Hi there! ☺️ As someone who has also put their FFXV characters into FFXIV, I couldn’t help being curious about whether you use it more to play out their XV storyline (via gpose and such), or do they have their own XIV versions/storyline? I’d love to hear any lore! 👀
aaaaa, hihi, saeta, thank you for the ask! 👀👀👀
one of the biggest reasons i have my ffxv characters in ffxiv at this point is because i genuinely wish there were people that loved ffxv enough to see if they could get the same kind of posing tools in the game? but i really don't think that's going to happen. so, i mean...the one place i can definitely pose them is ffxiv with things like brio, anamesis, and ktisis while also getting them to look close to how i imagine them with mods and glamourer.
being completely truthful: primam was brought into ffxiv purely to serve as an avatar for me in the beginning because i just really loved her when i made her, and was very attached to her (i mean, clearly i still am). she was not meant to be a warrior of light, she was not meant to even be isekai'd into ffxiv. i come from years and years and years of playing wow, so i didn't have expectations of me being hooked by ffxiv's story.
a lot of the gposes you'll see from me are kind of for fun things, and stuff to defiintely explore certain aspects! like a lunafreya plot point i've been working on in my reimagined series since i don't jive at all with how she's treated in ffxv, kingsglaive, and...if i'm being honest, i don't even really like the way she was entirely treated in dawn of the future, either.
(read more because i am rambling)
there are times where i like imagining prim in the setting of ffxiv, but it's all ever loose stuff if i'm thinking about it in the sense of being a warrior of light. my old fc at the time got me into making her into an rp character, and her arrival (along with a handful of others) on hydaelyn was a result of the resonance of allagan and solheim technology communing and syncing with one another to create a rift that pulled them through, scattering them around the star.
primam ended up in namai, almost having drowned in the process since she was submerged in water when she arrived. her twin brother ended up stabbing himself with one of his own weapons that he had out, necessitating aid from someone in the village of hyrstmill in the black shroud.
others who arrived who i don't talk about much are:
risu gaudium, who ended up in a garlean castrum and was questioned about his identity. with a name like risu gaudium, pretending to be from garlemald was a bit of thing he ended up doing to blend in and try not to actually get himself in too much trouble.
spe melos, who ended up nearly freezing as she tumbled across the chilled, nighttime sands of southern thanalan and taken in by the members of the u tribe who found her. she was then later taken in by a free company that called themselves the 'golden rose'. while they helped her she later got a job at the gold saucer as an entertainer, capitalizing on her talents of singing and playing piano.
victor sidus and alte vanas, who were the most unscathed from their arrival. they ended up close to mor dhona and secured themselves mercenary work to stay at the seventh heaven while defending the hub town from any threats. a task made easier thanks to their warping abilities.
... unfortunately, i felt too stressed to continue being in that fc, and the fc has since kind of gone downhill due to drama i actually have no place getting into because it happened after i stepped down from maintaining rp events. but since then, these stories have actually more or less been discontinued and even retconned in the case of primam for sure. all the other characters were not as tied into the fc at the time as primam was. thankfully, though, the retconning wasn't cumbersome, and i do have it in the wings in case i feel like rp'ing with primam again in the future utilizing the setting of ffxiv.
but yeah! for the most part, i do really, really love being able to explore more of these concepts and ideas of things i wish i could do in ffxv and being able to recreate those things in ffxiv because of all the aforementioned modding tools that allow me to do just that. like, i could draw it, and i'd like to. posing them for now has to suffice while i grapple with my artistic output, though. i hope i can draw more ffxv things in the future certainly.
but even if i haven't drawn them quite yet, playing with them and putting together scenes like this does give me ideas for how i'd like to draw things later!
outside of those, though? i've kinda soft headcanon'd jeryk / shenza as shards of prompto because he gives me such huge prompto energy. as such, i definitely had to make proper prim shards named rowynn and nokomis:
#questions and answers#user: saeta#thank you!#i am more than happy to yap about ffxv#like genuinely o w o#i could yap about ffxv all day#i am very tickled that you were interested though!!#thank you for making my morning ; w ;

so basically. laudes was the guard of the Twisted One's Procession when he was still being carried around place to place. Her passion for the Twisted One grew to such a fervor that one night, the pores of her skin opened and wove that passion into golden forms of four others (who became the other amenecidas). Once again, her ardour for the Twisted One only grew, and the high wills, jealous of how her passion was focused towards him and not THEM, locked her in a tomb in a perpetual sleep, unable to reach the other side of the Dream, until, years later, she would be called forth by the Saeta to reawaken and try to destroy the penitent one on behalf of the High Wills. i just. bangs fist she was punished for being pious she was punished for being holy all because of a jealousy she could never even comprehend existing....i would really recommend looking at her speech if u ever can/dont mind having it spoiled because its SO Fucking good. also her theme is great.
bro i need to take a minute after that - thats heavy as fuck! Does the gold have anything to do with the holy guardian visages?
