing waste.
Aussie Hydro-Vac Services stands at the forefront of environmental sustainability. The company is renowned in the vacuum excavation, drain cleaning, and cable location sectors, adhering to ethical operating and contractual practices. By incorporating environmental sustainability technology, Aussie Hydro-Vac Services effectively addresses complex project issues and crisis situations.
Enhancing Safety in Exposing Subsurface Infrastructure
The construction industry is increasingly adopting environmentally sustainable practices, particularly in projects involving sensitive subsurface utilities. Hydrovac excavation plays a crucial role in this shift. This technique transforms soil into a slurry, which is then easily suctioned and vacuumed into a tank. Compared to traditional mechanical digging methods, hydrovac excavation is safer, reducing the risk of cave-ins and other hazards associated with conventional excavation.
Hydrovac excavation employs a specialised vehicle equipped with a hose or wand. This wand injects water under pressure into the soil, breaking it up and transforming it into a slurry. The slurry is then vacuumed into a tank attached to the vehicle, keeping the worksite clean and orderly.
Precision and Control in Urban Environments
Hydrovac excavation is particularly useful in urban settings where precision and minimal impact are essential. It offers greater directional control, allowing technicians to work more accurately, especially near underground utilities. The technique is faster than traditional digging, minimising disruption in densely populated areas. Hydrovac excavation is ideal for city installations, sewer repairs, and plumbing, among other applications.
Environmental Sustainability in Project Management
Aussie Hydro-Vac Services leverages environmental sustainability best practices in project management, offering competitive advantages and economic benefits. The company utilises hydrovac excavation techniques with vehicles designed for non-destructive methods. This approach is particularly effective around sensitive infrastructure, offering a safe and efficient process.

You Gotta be Shit-TEN me
i swear to Entropy, if i tacked an extra year or so onto my laptop's lifespan through the judicious application of compressed air... well, i'll be happy, natch, but i will also be paradoxically pissed off.
youtube
Meh. We talked about this one last week. It's just as much now as it was then.
youtube
This is the original(? Still kind of mysterious there) version of The Land of Nod that we took a look at on LittleBite-sizedPlanet 263. i wasn't going to put this one up, but... like, i had the whole thing recorded for comparison purposed anyways, so, like, why let it go to waste? If you run this next to LBsA episode 184, you can see clearly the movement issues i mentioned in the LBsP review. It is just such a pain in the butt to get anywhere wivout the lower gravity in the LBP2 version. It makes me wonder even more, why did weirdybeardy bother publishing this?
youtube
This level is shockingly good for managing to maintain that LBP1 feel, while still actually being a good time. You can see the bits where LBP3 tech is used, and used to good effect, but it's really like having a run through a quite well-done bit of oldschool. i really hope God_Est_1983 (who i think is SiriusOculusCentrifuge7488 on YouTube, and i was pretty sure i was following here, but now i can't seem to find) sticks wiv this theme, 'cause they have a very solid grasp on how to do it right.
youtube
Ahh, roller coasters, who doesn't love roller coasters? Plenty of people for entirely legitimate reasons. i love roller coasters, tho', and it's been ages since i've been on one, so i am absolutely here for running into them in LBP from time to time. i do wonder what happened to the vehicles fad. i know there're still folx making them, but i hardly seem to run into a good vehicle centered level anymore. This one was nice in that it did give us some game play along wiv the ride, even if it's fiddly, kludgy, and promises a secret area i sure as heck couldn't find (despite breaking the level in two different places looking for it.
youtube
i really, really had a good time wiv this one. Just a straight race, no frills, but pretty well put-together for all that. The lighting is just bright enough to track the action, but plenty dark enough to give a bit of thrill (which is a bit surprising given how poorly LBP3 tends to handle lighting in LBP1 & 2 levels). Yeah, simple, sweet, fun. i bet this would have been a whole time wiv friends.
youtube
Wow... this one is. Kind of a lot? i mean it is impressive for the amount of stuff robbieeffect managed to cram in there, and i did appreciate all the secrets (and a counter at the end, always nice to see those in an LBP1 level). It is kludgy as all fuck, tho', and i'd argue some of the elements are a bit questionable. Still, i am never forgiving this one for doing 8 times the views of an average video, and all because of that silly ass Brian holding a martini that wound up in the thumbnail. i mean, i knew what i was doing, but i still hate that i turned out to be correct.
youtube
This was a nice one. Nothing too special to write home about, but decent platforming, and a pretty good look. The real neat point, tho', was how they actually tried to make some fairly dramatic changes if you replayed wiv the sticker you get for winning. Sure, it's just lighting and a little bit of camera, but it makes for a markedly different experience (one that, i don't think it was originally designed for, and some of the bits are near impossible, because there's no background to give a contrast to your silhouette) that i really appreciated. It's very seldom i run into levels that really try to pull that off at all.
youtube
We talked about this on Friday, and it's the same as it was then. i still can't believe Marmalade chops up the baked bean tree for fire wood. That's all kinds of fucked up (that's not in the level, that's in the short story, but still).
youtube
i had a real good time wiv this one. It's got a really good look to it, and manages to be pretty smooth and fun for an Oddsock level (i mean, the character is intended for smooth gameplay, i'm just not sure a lot of creators get how to pull that off well).
youtube
For a first level, this is really quite good. It ends a little abruptly, and i would have done a little bit more to differentiate the big swaths of cardboard for the walls (dephysed thin layer shapes and stripes, probably, if i were averse to using stickers), but the gameplay is fun, varied, and relatively zippy. That first set of jumps sets some expectations the level doesn't really live up to, so i think i might've had that bit later, if i weren't going to build on the precision aspect. Still, this is seriously solid work right off the chump.
--------------------------------------------
So that's our ten. i got a little done today, if not as much as i would have hoped. After i got that bombtest finished, i was just knackered for no reason? Got a nap in, then had to run around to get some air so i could fix the laptop and type all this up for y'all, you wonderful wonderful people. i mean that last part seriously. Thank you for putting up wiv my shite. Anyhoot. Gotta get this curry cooked, 'cause it ain't gonna do it itself. Maybe i'll get some more create mode in before Dead Cells tonight, but who knows. At any rate, have a great day, and keep yourselves safe, ok?

