they literally js happen to run into each other at the same village LMFAO. they teamed and assumed they'd invite other people to join later but never rly got to it. they Both decided this was the season they would play lifesteal normally. no playing the hero and no villain arc, theyll get their kills and join in on wars if they're asked i guess (<– they are js definitely the first people to oppose whoever decides to go on a villain arc this season btw)

they're VERY closely allied w hannah and mapicc for obvious reasons LMFAO. leo and spoke are like, also there but lowk theyre js hannah and mapicc's emotional distress people.

as for individual alliances, i think ro would be allies w zam bc idk maybe they had a cute moment on day 1. maybe she gave zam a trust flower as a silly but it becomes /srs when zam puts it in her echest. 4c is allies w java (rek, sb, and jaron). and derap is allies w pangi.

planet and mane decided they wanted to be besties in s7 before the season started!!! planet is nawt abt the villain arc, but promised mane they'd lock in on pvp and help him get to 20 hearts first nd assert their duo as a threat. once theyre both on 20 and the scariest team on the server, mane is fine w planet doing whatever they please LOL he likes having a powerful teammate when planet locks in for him but he also kinda likes it when planet is a lil chungus who relies on him

as i said before, they're allies w (unnamed) for the end fight but idk if it goes past that LOL. tho tbh i think to retaliate against such a big alliance, i can imagine mapicc-hannah (and their emotional distress people) allying w princetech and the reds 😭 so idk! maybe they stay allied w (unnamed) who help mane and planet fight outnumbered fights when mane gets a bit silly and starts doing villainous shit.

oh they're also mean to the mean girls week 1 but eventually become allies w them but not like, actual allies. more as in planet and mane have a specific bias for bacon and wont kill jumper or poafa yk?

hannah & mapicc are both allies w bacon and will help him specifically. hannah will also help poafa and jumper if it doesnt put her at risk, whereas mapicc is unlikely to help them unless hes also helping bacon in some way.

clown and mrcube came up w the name idea and chief thinks its the coolest name in the WORLD LOL. the stars aligned to make this team happen tbh like i imagine mrcube and chief ended up in the same cave nd mining together?? chief was lowk considering killing cube for an easy heart but then clown happens to pop up like, right before the grace period ends so he got scared and jumped on the chance when cube asked to team w them both bc like. technically all three of their names start w the letter c.

clown considered killijg them but didn't want to do another season solo bc he didnt find a day 1 team so he decides to team w them. he likes having teammates he can protect idk what to say LOL

Magneto in movies have really goofy and 'stiff' flying scenes but they makes sense to me at least like he can't "fly" like jean or any characters that can fly normally, he's literally using his body like a giant magnet...I feel like that's a really hard thing to do...like when you put to different magnets together and theyre pulling away from each other....and I think that's makes him extra cooler and he's already one of the coolest marvel character ever

I feel like he can't really relax everytime he levitates...he have to concentrate..and balance that's why his leg is always like that. Like dude is literally defying gravity... using only the metal around him.

he looks more relax in his flying scenes In apocalypse because he's powers are enhanced by Oscar Isaac

The fact he can just ride a sheet of metal and floats anywhere he wants is really awesome...

I really love that one scene in dofp where he just launches himself on a moving train... he can't fall on top of it because he can just makes him feet stick to the metal roof....he can literally walk on walls or ceiling if it's made of metal...god why is he so cool

I imagine he always carries a piece of metal with him...just in case in he needs to fly somewhere doesn't want to use his body...he can just makes a big metal circle, sit on it...and go anywhere.

This is kinda all over the place bc I don't have a coherent idea but I just need to write it all down before I forget

How Jia was bit was on a hot ass day and she basically fell asleep on a spider and gained powers unknowingly

Doesn't find out for maybe a week

Has a weird dream one night where she basically meets a deity in her dream and the exchange was literally like

"You, Jialin Chen, now bear the powers to protect this la-"

"Uhm yea no thanks, pass 😬"

"WHAT?"

