The eclectic businesses comprising the historic East 8th Street Village are long-standing and endurant, an echo of the residents themselves. Whether you're a lifetime local or a curious tourist looking for a good time, the Village is the heart and soul of what the Spice District has to offer.

Welp... I started building this during Pride Month. The original plan was to make a gay little grimy dive bar in San Myshuno and it turned into this massive multi-functional monster. Happy very late pride! I need a nap now!

Packs I Used:

This lot is completely CC Free, but it obviously does use a shit ton of packs! It's located in San Myshuno's Spice District and is labeled as a “Karaoke Bar” lot type, but obviously it can be labeled differently depending on how you want to use it in your save. Additionally, it has two lot traits: Party Place and Singles Hangout.

TOU: All I ask is that 1. you do not reupload and claim the build as your own (yes, even if you tweak it a little…) and 2. you tag me if you use it! I would love to see this in other people’s games and saves, that’s why I’m sharing it! ❤️

The Bastion Spire by @lesmana-enterprise-ltd looks amazing in game. I didn't run into any issue so far. I had bb.moveobjects on before installing. Everything worked well.

The areas of the building, the theater, restaurant, underground metro station, library etc., and other places on the different floors are nicely done.

I have yet to explore the inside in depth but I look forward to. Great builds.

Стеснительный милаха и «маменькин сынок» Радж — один из моих любимых персонажей в игре, но по стечению обстоятельств мне до сих пор не доводилось как следует поиграть за него. Планирую исправить это в ближайшие дни!

На создание лукбука для Раджа меня отчасти вдохновил его сериальный тезка — Раджеш Кутраппали из The Big Bang Theory. Мне кажется, что у этих двоих очень много общего — например, патологическая застенчивость и неловкость в общении с противоположным полом.

Lily Feng is not happy with these two new families entering their little circle of elite in San Myshuno. She'd like to have a word with them soon...

hahaha remember that blurb I wrote? yeahhhh...I literally did not touch anything in victor and only tweaked some things on lily, and then just changed their wardrobe. Searched for a very luxurious builds of their apartment in the gallery, and voila, the fengs. Also, the real fengs in my game apparently died and it was their children who lived there...so i had to delete them from the save file. (but you didn't hear that from me!!!)
