I’ve been itching to talk about my [Orange Cat] even though I’ve posted little and less about her, so bear with me.

Tangy loves a good Bard Performance. It makes the blood sing (on the battlefield) and a good song meets the stamp of boots and rattles in the bones and distracts from the bruises and aches and blood. Bare your teeth and roar to the time of a bards rising voice yk. Her favorite performances include flute or panpipes and bird whistles tho. She’ll space out thinking about clear streams and sunlight filtering through the trees and- oh, she fell asleep during the performance, it’s been over for a number of hours 🫣.

As a bonus tidbit in a modern au her go to would be Garage Bands btw. Unrefined and energized and crowded up in someone’s basement at 10 pm and there’s a chance the police show up for the noise complaint or w/e

• “faceless beauty”

— OKAY THIS IS THE ONE I WAS TALKING ABOUT BEING MOST EXCITED FOR! this’ll be based on the korean film “faceless beauty”/“hypnotized”, i’ve never watched it & i’m only taking a few plot points from it so essentially it’ll be about: suguru being in love with satoru’s wife, and he hypnotizes her so at midnight she will always come by his room. it’s quite dark/morbid, & it’ll be a delving into suguru’s unstable obsession and the aftermath that causes to everyone involved.

• “tar black soul, blood-red jam”

— vampire!priest geto my beloved… this one will be almost like a character study about the inherent darkness that lives inside suguru that overcomes him. in my personal opinion, corruption & devotion go hand in hand, therefore him being a “priest” & a “vampire” works so well! suguru has an obsession with reader & this small town has a string of heinous murders happening with no leads to who’s doing it. suguru wants to keep reader safe and will do whatever he has to do in order to ensure that.

• “inertia”

— suguru is a detective & reader is a serial killer who’s responsible for multiple murders in a once calm town. suguru finds himself utterly obsessed with reader but can’t seem to get them out of his head… reader is dangerous, heinous, a psychopathic murderer who doesn’t feel much, but knows they feel a certain… glee, when they see suguru. this story has a lot to do with corruption of self & how far one will go in order to feel something.

• “kiss of death”

— no curses au! grim reaper!reader follows suguru along the course of his lifetime from high school to adulthood. suguru finds an odd friend within the angel of death, and catches himself in multiple shenanigans with the specter! a fun little take on the grim reaper & the souls they reap — or don’t reap.

• “the house on the end of the street”

— suguru geto, the town’s infamously beautiful man, owns the house on the end of the street. everyone says the house is teeming with ghosts, ghouls, & terror-inducing creatures — that the manor’s owner is the cause of all these curses and ghoulish frights! reader is new to town and wants to befriend everyone, even the devilishly handsome man the town steers clear of. the incarnate of gothic horror (suguru) meets the incarnate of modern delight (reader)!

• “we’re a little ditzy!”

— satosugu x reader but let me explain the gist: satoru x reader are a ditzy couple! richboy toru & silly sweet reader are soooo enamored and in love with each other! their best friend suguru (who loves them both but desperately is in love with reader), tries to get with them in the best way he knows how — role play as GHOSTFACE bc his two little dummies won’t know/care! this is a smut so it’ll essentially be suguru corrupting satoru & reader (but he loves them so much, he’s just a nasty freaky perv!) it’ll be: dom!geto x sub!reader x brattysub!gojo

17. Past or present tense? Why?

Gosh, it really depends on the project. I was about to say present tense for modern and past tense for historical but uhhhhh looking at my posted fics that hasn't necessarily the case lol. I do tend to prefer present tense though; I think it meshes best with my writing's intimate narrative interiority.

23. Dialogue or description? Why is the other one so hard?

Dialogue is sooooo much easy for me omggg. Description is harder because it's denser, and is the place where prose can really pop off the page (imo), so I whittle away at it more. Also, description is so important to the sense of a story's rhythm–which, yes, dialogue is too, but for me, it's more of a struggle, hence more of hassle to get right, if that makes sense!

