I can see hot rod crashing into the satellite because his hoverboard malfunctioned and boom!
Soundwave uses those tentacles to grab & nab him.

I could see TFP Soundwave being the one threat to both Alastor and Vox. Imagine, this guy is the next evolution in technology surpassing now Vox by having control of the internet and easily hacking Vox while being just as if, dare I say, more intimidating than Alastor, especially since he also has tentacles. He would be the one reason that would have Alastor ans Vox working together. If not to fix the status quo.
Soundwave’s the big bad in this story. :V