And then a comedic exchange occurs between mortal and god haha! Until the deity was like ENOUGH this is your DESTINY you will bear it whether you like it or NOT 👹 so Jia's kinda like alright fine damn 🙄 but obviously we all know how she really feels abt the whole situation (she hates it bc of issues) but anyways

The reason why it took a whole week is cause uhmmm plot hole lelel or smth the deity can't actually interfere directly with the world

EITHER WAY this is basically spoilers for endgame but it's not like I'll ever make a coherent plot bc I'm too lazy and dum but basically

The deity of Jia's universe is border on obsessive with creating a story line and destiny and heroes and stuff like that and ofc it has to be perfect (bc ofc it has to be, totally not cliche or anything)

Anyways this obsession makes them interfere TOO much with Jia's universe because if the deity was never this obsessed

Jia probably would've gotten over her issues (bc she's meets someone to help her copeeee 😋😋 cougjocughcgpuccough)

But bc the deity is an unreasonable shithead, they're literally the root of every problem:

They're responsible for Jia's split soul because of how abrupt her duties were suddenly forced on her

Bc of the split soul problem, it nearly upsets the world balance that could've been very bad for the universe! (the day she had lost the plot and had a existential crisis breakdown I think I posted it here but basically on that day she was flickering between both before Lin took control)

-> the logic is rlly,,, idk nonsensical for this bc what I thought as world making is that you can't have two souls in control at once and it goes again natural laws so it nearly ficked up her world cause it AINT SUPOSE TO HAPPEN ITS NEVA SUPOSE TO HAPPENNN but moving on

So then Lin switches in place of Jia and the world balance is briefly restored YAYY 🎉 everything is fine‼️

❌ WRONG ❌

Cause now Lin went and 'broke up' (idk it wasn't rlly a break up bc she never said 'lets break up' but she kinda did go 'we aren't meant for each other 🖕' and dipped) with hb so NOW HES GOING THRU IT and the rest of her friends back at spider society are like ???? What the??? Fuck???

Lin does manage to spend a few days or more at the hq cause technically she is still Jia but just

Different

But everyone's kinda weirded out cause she's Serious™ now and even Miguel's kinda like wattafack 🧍 plus the fact she has long white hair that spawned out of nowhere so they kinda piece some form of logic together that she's a different Jia

Anyways some time passes and one day an especially big anomaly is warned abt in Jia's (still Lin) universe which is bizarre cause they're not usually this big but it's all because of that STOOPID FUKASS deity GOING AROUND FUKIN THINGS UP and somehow created this ridiculously bad threat as a 'enemy' for the 'hero of their story' to defeat

The biggest problem with the anomaly is that while it doesn't really like, belong in Jia's universe, it doesn't belong in any OTHER universe either BECAUSE THAT DEITY BOUGHT IT UP OUTTA NOWHERE BC THEYRE PSYCHO I need to stop hating on characters that I literally made anyways

So HQ can't exactly deal with it like they usually do but they can try to offer assistance at least

Obviously for obvious (cliche) reasons CERTAIN PEOPLE are gonna be there cause yknow they still care abt Jia even tho she's changed (to Lin momentarily)

Battle occurs blah blah I'm not good with action scenes and things are looking a littttlee bleak for Lin and Co and all the sudden Lin receives a bad injury that nearly knocks her unconscious but thru her ringing ears and muted background noise she hears SOMEBODDYYY CALLING HER NAAMMEEE (god I really wonder who)

Because her state of unclarity from the Blunt Force Head Trauma makes things a little weird, the fine line between Jia and Lin also becomes a little muddled and the Jia that's been hiding behind Lin can hear his voice and it quite literally brings her out of that dark room in her mind to control again so TLDR Jia is back again instead of Lin

Reunion happens for maybe 3 minutes tops before shit hits the fan again and suddenly the deity has teared through time space fabric out of anger to speak directly to them mortal little earthlings on the ground because they're a little bitch