33. Give your writing a compliment.

My banter snaps! Dialogue exchanges are a strength of mine, to be sure. Here's an example I loved writing:

“Oh my god,” he gasps. “Oh my fucking god.”  Frowning, Ingrid looks over her shoulder. “What—?” Oh no.  He is holding The Shirt.  “This is my shirt!” (It is.) “You liar! You thief! You magpie-in-heat!” (She is x 3.)  “It’s mine!” (She lies). “But fine. You want it? Have it. That’s one of the few tops I don’t even care for.” (She lies x 2).

uh tips for writing smut... I really don't know how to put into words my thought process but here we go. (not me going through my work again to understand my own thinking and writing process)(not me looking at these after writing and wishing I followed my own structured thoughts instead of just throwing words on the page lmao)

Like you said, most of my smut writing is short and sweet. Diving right into the scene after a little background setting which in my opinion keeps the reader hooked if they're looking for a quick read and something to get their brain running with horny thoughts.

Be horny when you're writing XD This is kinda important. Sometimes if you yourself are not in the mood, writing smut scenes can be tough lol you're gonna have to use a lot of vulgar terms while writing

Another tip: Visualise the scenes. Imagine what the positions would look like. Where the touching happens, where the kissing happens, and where the characters are moving. Put yourself in the scene. Make the characters move the way you would move.

I usually note down all the kinks and stuff I want to describe and write about in the fic. Eg, size difference, eating out, fetishes etc.

I don't know how to explain it anymore, I just write the sex lmao

For longer fics (like the ones on my AO3) I follow an order of events that really help the reader immerse into the fic.

Introduce the characters: Their role in the story. Their relationship with each other. Their personalities.

Set the scene: How did they reach the situation they're in which leads them to having intercourse. (one night stand/maybe they confessed to each other and are expressing their feelings/maybe they are drunk)

Foreplay: You don't just jump right into the sex. You need the build-up. A little touching, some kissing, taking off of clothes. This then leads to preparing for the sex- fingering, eating out, blowjobs.

The main event: Keep it realistic. Keep it sexy. Bring them to orgasm with your words hehehe

Afterwords: You can write some after care, maybe hint at some more rounds and stuff heueheuhehe

Ending: Usually you can just end it here since this is just a smut scene or you can continue writing about what happens with them after the scene(are they still talking/are they more in love)

Well these are all the tips I can think of now. Maybe I can go back and write some more in this post when I feel like I can add something. For now my dear anon, you're going to have to do with this lmao

my october tests aren’t my gcses (the big ones) - they happen in march-y time, but my mocks are in november and i’m scared af because my teachers haven’t decided what they’re on yet (this years work or everything since last sept)

i have technically two skirts and around six shirts and then two sports kits (a top and skort for summer and winter) summer is white, winter is blue :) (one of my everyday skirts is stitched up a few inches, but the other isn’t so i just have one th at i wear :)) tehehe)

i have my rescue remedy thingys (the sweets / candy) but i’m trying not to use them until nov / match so i don’t get used to them 👀

my grades that i do get (in oct) soon are my atl (attitude to learning - 1 is the best, 2 is mid, 3-4 bitch you’re in trouble) and that’s just how you are in class / hw being done

i then get graded as well and they changed it last year to correspond with gcse grades (so 9 is best 5 is pass 4-1 fail) they give you what level you are rn and what you should be aiming for (usually a grade or two higher)

yeh reason from a change of a,b,c etc to 9-1 is because certain sixth forms / universities have a rule that you need a certain number, so when you add all your numbers up you can see if you get in! i learned this reasonably recently and it makes a lot more sense.

ok so she definitely carries purses when she’s not patrolling or out on a mission – she’s the kind of girl who has a couple signature expensive items that she cherishes. she splurges on purses every once and a while and will use it until it’s practically falling apart!

anyways so she’s definitely got stuff to touch up her makeup – pressed powder, lipstick/gloss, eyelash glue, the works. she’s got gum and mints and a travel sized perfume because she’s always freaking out about her hygiene. there’s always a spare pair of hoops in there and a throw away pair of glasses with a lens cloth too !!! and of course she’s got her badge, and a kitty kat safety keychain and mace on the end of her car keys since she’s low combat. oh and her phone ofc !!

but when she’s On The Move she shoves her necessities into her coat pockets! which would be her wallet, keys, and phone !!!
