Forgot

I forgot to take this journal to Sunriver! We stayed up there for Thanksgiving. On Thursday, we drove there and stopped in Sisters for Thanksgiving dinner. It wasn’t bad, but I liked the place in Seattle better. I was hungry when we got to the resort.

On Friday, we went to Mt. Bachelor. Dad paid $20 to get us both tickets for the inner tube run. There was a huge line, it took us 45 minutes to get up there, and I did not go very fast coming back down. I had fun sledding on a ((different)) big hill, though. That night, mom and I watched the lighting ceremony thing. There was a magician with a box standing next to us. Mom thought he was going to light the lights! For me, the whole thing was overrated.

Today was the most fun of our vacation. On the way home, we stopped at the Hoodoo inner tubing place. It wasn’t open yet, but sledding on the fresh snow was probably more fun than inner tubing there. I kept crashing. I only made it all the way down once! I think that crashing builds character. :P The moral of this trip: Hoodoo is the best mountain of the Cascades! Always! ((It’s not really a mountain but you tried))

Today’s completely unrelated statement: Garfield is funny. Sometimes.
