In Subterranean Animism, you can see a stray pixel during Satori's animation. It comes from a cat Orin sprite which is on the same spritesheet.
In subsequent games, Satori's spritesheet has been reworked and Orin removed from it, so you won't see the stray pixel anymore.
The stray pixel was pointed out by x.com/Gastari_/status/1696554489254232201/.

In the article where Touhou characters rated the cast of Touhou 11, Satori is notable for giving herself an 11/10, but I also feel like its important to note how she gave pretty much everyone in the game a rather high rating, especially in comparison to Reimu and Marisa who both gave the cast exceptionally low scores across the board.
It reminds me of a line Koishi said at one point, how there isn't anything good about reading others' minds. This isn't a particularly surprising sentiment, having unfiltered access to everyone's worst thoughts and desires wouldn't be pleasant. Koishi closing her 3rd eye to block out those thoughts for good seems pretty reasonable.
However, I feel like with her rankings Satori represents the flip side to that idea. A person's worst thoughts and desires are not their only, most true self. A person's kindness, joy, compassion, and other positive qualities might also be hidden from others for any number of reasons. Among those who are hated like the occupants of the Underground, it may be particularly difficult to find these positive qualities, but they can't hide from Satori. In the best of people there is still a terribleness for her to find, but in the worst of people there is also a wonderfulness too. She alone gets to appreciate the sides of people nobody else gets to see, and that includes beautiful sides others may not care to look for.
