I've taken some days off because I was slowly driving myself to another of my MANY burnouts. I've been rotting away, smoking weed, playing video games and having the usual existential crisis.

Oh and watching X-men 97 of course.

How AWESOME was season one???

A lot of people say that it makes them hopeful for the MCU versions of Marvel Comics merry mutants, but it actually makes me anxious.

I had zero expectations, and Disney with the Kamala retcon (and the ensuing death of her comic counterpart, all in the name of the sacro saint "synergy") did nothing to help.

Expectations are dangerous.

I've been hurt before, and I can be a bitter b*tch.

What I'm saying is if the MCU x-men suck, expect never ending rants from me.

Surprise me DIsney. I won't be holding my breath though.

Oh and LEAVE MY COMICS ALONE YOU OVERGROWN GREEDY F*CKING MOUSE.

Also, Doctor F*cking Who and this legendary mise en scène/Character.

I have to go back to work next Tuesday, so I'm slowly trying to get back to a relatively normal sleep schedule.
