#day36 of #100daysofpractice : #regrann of an epic video from @thedatabats of their upcoming show and album release "of Water" at @handlebar_to on the 18th March! Started out exhausting and ended up liberating. Technique is improving to the point where I feel less hobbled and while I can hear errors, I can also correct faster. Meant I went beyond the timer and felt good about it 😁🎻🎶💚✨ maybe this is becoming a habit. Or at least a discipline rather than a fleeting motivation.