Waste Oil to Diesel
Transforming Waste into a Renewable Energy Source
In the quest for sustainable energy solutions, converting waste oil to diesel stands out as a promising innovation. This process addresses the dual challenges of managing waste and producing cleaner energy, offering an eco-friendly alternative to traditional fossil fuels. By repurposing waste oil, which is often discarded as hazardous, industries and municipalities can significantly reduce their environmental footprint and contribute to a more sustainable energy future.
What is Waste Oil and Why Convert It?
Waste oil refers to any used oil that has been contaminated and is no longer suitable for its original purpose. This includes:
Used motor oil: Oils that have been used in vehicles and machinery and are now mixed with contaminants.
Industrial oils: Oils used in machinery and processes that become contaminated over time.
Cooking oils: Oils from food preparation that are discarded after use.
Improper disposal of waste oil can lead to environmental pollution, as it can contaminate soil and water systems. Converting waste oil to diesel provides a solution that not only prevents pollution but also turns a waste product into a valuable resource.
The Conversion Process: From Waste Oil to Diesel Fuel
The transformation of waste oil to diesel involves several key stages, each crucial for producing high-quality diesel fuel from waste materials:
1. Collection and Filtration
The first step in the process is collecting waste oil from various sources such as automotive workshops, factories, and restaurants. Once collected, the oil is filtered to remove large debris and contaminants like dirt, metal particles, and water. Proper filtration is essential to prepare the oil for the subsequent conversion stages.
2. Pyrolysis
In the pyrolysis stage, the filtered waste oil is heated in the absence of oxygen. This thermal decomposition process breaks down the long hydrocarbon chains in the oil, resulting in a mixture of gases, liquids, and solids. The liquid fraction, which contains diesel-like hydrocarbons, is separated and prepared for further processing.
3. Distillation
The liquid obtained from pyrolysis is subjected to fractional distillation, a process that heats the liquid to separate its components based on their boiling points. Diesel, with its specific boiling range, is extracted and collected during this stage. Distillation helps purify the diesel and remove unwanted components.
4. Desulfurization
To ensure that the diesel fuel meets quality standards, it undergoes a desulfurization process. This step removes sulfur and other impurities from the diesel, reducing harmful emissions and improving the fuel's environmental performance.
5. Final Processing
The purified diesel may be blended with additives to enhance its performance characteristics, such as its cetane number and lubricity. This final processing ensures that the diesel meets the required specifications for use in vehicles and machinery.