All because they thought Lin was the true protagonist they've been searching for all along and now 'that insolent fool' (hobie) has ruined everything (he does no wrong)'

But suddenly because the deity is in direct contact with the mortal world, they're like wait 🤨 you're not from this universe and sees other things also not from this universe and goes on a tangent about how they don't need to rebuild a 'story' anymore and can just find another 'story' to pilot (TLDR AGAIN: local deity discovers universe theft and wants to ditch this universe cause Jia's spiderman story wasn't perfect and now wants to find another universe to force to become their 'perfect story')

Obviously spider people are like 😨😨😨 UHMMM NO TF UR NOTTT so they start retreating (as they should tbh) and Jia's like helping to round up people to gtfo of her universe before some batshit deity absorbs them or smth

Atp bits of her universe is already crumbling and disintegrating because the deity is already trashing it because it's worthless and imperfect now (ngl me when art 😭😭)

So now it's the last of the people to go back thru the portals and its Jia and Hb :)) (y'all should know what's coming next)

Truthfully, Jia wants to so so badly go thru the portal to stay with the rest of them but she knows that there was the possibility of her connection with the deity of her world and her as a creation from the said deity

So she says goodbyes

Pushes him thru

And throws in her watch before it closes properly so the FUCK ASS DEITY CANT GET ANY KIND OF CONNECTION TO THE MULTIVERSE

And thus it concludes her coming of age plot because she found the proper courage to do what was right in all senses and came to terms with her spider girl identity

Even though she had so much she wanted to do with the rest of them was what she had thought while the thread of her universe on the multiverse crumbled into nothingness

ANYWAYS THE REAL CONCLUSION IS THE DEITY IS THE REAL ANOMALY THEIR OBSESSION DROVE THEM INTO AN ANOMALY AND INTERFERING WITH THE LIVING WORLD but thats kinda what happens when you've been living for centuries, you kinda go a little nuts

this is literally the best question cus it gives me the opportunity to yap about something that circles my mind at least once a week

theyre really really nice !!! and really down to earth. i was really nervous and it was hard for me to make eye contact and my brain was slow, and they were really graceful, nice, and didnt make a big deal out of it. i felt comfortable using my small pop it to fidget, and just felt comfortable to stim and be myself which was a relief. i gave them a canvas painting of the mural they had in their old office as a new office warming gift and they took the time to really look at it and compliment it, which is just the best feeling when you look up to a fellow creative person.

they took their time with every person even though they were running late because the sound system in our theater was weird. they did a general qna session before the m&g and that really helped me calm down from the pent up anxiety and excitement.

ill always remember how i asked shane if he could write down "if im gonna stop, this looks like a really wonderful place to do it" quote from puppet history because i wanted to get it tattooed in his handwriting, and he took the paper and book to the floor so he could write it down nicely, and he took his time with it. PLUS ryan said something like "puppet history quote? what quote do you wanna get from-??" and he read the quote out loud and was like ohhh ok, thats actually kinda nice. and we got to banter a bit back and forth a bit, which was very very fun

honestly ill also always remember the times i froze and completely forgot to speak and couldnt think. honestly shout out to lizzie for saving me from that though, she jumped right into the conversation and gave me time to have a single thought to say

hi i haven't watched moon knight but i've watched video essays on it so i know a bit, who's ur favorite character and what are ur headcanons for them?

