Yooo your x readers have given me life since 2021 when I found this blog through Deltarune, I love your writing so much! ❤️ Anyways if you're up for it, how about Mortimer Freeze, with a gender neutral reader who really really would love to cuddle him, kiss him and be close to him 24/7, but sadly he is literally so cold to the touch [and so is his kingdom] that it's impossible without several layers of warm clothes? Can't risk hypothermia yanno LOL

With Mortimer, you're playing with fire (or ice, in this case) when trying to be physically affectionate with him.

The obvious downside is that he's freezing to the touch and unless you were a snowman, any normal person/toon would surely get hypothermia. It’s already tough enough visiting the snow kingdom.

To resolve this, you arrive wearing layers upon layers of warm clothes. Four jackets, a sweater, and at least two pairs of gloves make hugs manageable.

Mortimer sees your efforts to cuddle with him and sometimes wonders if he’s truly worth all this trouble.

For a while, he thought creating the cult would fulfill his desires for love and belonging...yet it never lasted. It made him feel lonely and isolated, yearning for the romance that the spider and lightbug from the Moonshine Mob shared (he was insanely jealous of them, too). He was convinced he was cursed to freeze whoever he touched and would be forever alone, yadda yadda.

Then you come along and break those chains in his heart, dressed in heavy layers just for the chance to hold him.

Even though he's still quite cold, you'll endure it and give him a kiss, instantly swooning the touchstarved wizard. 

That turns him into a flustered, grinning mess (if you squint you might see him holding back some icy tears but shhhh).

If you’re feeling bold, you’ll be tempted to kiss his snowflake form on the nose. It would literally make him melt all over again.
