Master the CA Foundation Exam with the Best Online Coaching
Tumblr media
Ca Foundation Exam Online Tutoring Importance
As an aspiring CA, I appreciate the CA Foundation exam’s relevance. A rewarding accountancy career begins with it. Many pupils struggle to pass the exam. For such, online coaching might be crucial.
Online coaching lets students study at their own speed with high-quality materials from home. I believe anyone can pass the CA Foundation exam with the appropriate tactics and support. I will offer the greatest online coaching tactics that helped me and many of my friends pass this critical exam in this article.
Step 1: Set up Clear Goals & Plan Accordingly
Setting realistic goals is the first step to CA Foundation exam achievement. I advocate making a detailed study plan and breaking down your preparation into smaller, achievable activities. This keeps you focused and on track during preparation.
When creating goals, examine the exam syllabus, subject weightage, and your mastery of the concepts. To cover all topics, set a realistic timeline and give each subject enough time.
Step 2: Select Study Materials
Selection of the right study material is very important. Nowadays you can easily get the study
material on the internet. All you need to do is to search for best online coaching for CA. Here,
you will get latest test series, old papers and tips and tricks to clear the exam.
I also recommend using e-books, articles, and YouTube videos to learn. This will help you understand the principles and keep up with industry advances.
Step 3: Practice
Consistent practice is crucial to CA Foundation test success. Online coaching systems offer many practice questions, mock tests, and case studies to help you evaluate your knowledge and grow.
I propose scheduling practice time and assessing your performance. This will boost your time management and question-answering confidence.
Step 4: Accept Advice
Questions and doubts are normal on the CA Foundation exam, which is difficult. Ask your online coaching teachers or subject matter experts for advice.
Online coaching systems normally contain teams of seasoned specialists to answer questions and provide personalized feedback. Use this resource to explain questions, gain performance comments, and learn how to improve.
Step 5: Get Online Coaching
Online coaching is one of the best ways to pass the CA Foundation exam. Experts that know the exam syllabus and trends create these programs. Benefits of online tutoring include:
Comprehensive Study Material: Online coaching providers provide video lectures, study notes, and practice questions for the whole course.
Online coaching teachers may adjust the learning experience to your skills, limitations, and learning preferences.
Flexible scheduling: Online coaching lets you learn at your own pace without a classroom timetable.
Continuous Feedback: Online coaching programs offer regular assessments, mock tests, and one-on-one feedback to track progress and highlight areas for growth.
Step 6: Prioritize health
Mental and physical preparation for the CA Foundation exam is difficult. Staying healthy helps you do your best on the exam.
I advocate frequent exercise, a balanced diet, and enough rest. Relax and recharge during study breaks. This will boost your well-being, cognition, and focus during preparation.
Step 7: Stay Motivated
Preparing for the CA Foundation exam is long and difficult, and it’s easy to lose enthusiasm. Set small, reasonable goals and celebrate your progress to keep motivated. Connect with peers, mentors, and online groups who can inspire and share experiences.
I also like to anticipate my success and feeling accomplished when I pass the exam. I can stay focused and motivated toward my goal.
Revision and Final Preparations
Recalling key information and practicing thoroughly is essential as the exam approaches. Online coaching platforms offer extensive revision materials and practice examinations to check your readiness.
I suggest making a comprehensive revision strategy for all courses. Spend more time on your weaknesses. Take mock exams under exam-like situations to learn time management and finish the assignment on time.
Conclusion
Taking the CA Foundation test is difficult but rewarding, and with the correct preparation, anyone can succeed. Online tutoring, clear goals, constant practice, and a healthy lifestyle will help you pass the exam and start a rewarding accountancy career.

CA Final New Syllabus 2024 vs Old Syllabus – A Comprehensive Guide
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has proposed a new syllabus for the CA Final examination, which will be implemented in May 2024. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore the key differences between the CA Final New Syllabus 2024 and the old syllabus, shedding light on the changes and their impact on aspiring Chartered Accountants.
Tumblr media
Significant Changes in the New Syllabus:
The new syllabus brings forth several noteworthy changes that aim to align the course with the evolving needs of the profession. One of the most notable modifications is the inclusion of a new paper called Integrated Business Solutions (Multi-disciplinary case study with Strategic Management). This paper challenges students to apply their knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and other business disciplines to real-world business problems.