But that aside thats like so similar to Our Lady of the charred visage - just in terms of dedication and love to religion, and the outwardly perception of that! Someone needs to give some love to my poor golden Blas ladies
Also I'm watching Laudes' speech and this damn this is amazing - I feel like crying! Even without knowing the lore too well, tone aside it's just so clear how her rejection and mistreatment has warped into this terrible rage! You're so right, shes bloody awesome!

Prince Baelon Targaryen, nicknamed Baelon the Valiant, was the fourth son of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen and his sister wife, Queen Alysanne Targaryen. He was a dragon rider Vhagar, who had not been ridden since Visenya Targaryen's death.
Growing up, Prince Baelon and his older brother Aemon became inseparable. When Aemon received his first wooden sword, Baelon was too young to accompany him in training; however, the prince made his own sword from a stick and ran to the parade ground to strike his brother. When Baelon was old enough, the brothers trained every morning; their battles were so fierce that they attracted spectators who cheered on one prince or another. Unlike his brother, Baelon was not afraid of dragons, even hitting Balerion's nose the first time he entered Dragonwell; Being Sam the Bitter of the Royal Guard declared that the prince "is either mad or very valiant", coining the nickname of Baelon the Valiant. The prince became an older brother when, in A.D. 60, Queen Alysanne gave birth to a girl named Alyssa; the princess followed Baelon everywhere, as Baelon did with his brother Aemon. By AD 68, the kings spoke of marrying Baelon and Alyssa, who were as close-knit as their parents were at their age.
In AD 75, Baelon married his sister Alyssa. The prince did not stop smiling after his marriage, spending as much time as possible with his wife, both flying in Vhagar and Meleys, and in their rooms. Two years later, Alyssa gave birth to the couple's first child, Prince Viserys. Another son, Prince Daemon, was born in AD 81. In AD 84, his wife Alyssa gave birth to a boy again, Aegon, and she promised Baelon that as soon as she recovered they would have other babies again to form an army.
However, Princess Alyssa did not fully recover from the difficult delivery and died the same year; Prince Aegon died half a year later, shortly before his first name day. Devastated by the deaths, Prince Baelon took refuge in his sons Viserys and Daemon, and never failed to honor the memory of his wife.
Two years after Alyssa's death, her sister Viserra, fourteen years her junior, mocked the guards one night and slipped into Baelon's chamber, undressed and waited for him, drinking all the wine in the room. When the prince appeared, he found her drunk and naked in his bed and expelled her. Viserra died in A.D. 87. while riding drunk on her last single night before heading north to marry Lord Theomore Manderly; Baelon thought that he could have avoided his sister's fate if he had spoken to her.
In 92 A.D., his brother Aemon set out with Caraxes to Tarth to finish off the Myrian pirates who ravaged the island. However, he died when a Myriense scout impaled a crossbow bolt in his throat. Prince Baelon, crazed with pain and anger, fell upon Tarth on Vhagar's back with howls of vengeance and burning all Myrians ships. When he landed, he joined the kill by wielding his sword, Dark Sister.
After Aemon's death, Baelon was named heir to the Iron Throne and Prince of Dragonstone by the king, thus relegating his niece Rhaenys, daughter of Aemon.
In 99 A.D. and after the disastrous performance of Ser Ryam Redwyne, Baelon was appointed Hand of the King, serving admirably.
In A.D. 101 and while hunting in the Royal forest, Baelon felt a stab in his side. The pain increased when he returned to the Red Keep, and his belly swelled and hardened, with pain so strong that it left him bedridden. The Grand Master Runciter, newly arrived from the Citadel after Allar's death from an embolism, managed to lower the prince's fever a little and relieved him, in part thanks to poppy milk, but his condition continued to worsen. After five days, Prince Baelon died in his chamber of the Tower of the Hand, with his father sitting next to him. After opening the corpse, the Runciter considered that the cause of death was a visceral rupture.
That year the Old King convened a Grand Council at Harrenhal to agree again on the succession. Baelon's son Prince Viserys Targaryen was elected heir.
I must admit that he is a character that I like. He was brave, helpful, and effective in making decisions. It's a shame he lost his wife whom he loved so much and then his favorite brother, two major deaths in 8 years.

Im having trouble understanding why some words have tilde and others dont And im learning about diptongo and triptongo but i don't really understand those either :/
This post goes into more of the rules of tildes involving the aguda, llana/grave, esdrújula stuff which seems really complicated at first but you understand it by example much more easily
Diphthongs are two (usually vowels though sometimes a Y) sounds that blend together into one syllable. Please keep in mind this is mostly not including silent H, or LL, or the Ñ.
