Base Game Modern Oasis Springs Home

I did another shell challenge by lilsimsie called the simsiedino shell. I had fun but the floorplan did give me a headache as I had to rework it 3-4 times lol. In the end the back become the front of the house.

It’s a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom house where I imagined a small family of 3-4 sims live. One sim likes to paint the scenery out of their room and another loves to play the guitar and enjoys it at the solitude of their basement suite.

The Merrill: 1916 Bungalow House

Hi everyone! As requested, as per my poll on what followers would like to see, I recreated a one-story, seven-room bungalow based on this 1916 North American Construction Co. home plan.

This simple family home (3 Bed, 1 Bath) contains a small front stoop, a side porch, a kitchen door, and an unfurnished basement. Shown are the living room, dining room, main bedroom, two secondary bedrooms, and kitchen. The bathroom is not shown because it's very small and I couldn't get good pictures of it. The Merrill is priced about 49k renovated and 18k unrenovated.

Lot dimensions are 30x20. I placed it in Dachshund's Creek in Brindleton Bay, but it could easily work on a similarly-sized lot.

Tray importer hasn't been working for me since the last update, but you can download the house in the gallery under AlainaTheGreat, either the renovated version or the empty shell.

No CC: contains items from Cottage Living, Cats & Dogs, Get to Work, City Living, Parenthood, Laundry Day. Some packs are featured more heavily than others; the main ones used are CotLiv and C&D.