What is the process of CA exams and how to study for each exam?
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) administers the ICAI test, often known as the CA Exam, to candidates seeking to enter the Chartered Accountancy profession in India. The exam is given at various levels in accordance with the CA courses. Candidates must pass each level of the ICAI examinations in order to earn the title of Chartered Accountant.
The ICAI CA Exam, which is the most significant exam in a student's life, is not so simple to prepare for. A student can pass the ICAI CA Exam provided they have a good study strategy and the necessary books and materials. To finish the extensive syllabus, you should start your preparation as soon as feasible.
After passing the Class 10 test, a student who wants to become a chartered accountant must sign up for the Foundation Course through the Board of Studies (BoS). Each year, the Foundation Examination is held twice, in May and November. For the May exam in the following year, students can enrol until December 31st, and for the November exam, until June 30th. The four months of study should be completed in the time between registration and the exam.
The ICAI Self Service Portal is used for the registration process.
Following their class 12 exams in May, students can immediately attempt the Foundation exams. After the release of their class XII results, if they do not match the eligibility requirements outlined above, their Foundation registration will be terminated, and the results of their Foundation exam will be nullified.
The syllabus for CA Foundation includes the following subjects, each worth 100 marks: Paper 1: Principles & Practice of Accounting; Paper 2: Business Law and Business Correspondence and Reporting; Paper 3: Business Mathematics, Logical Reasoning, and Statistics; and Paper 4.
• Paper 4 (MCQ-based): Business Economics and Business & Commercial Knowledge
Test subjects for Group 1 of the Intermediate CA
1. 100% Descriptive Accounting
2. Corporate and other laws: 70% descriptive and 30% multiple-choice
3. 100% Descriptive Cost & Management Accounting
4. Income tax legislation and indirect taxes: 30% multiple-choice questions and 70% descriptive
Group 2
1. 100% Descriptive Advanced Accounting
2. Auditing and Assurance: 30% MCQ and 70% Descriptive
3. Strategic Management and Enterprise Information Systems (30% MCQ, 70% Descriptive)
4. 100% Descriptive Financial Management & Economics for Finance
One can enroll in the Final Course (which is broken up into two groups) during the articleship, but only after passing both groups of the Intermediate Course with at least 40% in each topic and 50% overall.
A student may pass both groups at once and each group independently. If a student is writing one group, the minimum and average mark requirements (40 percent minimum & 50 percent average) must be met for each topic in the group. If the student is taking both groups, she or he must earn at least 40 marks in each topic, though an average of 50% across all 8 courses is acceptable.
A student must rewrite all of the group's subjects if they are unable to pass a group. The student is excluded from taking the exam for that topic for the next two attempts, though, if they receive more than 60 in any subject during a failed attempt. For a student to be qualified to use the exemption, they must appear in all four papers. Only the Intermediate and Final levels have access to this exemption facility; the Foundation level does not.
How can I prepare for the CA exams?
1. A Comprehensive Review of Theory Papers
2. Practice will increase your self-confidence.
3. Remain informed about modifications to direct and indirect taxes
4. Make Practice Guide your best friend
5. Resolve and solve old exam papers

Wait For It
Dean stalks out of the Impala agitatedly.
It's a sunny afternoon, and Sam's on the porch, coffee on the table next to him, flipping through his political science handbook. He looks up when he hears the car door being slammed, and his eyes follow Dean as he lands in the other chair around the table.
Then, without warning or premonition, Dean starts to talk.
He's got a new colleague.
Novak, he calls him. With gritted teeth, frowning eyebrows, and feeling.
They don't usually talk about people. So Sam listens.
Considering the amount of time Dean devotes talking about how Novak walked into his office, stride radiating importance as though he'd been summoned by Dean himself - well, he really must be a pain in the ass.
*
Over the next week, Sam's not always outside when Dean comes home from work. When he finally is, on a Thursday, Dean plants himself across him and starts speaking immediately.
Sam closes his book, purses his lips and pays attention.
Castiel, he's become.
Horrible, he's remained.
