Details I noticed while watching "The Gaslight District":

That priest who said "This is not a human" is most likely the High Priest/leader of the Black Hand cult.

He's visibly different from the others - older, with a more distinct symbol on his robes, and the crowd obeyed when he demanded silence.

Considering the lack of examples in canon, i think that Temperance is responsible for “maintenance” their bodies with Dilligence: from repair to installation of different modifications. Repairing is a lot more common then modificating, especially in the case of Dilligence since she is a battle unit.

It’s unlikely that Temperance could find himself in situations where he got hit so hard, that he had trouble repairing himself. When he did in post-pilot he didn’t ask for assistance. Everything in his design resemble his social disconnection and isolation; he wouldn’t put himself in a vulnerable situation in front of Dilligence, he probably wouldn’t even think about disturbing her again.

But she will help him anyway, since i like to think that they’re dreadfully attached to each other. Bonus: At first their communication was tense

За неимением конкретных примеров в каноне, думаю, что именно Умеренность ответственен за "техобслуживание" их с Усердием тел: от починки до различных модификаций. Чинить приходится чаще, чем модифицировать, и в основном Усердие, поскольку она боевой юнит. Вряд ли когда-то в пр��шлом Умеренность попадал в ситуации, в которых его ранили так, что он не мог самостоятельно восстановить себя. Оказавшись в такой ситуации теперь, в пост-пилоте он не просит помощи. Всё в его дизайне намекает на его закрытость и замкнутость; он не поставит себя в уязвимую позицию перед Усердием, он, вероятно, даже не задумается о том, чтобы побеспокоить её снова. НО она всё равно сама ему поможет, потому что мне нравится воображать, что они с Умеренностью очень трепетно относятся друг к другу. После стольких веков совместной работы-то… две последние бонус-пикчи про то, что в начале их общение было весьма "неровным", а потом случилось каноничное событие в жизни женщины: считала его чудилой пока не влюбилась. теперь это её чудила

° большой комикс про хэдканонное знакомство Усердия и Умеренности, кажется я потратила на это целую вечность, но мне нравится результат, надеюсь вам тоже!

° контекст: действия происходят в ранний период существования парадайса, после войны с ангелами, можно сказать что это начала расцвета этой структуры, именно тогда она начала приобретать тот вид, что имеет сейчас

° Усердие тут ещё не такой уставший, также он стандартно вежлив с другими добродетелями, Умеренность просто еле коммуницирует, он сидит в лаборатории один и изучает растения (позже у него появятся ассистенты и с растений он перейдёт на мясо...)
