Anyone who is mad about Hector getting another alt can stay mad, I am LIVING for this. Not into beards but they made it look somewhat nice, def better than his sprite in FE6 thats for sure. Loving the witch aesthetic too, i fucking LOVE witches. The Duo thing is pretty crazy i’ll give y’all that but it being a Hector alt I won’t. If Camilla can have a crap ton of alts, so can he, and at this point, opens the door for anyone. I’ll take my second and third Niles alt for Niles emblem now I.S

I see a lot of people misinterpreting people being mad about the gen 1 removals so I’ll try to clear up any confusion. We know it doesn’t effect all banners. there are banners like BHB, TT and new power banners to name a few where you can still get these units. Thats fine and dandy because they are still in the game and can still be pulled for

The problem comes in that most people don’t pull on these banners. Most people save their orbs and pull on the New heroes or Special banners for units they like there. This means if there are a few gen 1 units you don’t mind being pity broken by and you are one of the people who only pull on new heroes and special banners, you aren’t getting them at all. And while yes there are a few Duds I’m happy I wont see (Luke, Karel, Olwen) There’s a few I know I would still love to see (Hector, Ninian, Celica)

And before someone says “Just save up more orbs” I.S gutted our orb count in March and its looking to be the same in April too. Its getting harder to be a F2P player, who already have to choose their banners carefully. A simple demote would have been fine, they didn’t have to go the extra mile to get rid of the gen 1 units on the New heroes and special banner.

See! That's the right attitude to have! By all means ask for different characters to have a chance but taking out your aggression on one fanbase for a popular character is dumb. I had to bite my tongue multiple times when a friend of a friend starts whining about Camilla and "her greedy fans" yet makes no mention of how many alts Lucina, Lyn and Hector get. Intsys literally counts on a popular characters selling a banner.🙄

I'm putting my bets on Female Robin being a hated candidate next year. I love her alts but I distinctly recall the massive bitch fit ppl threw over her grima alt. The Corrins and Robins are likely to get one more alt each again this year and u know the fe community. If it's popular and we got nothing to complain about for a while, we hate it. I'm half expecting them to hate on Micaiah too if she gets another alt. Get her that Celica and Eirika treatment. Oof.

Like you aren’t wrong. The FE community is hella toxic and this years CYL only proves how bad it can get. Everyone wanted F!Robin for the sake of insuring Camilla lost but now that its over, the second F!Robin or even M!Robin get an alt, they gonna go bad shit all over again. Same with Corrin. Even if its someone outside of awakening and fates. I still remember the Christmas Banner where people where upset over another Sacred Twins alt. And these are extremely popular characters.

A teaser for the new special banner is here and it seems to be bath housed themed. I can already smell the riot of people now getting ready to complain for a solid week about someone on there then have it die down and completely forget about it after words.