When Dean's done ranting, the sun's gone down. He gets up, hands on his hips. "He's just a jackass about everything, Sammy. Who's pretentious about eyecolor? Nobody's eyes can be that blue."
Sam nods sympathetically.
Dean goes away to make dinner, satisfied.
*
Midterms are round the corner.
Without really paying attention to it, Sam's stopped flipping through his handbook, and started highlighting in his textbook. He stays up late, and wakes up early, determinedly chipping away at the ginorminous block of syllabus, bit by bit.
He also stops being out on the porch when Dean comes back from work, and Dean tends to not barge into his bedroom to talk about the awful people he works with, so that's that.
But dinner isn't saved.
It's a simple conversation about mashed potatoes, and Dean goes off. "You won't believe how ridiculous Castiel is about honey, dude." Sam asks for a second helping, he also receives an anecdote on Castiel's ungrateful attitude towards Dean.
Sam doesn't even dare to mention his dislike for bacon once, for all the times Dean offers him it - because he's sure he'd get another indepth analysis of how Castiel hates Dean.
But when they settle down to watch Law & Order after dinner that night, Sam gets a chance to think. He wonders, not for the first time, how truly terrible Cas must be, for Dean to talk about him all the frigging time, and by the end of the episode, he's decided to be the pillar of support his brother needs, right now.
So when Dean starts, randomly, about how Castiel doesn't even appreciate good music, Sam whips out his puppy eyes, and listens to the entire tale.
*
Weeks pass.
His first paper is Tuesday, Ethics. Sam spends most hours of the day on his desk, holed up in his room.
It would be unfair to Dean to say he used up all the time Sam did spend around him, to talk about Cas.
(Which Castiel had ended up being, obviously.)
He only used like sixty percent of it.
*
"He's just...a weird, dorky little guy." Dean ends, biting his lip, eyes cast to the floor. His hands play with the hem of his jacket - he's still in work clothes.
Sam sighs.
"You know what?" Dean stands up. "I'm going to make coffee. Do I get you a mug or a thermos?"
"Thermos, please." Sam calls after him, gratefully.
"Okay. Carry on, bitch."
*
Sam feels guilty.
He's been so caught up in college, deadlines and exams, he's hardly talked to Dean except to thank him for all the coffee and sandwiches.
Dean may be a jerk all year, but he can get really supportive when Sam needs him to be.
Sam feels bad for not doing the same.
So when Dean puts a peanut butter sandwich in front of him, at one am while Sam panics through his last night revision, he looks up at his brother blankly and asks. "Hey, how's the guy who's been making your life hell? You stopped telling me about him."
"Oh, uh." Dean pauses.
Sam waits, but Dean takes too long, as if he's contemplating, so he takes a bite of his sandwich instead.
"He's not that bad." Dean finally lets out, exhaling into a hint of a smile.
Sam raises his eyebrows.
*
"To you kicking Stanford's ass!" Dean raises his bottle, perhaps the sixth toast of the night, giant grin plastered on his face.
"I keep telling you the results are a far way from being out yet - but hear, fucking hear!" Sam clinks his glass to Dean's beer, smile equally wide. He's finally done. There's finally no more papers, no more tests, no more revision.
He made it through.
"I'm proud of you." Dean mutters lazily, leaning back on the seat.
"Y-yeah. I know." Sam returns joyfully, neither of them really thinking about what they're saying. They've been drinking for hours. "Thank you."
"Yeah, yeah. I know." Dean repeats, and proceeds to chuckle at his words. There's a moment of silence - well, as silent as it ever gets in the Roadhouse. Then Dean speaks up. "Guess what, Sammy?"
Sam doesn't even correct him.
"What?"
"I'm going to ask Cas out today." Dean declares, and Sam's eyebrows go up again, because while he's definitely known his brother's into guys for years, he hadn't expected Dean to come out like this.
But six beers in, and a declaration of pride out, Dean just ups and says it.
"I think I have a crush on him."
*
Many months go by. It's Sam's final year. And he's moving back onto campus.
"I'm going to miss you." Sam tells Dean, after they've finished lugging all of his bags into Jessica's room. Dean's half sitting on Baby's hood, and Sam has his hands shoved in his pockets.
