this is technically enough information to be spoilers but whatever look at them anyway. i’ve been thinking a lot lately about the Severed Hand AU from this list of canon AUs bc it makes me feel things. we have:

Censere the government census agent who keeps having to reinstate his contract because every time he checks back in at the office, his employee info is missing or forgotten

Magnum (legally Magnificus but he prefers Magnum) the polymath scientist and professor, gleefully pursuing new lines of research and also the happiness of his equally batty Conjunx Glyph. a scientist of what science you ask? yes

Rung the psychiatrist who is hardly different at all from what we know in canon

Tyrest the wandering lawyer-for-hire, best lawmech around, terror of courts, Enforcers, and corruption alike, who forgot to eat breakfast today and, if he wore clothes, would have his shirt on inside-out and backwards

and the exploratory space station CSC Grand Architect, apparently commissioned some time way back in the Age of Expansion, now the furthest waypoint out in the black that few spacers dare visit for how remote it is

So what actually ARE the alt modes of Shockwave, Maccadam, and Grand Architect? And what was Magnificence's?

well Shockwave's is right there on his ref sheet, sort of an ambulatory vehicle like in Cyberverse. Maccadam is a four-wheeled truck, and the Grand Architect is an airskiff, although he rarely if ever transforms

the Magnificence... well i don't see why i can't tell you. back when it was a person, it had a six-wheeled pickup truck alt
