It took only the promise of a few gold plaques from Alberu for Cale Henituse to enter a dating show for the entire Western Continent to see. And the best part of it, he didn't need to do anything but one thing; act as Alberu, as a stand-in for this ridiculous farce. To bad for him, this ridiculous dating show will be a turning point of his life and be dragged into something far deeper than necessary. Alberu, you were supposed to be the one experiencing this headache, not him!

author's note: the timeline of events for this to work is during the late winter to early spring where after cale meets mary but hasn't gone to ten finger mountain, if that makes sense. i decided to expand the western continent by a margin to fit in obsidian bride's lore and kingdoms into lcf. however, there are many changes in obsidian bride in some degrees, nothing too major, i think. this is a work in progress that's been in my mind since i had a dream of being in the jewelry box with cale. and those who want to know the pairing, these are your answer.

❝ is cale paired with anyone in LCF? ❞ there might be implied pairings but nothing too explicit unless i decide to change it. i ship cale with anyone...

❝ is cale being paired with an original character? ❞ in order to fit the number of contestants in the early chapters of OB, i have an original character that will fill in that void. however, everything they do depends on the viewers/reader's interpretations since it is based off of my dream.
