Je lui demande de transmettre mon contact à ces "autres victimes".

Jamais personne ne m'a contactée. C'est sans arrêt les mêmes discours.

Et ça sera le cas pour plein d'autres personnes, qui disent être en contact avec DES victimeS.

Il y a quelques personnes qui m'ont confié que cette fille disait à qui voulait l'entendre que Fantasm l'avait violée, lors de soirée le plus souvent. Ils m'ont tous confirmé que c'était elle en la nommant tout simplement.

Malheureusement ces personnes ne veulent pas être inclu dans cette histoire. Ce que je comprend et respecte.

Après le nouvel an, j'avais plein de vidéos du DJ Fantasm dans mes pour toi, et dans chaque section commentaire des commentaires style des emojis violet (qui sont utilisé pour dénoncer un violeur / parler de viol), "violeur" ou encore "Lyon n'oublie pas".

Je ne connaissais pas Fantasm avant ça,et je n'écoute pas de techno.

Qui est Fantasm ? C'est un DJ de 22 ans, franco americain. Il est né aux États Unis, et est venu vivre en France à Lyon avec sa maman alors qu'il était enfant. Son père vit encore aux États Unis.

Plus les mois passent, plus il devient connu. Il enchaine les sets partout dans le Monde.

Voilà ce que les gens ont à dire sur lui : c'est un sociopathe, un violeur, avec des parents influents qui le protège, et qui fait taire les victimes en les attaquant en justice.

J'ai donc recherché ces victimes, j'ai écris aux gens qui avait publié des vidéos sur le sujet pour récupérer toutes les informations à disposition.

Dès les premiers messages, on m'a envoyé plusieurs fois les screens ci dessous, qui proviennent d'un groupe Telegram, en les qualifiant de 'preuves' :

Il y a des comportements répréhensibles oui, mais il ne faut pas oublier qu'on parle d'un mec de 19 ans à l'époque (car oui, le contexte est important)

Partons du principe que toutes ces informations sont véridiques : est ce qu'être un ptit con suffit à se trimbaler une étiquette de violeur ? Non.

Oui ne pas vouloir se faire dépister ou rechigner à se protéger c'est pas bien et immoral. Mais ça relève du domaine privé. Avec l'âge et plus on expérience la vie, plus on prend en maturité et on évolue sur ces sujets. Afficher un gars pour ça dans un groupe qui s'appelle "agresseurs / violeurs / voleurs" avec en titre "Fantasm : violeur /manipulateur" pour des trucs du style c'est contre productif.

Laissons aux gens le temps de grandir (encore + les mecs. Le fait est que pour la plupart, ils mettent plus longtemps à se responsabiliser.) avant de les enfermer à tout jamais dans de tels rôles. Je ne dis pas non plus qu'il faut laisser couler, si ces mêmes erreurs se répètent encore en encore, et qu'elles deviennent une habitude, oui, tenons les responsables. Mais pour le coup, je trouve le principe d'avoir sa photo postée dans un tel groupe pour ce genre de faits d'une violence extrême.

Ça en devient limite des commérages. Qui engendrent un harcèlement, bien réel.

Qu'on se l'avoue, les gens adorent mettre une personne sur la place publique et pointer du doigt la moindre faute commise.

Je parle de contre productivité car ça noit les témoignages importants.

Vous devez vous dire "oui mais une personne qui l'a côtoyé dit que c'est un violeur". Une certaine "Nero". On y vient.

Comme je l'ai dis, j'ai beaucoup envoyé de messages. J'ai parlé à un mec qui était au collège avec Fantasm.

Il me dit qu'il "se la pétait" et "était déjà une belle petite merde à l'époque" ainsi que "il surfait sur la popularité d'être franco americain avec des parents influents".

Et sur le même sujet "ses parents sont des ptn de personnes influentes qui pensent pouvoir tout cacher"

Je comprend bien que ce mec pense dur comme fer que son ancien camarade est un violeur, et que ça joue énormément sur son jugement, c'est normal.

Quoi de mieux que d'être aller au collège avec un mec qui est devenu célèbre ? Être aller au collège avec un mec qui est devenu célèbre et qui a un scandale qui lui colle au cul. C'est exaltant d'être inclu dans une histoire pareil.

Vous vous demandez sûrement pourquoi j'inclus ce genre de chose, qui doivent vous paraître inutile. C'est parce que ce mec était dans diverses sections commentaires à enfoncer Fantasm, disant qu'il pouvait témoigner.

Voilà pourquoi j'ai pris le temps de lui écrire, mais pour une personne qui ne le fait pas, ça laisse à penser qu'il sait des choses importantes et relatives au fait que *Fantasm est un violeur*. Ce n'est pas le cas.

Il dit d'ailleurs dans son témoignage une information totalement fausse, mais à ce moment là je ne le savais pas encore.

C'est l'une des failles des call out du genre. Ça donne l'opportunité à nimporte quelle personne du passé de la personne d'ajouter son grain de sel, pour quoi au final ?

Un peu d'attention j'imagine. Se sentir inclu dans quelque chose. On tire la lumière sur soi pour dire le fond de sa pensée sous couvert de militantisme. C'est brouillon, les on dit sont considérés comme faits.

Après des dizaines de messages privés envoyé et beaucoup de réponses "je suis de Lyon, je connais la victime" / "à moi il ne m'a rien fait, mais je connais des gens qui connaissent la victime", on fini enfin par me filer le contact de *la victime*.

Clara : Je suis sûre que oui ! Ils ont bien organisé l’événement. Il y a des horaires précis, du matériel gratuit, et tout le monde peut participer, même les familles. Ça donne envie, non ?

Paul : Peut-être… Mais ça dure de 9 h à 17 h. C’est pas un peu long ?

Clara : Oh, mais tu n’es pas obligé de rester toute la journée ! Tu viens quand tu veux et tu restes autant de temps que tu peux. Moi, je pensais venir le matin et rester jusqu’à midi. Ce serait déjà un bon geste.

Paul : Oui, ça me rassure un peu… Et si on n’a pas l’habitude de ramasser des déchets ?

Clara : Mais Paul, c’est super simple ! Tu prends un sac, des gants, et tu ramasses ce que tu trouves. Rien de compliqué. Et tu sais quoi ? Ça peut même être amusant si on le fait à plusieurs.

Paul : Hmm… Et pourquoi tu tiens tant à ce qu’on y participe ?

Clara : Parce que j’en ai marre de voir des déchets partout, honnêtement. Notre ville mérite mieux. Et c’est aussi une façon de montrer qu’on est responsables et qu’on se soucie de notre environnement. En plus, c’est une bonne occasion de rencontrer des gens qui pensent comme nous.

Clara : Oui, je crois que oui, mais dans ce cas, on peut décider à la dernière minute. Et puis, ils ont choisi mai parce qu’il fait souvent beau à cette période. Franchement, pas d’excuses, Paul !

Paul : OK, tu m’as presque convaincu. Je vais y réfléchir, mais je dois vérifier mon emploi du temps.
