WAVES : Currents in Japanese Graphics show at Japan House in London. Takei Emi and Kawakita Mayuko send encouragement to the 3rd generation of C.C. Girls

Both Oscar Promotion's talents Takei Emi and Kawakita Mayuko attended the debut of C.C. Girls 3 to send them words of encouragement and give them a commemorative bouquet.

This is the 3rd generation of C.C. Girls. The group was originally active in the 90's and early 2000's. They were active in singing, gravure, variety and commercials. Some of the first members graduated in 1998. They also added some new members who were active until 2003.

C.C. Girls 3 is the first ever group in Reiwa era. They have five members with an average age of 24.6 years, average height of 171 centimeters and an average bust of 86 centimeters. They have the charm of women in their early 20's and embody "COOL and CLASSY" where the origin of their group name came from.

Takei Emi comments that everyone has great legs and beautiful aura and that she wishes everyone that they can go to places.

This is the second time Emi-chan appeared in the public press ever since she came back from her maternity leave.

Funimation Reveals Kageki Shojo!! English Dub Cast and Crew

  Saturday, September 4 marks the premiere of the Kageki Shojo!! English dub on Funimation, so the full English cast and crew have been revealed. Siv Ryan and Xanthe Huynh are in the lead as Sarasa Watanabe and Ai Narata, respectively, and you can see who else is getting in on the fun below.

oh boy that’s too many but i’ll list some off just for your faves <3

haruka’s favorite christmas movie is the muppets christmas carol, and she, tsukki, yamaguchi, and kenma watch it every year!!

etsu tried lemon sour candy once and immediately screwed her face up and refuses to try it again

suzu really really wants to try hang gliding but no one will go with her

iyu wishes she had the time and money for a hobby, specifically scrapbooking or journaling

mana tries to take naps and can’t and it makes her very sad

delphi does yoga (specifically with frosch)

kit and toby once did secret santa and got each other the exact same gift

yvette loves lollipops, and her favorite flavor is cherry

riju’s phone background is a picture of herself and issei as kids in halloween costumes

kichirou started off wearing glasses for aesthetic purposes and, with his luck, ended up needing them for real

stella knows a lot of flower language from when she and ben tried to communicate in secret as kids

chika collects comics and her favorite superhero is spiderman

hey so i’m alexandra, i’m eighteen, and i love any idol anime too much honestly. so here i am bringing you two of my favorite idols nico yazawa from love live! school idol project!! and kanan matsuura from love live! sunshine!!

☽ MAYU WANATABE ☾ ┊⟶ do you know what i heard? i heard that NICO YAZAWA from LOVE LIVE! SCHOOL IDOL PROJECT!! was in the gift shop. i didn’t get to talk to HER that much, but word of mouth says that SHE can be HARD-WORKING and CARING but also CHILDISH and ABRASIVE. anyways, i hope SHE’LL bring me back a souvenir 

first we have nico who is a mess and a half honestly. she can be very self centered at times, although really she cares too much about what everyone thinks and how they all feel both about her and in general. she can get real bitter and real jealous, and she has this idea that she always has to be the best, to be a good role model for her three younger siblings. she takes on a completely different personality when doing idol things, she’s upbeat, always smiling, and often can be caught saying her little catchphrase accompanied by a pose. anyway have some other little tidbits of info about her:

is a third year at  otonokizaka academy and the founder of the idol research club there

a member of the school idol group μ's

nico tried to start her own idol group during her first year although slowly one by one the other members dropped out of the group because they couldn’t live up to the expectations set by nico

she can be real harsh on the other members of μ's, she can be overbearing with expectations in reality she doesn’t want them to go through the same failure her first group did

is a great cook despite once telling everyone she had never cooked before

she helps kotori, a second year and member of μ's, design the live outfits, nico specializes in doing hair designs 

☽ EMI TAKEI ☾ ┊⟶ do you know what i heard? i heard that KANAN MATSUURA from LOVE LIVE! SUNSHINE!! is working at syracuse point as a LIFEGUARD. i mean, i’ve heard that SHE can be SELFLESS and DEVOTED, but also HEADSTRONG and DISTANT. anyways, i hope SHE will give me a family friends discount.

okay so we also have kanan who despite being very stuck in her ways really only wants what is best for the people around her, even if it isn’t what they want. she’ll put the needs of those she cares about above her own to do what she thinks is best for them. she is mature and normally calm and collected, she however distances herself when she gets upset instead of confronting the source of her problems. and have some more things about kanan, this time with bullet points

is a third year at uranohoshi girls' high school

a member of the school idol group aqours

kanan along with dia and mari tried forming their own idol group their first year, also named aqours. the hit their first bump after kanan didn’t sing on stage at an event in tokyo, to keep mari from preforming on an injured ankle. after they got back to uranohoshi kanan quit the group, to remove the one reason mari had of not taking the opportunity to study abroad. 

she works in her grandfather’s diving shop on awashima, an offshore island.

she loves to be in and around the water, whether it be swimming, diving, or being out on a ship.

she also has a love of the night sky

she doesn’t have her memories intact here so here’s what she believes to be true:

everything up until her third year of high school follows canon, her and chika have been friends since they were little and then by extension you as well.

the first aqours group forms and breaks up during kanan’s first year and she grows apart from both dia and mari.

right before she starts her third year her grandpa falls ill and is brought out to a hospital in new york to be treated and kanan starts odd jobs in the area to try and keep up with hospital bills. ends up taking a job as a lifeguard at syracuse point.