Pollution Reduction: The conversion process prevents waste oil from contaminating land and water. By repurposing waste oil, industries can reduce pollution and support cleaner waste management practices.
Lower Emissions: Diesel produced from waste oil typically contains lower levels of sulfur, leading to reduced emissions of sulfur dioxide and other pollutants. This contributes to improved air quality and reduced environmental impact.
2. Economic Advantages
Cost Savings: Producing diesel from waste oil is often more cost-effective than refining crude oil. Waste oil is generally less expensive than crude oil, and using it as a raw material can lead to lower fuel costs.
Revenue Opportunities: Businesses involved in waste oil collection and processing can generate additional revenue by converting waste into a valuable fuel. This creates economic opportunities and supports local economies.
3. Energy Security
Reduced Dependence on Fossil Fuels: By converting waste oil into diesel, industries can decrease their reliance on conventional fossil fuels. This helps enhance energy security and reduces vulnerability to fluctuations in fuel prices.
Sustainable Energy: The process supports the development of renewable energy sources, contributing to a more sustainable and self-sufficient energy system.
4. Resource Efficiency
Circular Economy: Converting waste oil into diesel aligns with the principles of a circular economy, where waste is transformed into a useful resource. This approach promotes resource efficiency and sustainability.
Waste Reduction: The process helps reduce the amount of waste oil that would otherwise be discarded, supporting better waste management practices and reducing landfill use.
Challenges in the Waste Oil to Diesel Conversion Process
Despite its advantages, there are several challenges associated with converting waste oil to diesel that must be addressed:
1. Variability in Waste Oil Quality
Challenge: Waste oil quality can vary depending on its source, which can impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process.
Solution: Implementing advanced pre-treatment technologies and establishing quality control measures can help standardize waste oil input and improve process consistency.
2. Regulatory Compliance
Challenge: Waste oil processing is subject to strict environmental regulations, which can increase operational costs and complexity.
Solution: Adhering to best practices and working closely with regulatory bodies can help companies navigate compliance requirements and ensure environmentally responsible operations.
3. Initial Capital Investment
Challenge: Setting up a facility for converting waste oil to diesel requires a significant capital investment in specialized equipment.
Solution: Developing modular and scalable systems can reduce initial costs and make the technology more accessible to a broader range of businesses and municipalities.

Based on different application needs and design requirements, battery cooling plates can be divided into several main types:
· Liquid Cooling Plate: Utilizes liquid cooling mediums (such as water or specialized coolants) to remove heat through cooling channels. Ideal for high-power battery systems and applications requiring efficient heat dissipation.
· Air-Cooled Cooling Plate: Removes heat via fans or natural air flow, suitable for smaller battery systems or applications with lower power requirements.
· Phase Change Material Cooling Plate: Uses phase change materials (such as paraffin or organic materials) to absorb large amounts of heat as the material changes from solid to liquid, appropriate for applications that require thermal management over extended periods.
Battery cooling plates provide several significant advantages in battery management systems:
· Improve Battery Performance: Maintaining the battery within an optimal operating temperature range enhances the battery’s charge and discharge efficiency and overall performance.
· Extend Battery Life: Effective temperature control reduces thermal stress, slows down the battery aging process, and thereby extends battery life.
· Improve Safety: Prevents thermal runaway problems caused by battery overheating, ensures the safety of the battery system, and minimizes the risk of fire or explosion.
· Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction: Optimizing thermal management enhances the system’s overall energy efficiency and reduces energy waste, especially in high-power applications.

SATAT Scheme: Promoting Sustainable Energy through Compressed Biogas
SATAT Scheme: Promoting Sustainable Energy through Compressed Biogas
The Sustainable Alternative Towards Affordable Transportation (SATAT) Scheme, launched by the Government of India, is a forward-thinking initiative aimed at promoting the use of Compressed Biogas (CBG) as an alternative fuel for the transportation sector. This scheme is designed to enhance the country’s energy security, reduce carbon emissions, and generate employment opportunities, particularly in rural areas.
What is the SATAT Scheme?
The SATAT Scheme, launched in 2018, encourages entrepreneurs to set up CBG production plants and provides them with the framework to market the gas to the public through Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs). CBG, produced from organic waste such as agricultural residue, cattle dung, and municipal solid waste, serves as a renewable source of energy and helps manage waste more efficiently.
Key Objectives of the SATAT Scheme:
Promotion of Renewable Energy: By encouraging the production and consumption of CBG, the scheme aims to reduce dependency on fossil fuels and promote renewable energy sources.
Waste Management: The production of CBG involves the use of organic waste, helping to reduce environmental pollution and manage waste effectively.
Employment Generation: The scheme provides opportunities for rural entrepreneurs and farmers by creating jobs in setting up and managing biogas plants.
Reducing Carbon Emissions: The use of CBG contributes to lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional fuels, supporting India’s climate change commitments.
Benefits of the SATAT Scheme:
Energy Security: By diversifying fuel sources with CBG, India can reduce its dependence on imported oil and improve its energy security.
Economic Boost to Rural Areas: Farmers and entrepreneurs can benefit financially by setting up CBG plants, selling CBG to OMCs, and contributing to local economies.
Sustainable Transportation: CBG is a cleaner alternative to traditional fuels and is used in CNG vehicles, providing an eco-friendly option for transportation.
The SATAT Scheme is a win-win initiative, promoting clean energy, enhancing rural development, and providing sustainable solutions for India’s growing energy needs. By making compressed biogas more accessible, the SATAT Scheme paves the way for a greener and more self-reliant India.