"Shuddup." Dean throws back, and he definitely sounds weird. "I'm like, seven minutes away."
"Still." Sam grins, earnest.
"Yeah, alright. I'm not making you move out, okay?" Dean straightens, scoffing. "Have fun convincing Jessica to make you breakfast food at midnight."
"Yeah but," Sam laughs. "You live like, seven minutes away."
"Like hell I do. Get your ninety-percent peanut butter ass over here." Dean sighs, and Sam walks up to him, letting Dean pull him into a hug.
They hold onto each other, safety in the familiarity. Both of them know that they're probably not going to live together again. Sam has a plan after college, which doesn't involve moving back to Dean's. But they've shared a house for so long, it's going to feel weird.
It's going to be strange.
To lighten the moment, Sam whispers. "So, uh. Cas is moving in after I'm gone, isn't he?"
"He's probably already redecorating the place to get rid of your nerd cooties." Dean thumps him on the back, as they separate. There's a smile lingering on his face.
"What about your nerd cooties?" Sam bitchfaces at him.
"He likes those." Dean defends, crossing his arms on his chest.
"I bet he does." Sam snorts, and Dean reddens, realizing he just walked right into that, and then he just swears under his breath goodnaturedly as Sam walks into his new place.
*
Sam's phone rings.
It's only eight, on a Saturday, and Sam doesn't have to leave for office at nine like everyday, so he's sleeping in. Amelia's next to him, and she elbows him when the annoying ringtone wakes her before it wakes Sam.
"Sorry, babe." Sam tells her, kissing the top of her head distractedly, picking up the phone and sitting up when he hears Dean's voice.
It's trembling with excitement.
"Sam!" Dean gushes, and there's really no other word for it. There seems to be a commotion behind him, but the happy kind. Dean's tone is almost ecstatic.
"Dean?" Sam confirms, groggily.
"Dude, Cas just asked me to marry him!" Dean let out, almost breathless. "And I said yes! Of course, I said yes! We're getting married, Sammy!."
A smile grows on Sam's face. "Dude. You're getting married."
"I'm getting married!" Dean repeats, and proceeds to chuckle at something Cas is saying apparently, because then he tells Sam he's putting him on speaker.
"Hello, Sam." Cas greets him, sounding thoroughly overjoyed.
"Congratulations, Cas." Sam says, beaming now. He's so happy for them both. Cas is amazing, and he gets Dean, and Sam knows Dean loves him so much. "And, uh, Dean? You better fight a good fight for my Bestmanship, versus Castiel's brother, okay?"
Dean laughs, and it's the kind of rare excited laugh which makes everyone around smile too.
Cas answers, instead, his voice just as excited. "Don't worry, I'd rather have Gabriel be the caterer."
Sam chuckles. "Good."
"Give the phone back a minute, Cas," Dean says in the background, and then it's off-speaker, and just Dean, again. "You're not busy being important or anything, are you?"
Sam looks around him. "No?" Dean hesitates for a beat, until Sam catches the gist. "Dude! Of course I'm not busy. Tell me everything!" Dean lets out a sound which is definitely a squeal, though he'd never own up to it. "How did it happen? Why did it happen so early?"
Dean exhales, happily, and Sam can picture the smile on his face.
"Wait, is there a ring? Dean, I need you to show me the ring." Sam adds, just before Dean starts to tell Sam about it all. Just like he had, at the very beginning.
*
Six days to the wedding, Sam sits on the old porch chair, tapping his pen on his notebook.
He needs to write a speech.
There's so much to tell. The two of them are adorable, for god's sake. They tend to be cheesy even in front of him, and so unaware of it - Sam wonders if they turn into mushy marshmallows when his back is turned.
Maybe he should include that in his speech. "Mushy Marshmallows" is a cute alliteration. Huh.
After an entire evening of thinking, he pushes himself off his seat to get a cup of coffee. (He'd try to convince Dean to make some, but him and Cas have an appointment with a florist for the wedding.)
In any case, Sam may not be done with the speech entirely, but he figures he's earned a break. You see, he's already got an unbelievably great title. He can work from there.
"How Dean Is The Worst Judge Of People."