Ok apologies in advance bc im super dizzy writing this :D but Ohhh my god absolutely its Jake Lockley. Comics and show. Ok well in the show he doesnt have much screentime BUT it doesn't mean theres not subtle jake moments and like teases to him existing. I have assloads of jake hcs (he likes cats, hes fond of sharks, and astronomy, and he wears gloves all the time to help with his sensory issues) but i think he has soooo many roles in the MK sys! Hes a gatekeeper, a memory/trauma holder, a physical protector (occasionally dabbles in emotional protecting, like a romantic/sexual protector!) I think he frequently goes nonverbal (autism creature♡)!! I think hes a Guardian too, but in the case of rangling Khonshu (or any other "persecutor type") ! I have so many hcs abt what roles he fills and the extent of them 🧍 i love intersys relations♡♡ he has little rituals that he takes on when he gets time to front. He enjoys a nice cup of coffee at Genas diner, and he will occasionally smoke a cigarette or two despite stevens protests.(Genas been trying to get him to quit, started giving him lollipops and hard candies cause the smoking is probably from some oral fixation.)

Hes really social! But hes still got the anxiety that comes with being social. He has to be for his taxi driving anyways! I feel like hes got a social mask to interact with people he drives around n stuff, when he needs info, etc. But he doesnt like to meet new people? Like, he has friends already, and the idea of making connections is nerve wracking (thats Stevens job, hes good at external connections! Esp comic steven, since he literally makes all their friends for the most part. Like he and jake make the friends and marc is stubborn♡)

Jake insys looks different than the body out of sys sometimes too! He holds a physical manifestation of previous injuries/trauma. He and Marc share certain scars or marks from their merc/military days, and in the case of the show, from physical trauma growing up with their mom. Steven tends not to have those marks/scars! Marc definitely has some, but not to the extent as Jake. Since jake is a gatekeeper/memory holder, he would have more scars or marks representing certain memories or traumas that they experienced, even if Marc doesnt, bc Marc doesnt get all the memories. Steven gets like None at all, so he wouldnt really have those markings. Jake might carry some chronic pain stuff (symptom holder) too? Speaking from experience, abuse like that can lead to nerve damage/chronic pain, so it would make sense he would experience it.

I think Jakes music taste varies too! He usually just listens to the radio in his cab, so he doesnt have a Set Big Preference. He does love Luis Miguel tho. first off i wanna say that i actually dont have that many mutuals LMFAO i only just recently (in the last uhhh three or four months, over the course of this blog which has been around for going on 2 yrs) started rlly putting effort into reaching out and making mutuals. im also only including "true" mutuals here, people who I mostly interact with on tumblr and not through discord, bc shout-out to @venexus @tay-is-writing @scotchtapehanta and @myherowritings yall r some of my bestest friends but we're not close bc we're tumblr mutuals! we're tumblr mutuals bc we became close through discord beforehand, and thats a big difference imo. also i wanna note that this is in chronological order! and i wanna say most of these blogs r 18+ because that's the content i tend to consume, so please please please respect their policies wrt interaction.

imma start this off with @cellotonins bc cookie is the first true mutual i made on this blog and what a first pick! theyre an absolute sweetheart, i adore seeing them on my dash, and im so excited to see where they'll be taking their new blog. rest assured i will be lurking in their inbox the whole time🧍

and here comes the soapbox. im gonna be honest, i think the culture of mutuals on this site is..... well, not necessarily toxic or unhealthy, because making friends bc of a shared interest is so fucking cool! especially if you're both working hard on it—writing is so much more fun when you have someone to support you and cheer you on, and bounce ideas off of. thats one of the reasons i decided to be more active and reach out more on here! i need enablers yall. badly. pls enable me

but i do wanna put out here..... theres a strange result from mutual culture where it feels like EVERYONE involved looks at everyone else and thinks to themselves "theyre all closer to each other than i am, they're doing it differently and im not doing it right" and that feeling sucks. it rlly does. so i guess one of the reasons im tagging people im not super close to is to reassure people looking at this that like....... im still figuring this shit out too. interpersonal relationships are fucking HARD, ya girl is autistic she KNOWS, so like. take it one step at a time and try not to compare the way you're feeling to the way other blogs project themselves—you dont really know what goes on behind the scenes, how much anyone truly talks to anyone else in DMs or otherwise. these are blogs! you're not seeing every aspect of anybody!