The most basic one is yo which in its oldest form was io, but I+O form a diphthong so instead of separating them, you pronounce it as one full syllable.
You have a word like el queso and instead of breaking it up as “qu-eso”, the U and E are joined together.
You also see it with words like tiene, viene, sigue, luego, hacia etc
In this cases two vowel sounds are merged together as one.
A triphthong or triptongo is 3 vowels like that pronounced as one syllable. Usually it’s something like -uie- or -uio-… like quiero, consiguiente, or guion
If you look at it like English would it would be qui-e-ro, con-si-gui-en-te, gui-on
But for Spanish it’s quie-ro, con-si-guien-te, guion
For guion “script” it’s just one syllable pronounced like “gyon”
When two vowels require them to be separated in pronunciation, it’s called hiato or “hiatus”. This would be like barbacoa “bar-ba-co-a” or saeta “sa-e-ta”…
In general knowing what’s a diptongo/triptongo and hiato isn’t super necessary as long as it doesn’t influence your pronunciation. Where it does become very important is counting syllables in poetry.
For example if you have para aprender “to learn” the two A’s are considered connecting so it’s “pa-raa-pren-der” or something like él y yo would be “el-yyo” so it would only qualify as two syllables there because the I/Y sounds go together + yo is a dipthhong already.
[in some cases i is sometimes written as y as alternate forms, like el hielo “ice” is sometimes written as el yelo or la hiedra “ivy” is sometimes la yedra but these are more pronunciation things and less accepted, regionally]
I most likely made a mistake explaining it since it isn’t totally my area of expertise but hopefully it made sense

Prince Aemon Targaryen was the third son of King Jaehaerys I Targaryen and his sister wife Queen Alysanne Targaryen. He was named Prince of Dragonstone in 62 AD, being heir to the Iron Throne until his death. He was a dragon rider Caraxes.
As they grew, Aemon and Baelon became inseparable. When Aemon received his first wooden sword, Baelon was too young to accompany him in training; however, the prince made his own sword with a stick and ran to the parade ground to strike his brother. When Baelon was old enough, the brothers trained every morning; the brothers were good friends, they had complementary qualities and their fights were so fierce that they attracted spectators who encouraged one or the other prince. In 62 AD, King Jaehaerys I Targaryen granted Aemon the title of Prince of Dragonstone, thus recognizing him as heir to the Iron Throne; his older sister Daenerys had died two years earlier.
In AD 68, the kings announced the marriage of Prince Aemon and Lady Jocelyn Baratheon, daughter of Lord Rogar Baratheon and Lady Alyssa Velaryon, and thus Aemon's maternal aunt. Briefly, following the death of Princess Daenerys, the prince had been considered to marry his sister Alyssa, but Queen Alysanne strongly opposed declaring that Alyssa would be Baelon's wife.
On the seventh day of the seventh moon in A.D. 74, Lady Jocelyn gave birth to her daughter, Princess Rhaenys Targaryen. The girl was large and fierce, with her mother Baratheon's black hair and her father Targaryen's light violet eyes. As the firstborn of the prince of Dragonstone, she was considered by many to be the next in the line of succession to the Iron Throne after Aemon.
Years later, Myriense pirates captured the eastern shore of Tarth. Prince Aemon would command the attack and jointly attack Lord Corlys Velaryon, his recent son-in-law. On the ninth day of the third moon in 92 AD, Lord Corlys and his fleet set sail from Marcaderiva, and Prince Aemon followed a few hours later on the back of Caraxes, after bidding farewell to his wife and daughter Rhaenys. The princess had just learned she was pregnant, otherwise she would have accompanied the entourage on Meleys. Hearing that, Prince Aemon said:
"In the fray? As if I was going to allow it. You have your battle to fight. Lord Corlys will want a son, I am sure, and I would like to have a grandson."
Prince Aemon arrived before the Velaryon fleet at Tarth and met with Lord Cameron Tarth, who had retreated to the mountain range that ran through the center of the island and had encamped in a hidden valley from which to maneuver spies. the myrienses. Prince Aemon met him there, and they both drew up plans for the attack; Unfortunately, the camp was sighted by one of the Myriense explorers. One of them fired a crossbow aiming at the Evening Star, missing the shot due to darkness and distance and skewing Prince Aemon. With the iron shaft entering his throat and protruding from the nape of his neck, the prince of Dragonstone fell to his knees and seized the arrow, as if trying to tear it away, but dying, struggling to speak, drowned in his own blood.
His death triggered a dynastic problem that led King Jaehaerys to decide that the heir to the throne would be Baelon Targaryen, Aemon's younger brother, overlooking his daughter Rhaenys.
He seemed to be a man with leader wood, it is a pity that he could not survive and that his daughter took away a right that he had just for being a woman.
