he himself never pays them much attention, thighs are just thighs yk - but not to you.

there are so many signs - your eyes trailing up his legs when you’re cramped in a changing room with him, sat on that ridiculous little stool and watching him try on like the fifth pair of jeans. or your refusal to join him at the gym after that one time. you lost count of how many times you had to bite your lip and look away that day, cheeks flushed not from the intensity of your workout, but from the way his shorts would ride up just right, exposing more than you could handle - especially in public.

so it’s no surprise that when you get him all to yourself, walking around your shared apartment in nothing but those damn boxers stretching around soft skin and defined muscle so deliciously, you can’t resist snapping the strained material against his thigh. you try to stifle your giggles when he whirls around, eyebrows furrowed and a pout on his lips, catching your wrist before you can repeat your offence a second time.

“why are you so obsessed with doing that?”

freeing yourself from his grip, you hook your fingers into the hem, pulling him closer to place an innocent kiss on his lips.

“would you rather i show you all the other things i’m obsessed with?” again.

his eyes widen just a bit, mind going into overdrive to conjure up the memories you just tapped into. his back against plush pillows, your lips on his neck, his chest, his hipbone. the shuddering breath he takes when he thinks he knows where you’re headed, just for you to diverge and bypass the target. your fingers pressing into the flesh of one thigh, while your kisses travel further down the sensitive inside of the other. the mischievous glint in your narrowed eyes before you sink your teeth into his skin, pleasure and pain tying in a race all the way to his very nerve endings, the arch of his back, the whimper that eludes him. your tongue gently soothing the sting, a stark contrast to the menace of a smile that spans across your lips right after, revealing how badly you wanna hear him make that sound again.

he is snapped out of it with another kiss, eyes refocusing and locking with yours again.

“where did you just go?” you purr, knowingly.

“show me.”

Songs on his iPod: i think kenma really, really likes OST's mixed in with some mindless pop that can go on repeat in the background when he games alone.

The one place they fall asleep – where they’re not supposed to: ooooh kenma definitely has a terrible habit of doing this as a general quirk of his. IF and only IF there are people he is safe and comfortable around (you, his team, family, hinata) he won't have ANY qualms about snoozing for a second if there's a moment that calls for it. most chaotic moment was during his own hospital visit. he'd hosted a 48-hour livestream and passed the hell out because of course he also didnt eat properly during. the doctor popped out for a moment to check something from a chart, and when he came back, kenma was asleep. it worried the doctor to no end for a second, before he realized the cat-like barely-adult-adult was simply snoozing. you and kuroo apologizes profusely, but the doctor chalks it down to the weird thing he was doing online before he came. assigns rest as medication.

The game they’d destroy everyone else at: there's no doubt that kenma's a class A gamer in every game to exist. the most infuriating one - the one that kuroo HATES that he always wins - is ludo. its a game that runs on pure chance half the time, yet kenma's never lost a single game, not to you or anyone else. hinata's little sister came close one time, though. that made kenma's brow sweat a little.

The emoticon they’d use most often: 👍. its easy during streams, its easy if hes sleepy, its easy if hes busy. it confirms whatever people want from him in a second.

What they act like when they haven’t had enough sleep: practically non-verbal. eyes squinted and barely able to do things required of him. he gropes and grabs at random stuff in his cabinet or fridge to find something edible and his phone is all up in his face. you mostly talk aloud to yourself during those times.

Their preferred hot beverage on really cold nights or mornings: kenma doesn't advertise it a lot, but he loves a good, warm bubble tea with tapioca. it has to be a black tea or he isn't having it.

How they like to comfort/care for themselves in a slump: kenma calls kuroo. slumps are his arch nemesis, the boss battle he cannot handle alone. so back up and support characters are needed.

What they wanted to be when they grew up: im pretty sure kenma achieved exactly what he dreamt of: freedom to play his beloved video games in the capacity that he does.

Their favorite kind of weather: overcast, but not humid or rainy. it's a perfectly acceptable day to stay indoors.

Thoughts on their singing voice: i think kenma is a very nice tenor, but he doesnt have the confidence or skills to really sing from his stomach, so it comes out shallow and off.

How/what they like to draw or doodle: he likes to doodle weapons from his games. the master sword from legend of zelda, cloud's buster sword, and the keyblades from kingdom hearts. it's all a cute, non-detailed chibi style tho, only marking what makes the sword stand out. mostly, hes the only one who can name them all if hes sitting thru a long enough meeting to draw multiple.

And here are some of my headcanons:

I know you asked me how old Joly was compared to Combeferre; I imagine Ferre being 27 in the story (slightly older than Enjolras' 26), with Joly being closer to 24-25? Which is about the age I would be when I become a teacher so I'm just projecting onto Joly here :3

Joly went into the sciences intending to be a surgeon but his hypochondria got pretty bad, so he decided to go into teaching! He teaches Chemistry and Biology and works very well with the younger students.

He gets assigned to the St. John's Ambulance Bridgade club ((I don't actually know if this is all set in France yet lol; if it is, then whatever the equivalent of that is there)) since he's already First-Aid certified and has tons of medical knowledge under his belt. Bossuet was also assigned there, and they're cubicle mates too so they become good friends ☺️

Eventually he gets over his superstition around the whole left corridors thing. Mostly by walking down it with another teacher or with some students. But then there was ANOTHER rumour about a ghost haunting a tree in the school gardens and well....the cycle just repeats 😔

23. Do any brothers have secret children? 👀

there have been many times that carmine almost had secret children. issue for carmine is that he's unwed, so they'd be bastards — and worse, they'd be half-high fae, half-lesser fae. a permanent, physical reminder of this desire he cannot excise from himself. a stain on their bloodline that he cannot permit. despite that, carmine is Not very good at making sure his partners take The Contraceptive Brew. nor is he good at sussing out who might be in his bed with hopes specifically of getting pregnant and being paid off / taken care of by the vanserra family. so he usually finds out after the fact and ... has the mother taken care of accordingly.

emile and his wife have no offspring. she is Very good at Taking The Contraceptive Brew — and doing so discreetly, so that emile does not realize. (he wants to be his daddy so bad; he wants to maximize the chances that the heir passes through him somehow.) what i have been toying with though is marius being the one to accidentally get her pregnant. maybe in a way that makes it very obvious to her and marius that the baby is theirs but not to emile. like emile went away to do Spy Things for a month and that's when she conceived. easy enough to fudge when she actually started noticing symptoms. there are some fun loa / helion parallels to play around with there; like mother, like son type beat. (all the better if marius goes to his mama for help.) plus ... there's really no chance they get caught out, unless the affair is brought to light. the baby is still half vanserra, half emile's mate. even if it popped out lookin like a little marius, that wouldn't really raise any red flags.

3. Which final boss and/or final dungeon do you like the most (whether from a narrative or gameplay perspective)?

HMMM i think my favorite's the tree of life+dark matter battle in PSMD. the final boss music is honestly one of the best in the whole series and the cutscenes and everything feel so EPIC!!!

5. Which Pokemon from Gen 7-8 would you consider potential hero/partner options, outside of the regular Starter Pokemon?

i'm gonna include gen 9 in this bc the ask meme came before it

probably biased bc of nostalgia and stuff but it has to be explorers of sky/time/darkness… it hit me so hard the first time and to this day it STILL gets me… they go really hard on ripping ur heart out. i feel like PSMD deserves an honorable mention for the way they flipped the script, BLEW MY TITS CLEAN OFF