He has a good first line, too. "Exhibit A: Novak-slash-Castiel-slash-Cas."

CA Final Costing Old & New Course
Preparation Strategies for students who are transiting from CA Final Costing Old course to CA Final Costing New Course
This article is all about the myths & confusions of CA Final Old Course Students who are transiting from old courses to a new course. There is a lot of confusion going around in the minds of students who appeared for the CA Final Old course, as this is the last attempt and students have doubts regarding how to start the studies & how to proceed with the course with what all the similar topics of new course & Old course, etc.
As your results are awaited, you can start your studies with CA Final Direct Tax & CA Final InDirect Tax, as you can utilize this period for studies. If you are fortunate in your exams(which should really be in your case), then this knowledge will help you in your further interviews. If you are amongst the unfortunate ones(which we really don’t want you to be in), then the best thing is that you have already started with the new course studies.
For selection from Elective paper, Economic laws & International Taxation can be selected soon after the result. Why do old course students select these courses? Because 80% of the course of Elective paper- economic law is similar to CA Final law and International Taxation is also available in the old course syllabus. So if Old course students choose these elective papers then, then will need less time to study this part of course.
There is a lot of confusion & myths going around regarding AMA & SCMPE syllabus. So let us first discuss the same in the form of Questions & answers:
Q.1- What is the difference between CA final Costing Old Course syllabus & the CA fInal New Course syllabus?
The New Syllabus of CA Final Costing (SCMPE) is entirely different from AMA. It is much more analytical, unlike AMA which has direct questions which makes SCMPE more difficult to score marks. It is the only subject that has been changed by the ICAI extraordinarily from its old syllabus to the new syllabus. This course will teach you how to manage and run a business. Every organization has to plan and evaluate its cost management processes. With the use of a CA Final Costing (SCMPE) studied in this curriculum, you may handle the difficulties and offer management suggestions or guidance. Different SCMPE models will provide you with a roadmap / a sense of ownership that will aid us in managing the firm in a new tough job. Understanding a different company model will widen our minds and supply us with the knowledge that will help us establish a competitive advantage.
Let us have a glimpse of changes between CA fInal Old Course & CA Final New Course.
The major focus shall be on the subjective/conceptual part of the syllabus.
Basics of Decision making including linear programming(Basics of Graphical & simplex, and its alternatives). Application of linear programming & solving is part of the syllabus. This part weightage in CA Final Costing New Course(SCMPE)  is less as compared to AMA(CA Final Costing Old Course)
     B. Transfer pricing- Mostly subjective topics are asked.      C. Activity Based Costing, Pricing Decision, Standard costing- Types of questions are totally different as compared to AMA. These topics are taken up at an advanced level, so these topics are considered as a new topic in the New Course.
      D. Case study & case scenario- This is a totally new part of the syllabus.
Around 40-50% marks are covered in Case Study & Case Scenarios.
The format or pattern to express your replies is what you need to know while writing answers to case study-based questions. That’s all there is to it.
Q.2- Do we need to refer to the PM of Old course/ books of Old course costing in CA  Final New Course?
No, students are advised to just follow new course books & study material. You can go through Parag sir’s self-study books for New Course studies.

About CA Final Exam Pattern –
Under both the old and new syllabus, the CA Final exam consists of 8 papers. And these papers are split into two groups of four papers each. However, the new syllabus involves an elective open book exam.
Some points to Remember:-
> You should take classes from the best & experienced faculty because this subject is based on concept clarity & only the best teachers can give you such clarity.
>It would be great for students to seek advice from only experienced & trustworthy students who have already taken classes from teachers & have appeared for exams. Trustworthy means that you know that student personally, as there are lots of fake profiles present in social media who are misguiding students & promoting the faculties in a wrong manner.

for @suckerfordeansfreckles: “i just got out of my seminar and i noticed for the first time that my prof-person has a tongue piercing. And he isn‘t the fancy suit type of guy but now i can‘t stop thinking about professor!Cas, all fancy and dressed up in shirts and jackets and sweaters and shit but with a silver tongue piercing”
Dean paid a lot of goddamn money to sit here and listen to someone tell him about US history prior to 1877, so he sternly informs his brain — and his dick — that he won’t think about how hot the professor is. He’s not thinking about the country road of his voice, either. He admires Professor Novak for his intellect, no different than he admires Professor Cain for the same.
