How Much Is Enough?
When it comes to being physically active there are a number of questions that can be asked: How long should you be active? What level of intensity should your workouts be? Weights or cardio? There is evidence that indicates that 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise daily is enough to provide some health benefits such as lowering the risk of chronic diseases. Other studies suggest that 60 minutes of moderate intensity exercise daily is needed to prevent weight gain. My point? Let's get active!