Except one day Dean is early to class, and Novak is walking down the hall towards the classroom with another professor, both of them carrying coffees from the cafe on campus. Novak is laughing in a way that Dean hasn’t seen before, and he thinks briefly that Novak is gorgeous when he’s not on display in front of an auditorium of students before quashing the thought.
And then the light glints off of something in Novak’s mouth, and Dean realizes it’s a tongue ring.
A man who went off-topic and rambled about Canada’s part in the slave trade, something only tangentially related to the syllabus of an American History course, for a good fifteen minutes just last week. A man whose office is stacked with books with titles like A Brief History of Populism in the United States.
That man, who also has a tongue piercing.
“Good morning, Dean,” Novak says, and Dean is surprised out of his stupor that Novak knows his name out of the hundreds of students he teaches daily.
“Uh, hey. You think I got time to get coffee?” Novak looks at the Yeti in Dean’s hand and Dean tells a lie. “Need a refill.”
“Walk fast.”
Dean flees. It’s like he’s a teenager with a crush again, not a grown-ass man who finally decided to make room in his life for school a decade too late.
Dean sits in the back of the classroom and spends more time staring at Novak’s mouth than taking notes.
But Dean’s a grown-ass man, so after a couple weeks and a single incident of imagining what the tongue ring might feel like as Novak sinks his mouth over someone’s cock — not Dean’s, he’s not a creep, just someone’s — while jerking off, he lets the crush go. He’s been flirting with another “too old for this shit” student he met in the food court, and even though they both know he has no interest in being a father to her kid, it’s enough to distract from his Professor Novak fixation.
Dean needs help finding a topic for his final paper in American History I. He’s avoided Novak’s office hours like the plague since jerking off thinking about his tongue ring. He knows he’s gross, and he knows he’ll stammer his way through any conversation and make an idiot of himself.
Novak smiles widely when Dean walks into his office. “Dean, hello. How are you?”
“It’s been a long day,” Dean says with a wry smile. “You?”
“The same for me, unfortunately.”
“I’ll make it quick. Not sure what to do with my paper. The topic, I mean.”
Novak laughs and gestures towards the chair next to his desk. It looks like a Goodwill find, but one of the great ones. “Is there anything you know about this time period that surprised you to learn?”
Dean blinks. “I guess — I didn’t know any of that stuff about the Pony Express.”
“So find out more stuff and tell me about it. In written form, of course. Teach me something I don’t know.”
“Oh,” Dean says. “Ok.”
“Start reading about the riders and see where that takes you.”
“I’m not good at papers,” Dean says. “Just warning you.”
Novak gives him a warm smile. “Based on your exams, I disagree.”
Another student appears in the doorway and Dean stands. “Ok, thanks. I’ll, uh, get to work.”
Dean finishes the paper early and gets a B, so he goes into the final exam not worried about his grade, other than a vague unease at making himself look like more of an idiot to Professor Novak.
“Thanks for bearing with me this semester,” Novak says while the tests are passed around. “Feel free to leave when you’re done. Enjoy the day.”
Dean finishes quickly, and then spends forever quadruple-checking his answers for errors. And sneaking glances at Novak, who is scrolling on his laptop with a smile twitching at the corner of his mouth.
When Dean drops his test at the desk, Novak murmurs, “Can I speak to you outside?”
Dean’s guts go icy but he nods. Once they’re in the hallway with the classroom door closed, Dean says, fake-casual, “What’s up?”
“Ah,” Novak says, eyes dodging to the side and cheeks flushing. “You’re not in my class next semester.”
“Yeah, I enrolled too late and ended up with Masters, I think.”
“That’s good,” Novak says. “Because I’d like to — I’d like to take you to dinner.”
Dean’s mouth falls open and he stares longer than is polite while Novak shifts on his feet. “Um, yeah. Dinner. Ok.”
Novak breaks into a smile. “Wonderful. Are you free tonight?”
Dean feels like he’s watching from far away while he and Novak settle the details.
“By the way,” Novak says just before they part. “I’m Cas.”
