Hi, I got another request for Damian Priest
After Damian and Finn lost their tag team titles, finn turns on him following the Judgment Day beating him up and Rhea finding a chair, just to be interrupted by reader (who's a face) and hitting her with a DDT and pulls damians feet to save him. And they end up in a mixed tag team match against rhea and finn.

The crowd lets out a gasp as they watched Finn send a punch to Damian following their loss between Jay Uso and Cody Rhodes. In Finn’s eyes, it was Damian who made them lose. Doesn’t matter who pinned who, doesn’t matter who was hurt, it was Damian. Finn was seeing red as his other fellow judgment day members watch him attack Damian.
“Take him down!” Finn demanded his other fellow Judgment Day members. JD and Dom immediately rush into action as Finn throws Damian into the ring and they all jump him.
Damian tried, he really did. Knowing he had a bigger advantage with him being taller, he tried using that to his advantage but due to the injuries he has before the backstab, it was proven difficult. He lays on the mat, covering as much as he can as he gets kicked down by his ex-members.
Rhea laughs and climbs into the ring with a chair, “You disappointed us Damian.” She tsked as she walks over to him, making the other three men pull away to give her some space, “Your outta here, mate.” Rhea raises the chair to hit him with it but is stunned when she is suddenly DDT.
The crowd cheers as Y/n hits Rhea with a mid air ddt, coming to Damian’s rescue. She gets back on her feet and swings a kendo stick at the three men before getting out the ring, dragging Damian out with her. She lets him put some of his weight on her as she leads him away from the ring and backstage.
•••
Y/n watches as Damian trashes the medical room in anger. She knew this backstabbing was gonna happen eventually. She had warned him countless of times but he would always brush her off or defend them. She was debating whether or not she should say a smart comment, but she deadpans as she watches him sit down, feeling the frustration rubbing off him.
“I told you so.” Y/n bluntly said without holding back. She immediately purses her lips at her bluntness, watching him glare at her, “My bad…” she clears her throat.
“Why’d you save me?” Damian suddenly asks her, looking up at her with an unreadable expression.
Y/n raises her eyebrow, “Cause you’re my friend?” She questioningly says.
“To rub it in my face right? Cause that’s what you like to do right?” Damian slowly stands up and Y/n watches as he saunters over to her.
“Yup.” Y/n answers nonchalantly.
He wants to play that game? Fine, let’s play it.
Damian’s hard expression falters a bit and he gives up on trying to play. “When did you see the signs?”
“Ever since you fucked up Finn’s opportunities.” Y/n says, walking over to him and forcing him to sit down. She goes and grabs an ice pack and lays it on his face.
“I didn’t fuck up his opportunities.” Damian glares, “I just…got there at the wrong time.” He shrugs.
“Sure you did.” Y/n shakes her head, “What are you gonna do now?” She finds herself asking.
Damian sighs and shakes his head with a shrug, “I don’t know…”
“A thank you is appreciated you know?” Y/n narrows her eyes.
Damian gives her a side glance and opens his mouth to speak only to be cut off by the medical room door being open and they look over to see Adam Pearce walk in.
“You ok?” Adam asks Damian who gives him a harsh stare, “Taking that as a no…” Adam says awkwardly. It’s an awkward silence before he looks over at y/n, “I expected a lot of things, but I sure as hell didn’t expect you to save him. Of all people.”
Y/n shrugs, “He’s my friend.” Y/n answers like it was the simplest answer of all.
“Who chose the Judgment Day, over you?” Adam raised an eyebrow.
Y/n narrows her eyes, “My option for choosing Smackdown as my roster, is raising up by 90%.”
Adam raises his hands up in surrender, “Sorry sorry sorry.” He apologizes, “Just thought you’d hold a grudge.”
“I do…which is why I mocked him.” Y/n smiles
“Yo soy aquí you know.” Damian says, annoyed.
They ignore him as Adam and Y/n get in their own convo, “What you did out there? It’s worth telling something,” Adam starts, “I want to add on to it, I just wanna see if you’re ok with that? Both of you.” Adam motions towards Damian.
“What is it?” Damian questions.
“Mixed tag team match between Finn and Rhea.”
•••
“And their opponent, Damian Priest and Y/N Y/L/N!” The announcer announces Damian and Y/n as they both walk down the ramp. Damian with revenge in his mind and fun for y/n. This match was the talk for the whole weekend for the Wwe universe. It was even trending. Everyone was excited for this match and had high expectations for it.
Damian and Y/n both get in the ring and immediately Damian and Finn go at it with each other before the match even started. Seeing this, Rhea takes her chance at y/n who immediately dodges her and starts getting at her as well.
The referee tries rushing the two woman out of the ring to start the match between the men knowing their already hungry to fight as it is.
Rhea rushes out of the ring as soon as she realizes who has the upper hand and watches as the ref yells at Y/n to get out of the ring.
“Yeah yeah yeah.” Y/n dismisses the ref before getting out and on their side, making the ref be able to start the fight completely.
The match moves on rather quick for the crowd but very slow for the superstars. The only way to stop the men from fighting was Finn always needing to tag in Rhea whenever he got tired of fighting Damian but that method never worked as Damian would always take it outside of the ring and fight him there. Y/n could feel the anger and betrayal vibrate off of Damian as he sends Finn either flying and or dropping. She’s pretty sure the whole arena could dam near feel it.
Finn tags Rhea quickly and rushes out of the ring as he starts playing cat and mouse with Damian outside of the ring while the woman fight. Y/n gets inside the ring and both her and Rhea start sending blows at each other, getting multiple reactions out of the crowd. Before Y/n even has time to send a punch, she watches with wide eyes as her arms get under Rhea’s and finds herself being positioned into a riptide.
“Riptide!” Michael Cole says through his headset as the crowd watches Rhea slam Y/n down on the mat and goes to pin her.
Finn rushes inside the ring, making Rhea rush over and stand in front of him so Damian can’t get to him. Damian sucks in a breath when he gets face to face with Rhea who laughs in his face and waves at him.
“Ha Ha!” Rhea laughs loudly in Damian’s face, “Do something Priest. Do something!” She mocks him with a smirk.
Damian stares Rhea down with a harsh glare as he glances between Rhea and Finn. Suddenly, Damian starts smirking as he raises his hand up and mockingly waves at Rhea who looks over at Finn with a raised eyebrow before she lets out a shout as she is hit with a midair ddt, again.
Finn backs up immediately as he looks at the two partners with wide eyes. Y/n slowly stands up, keeping eye contact with Finn as Damian gets out of the ring and holds his hand out.
“Good luck.” Y/n smiles before tagging Damian in. “Your gonna need it.”
Finn turns around to run towards his spot but doesn’t see Rhea and looks out the ring to see Rhea getting a beat down by y/n who makes sure she knows her place and stay there so she and Damian can catch the win. Finn slowly turn towards Damian who runs at him and slams him down on the mat as the crowd watches Finn get up only to get knocked down repeatedly.
Finn gets up and dodges the hit that’s about to get at him and sends a punch towards Damian who immediately blocks it and twirls Finn around, getting Finn’s head in between his arms as he claps and hits The Reckoning on him. Damian gets down and pins him as the crowd counts.
“1! 2! 3!” The bell rings as Y/n slides into the ring and jumps on Damian’s back. “Here is your winner, Damian Priest and Y/N Y/L/N!”
Y/n gets down from his back as the referee raises their arms up before moving away to check on Rhea and Finn.
“Thank you.” Damian leans down and whispers in y/n’s ear making her give him a smirk before nodding.
“I got your back.”

War games hell
Pairing: Rhea Ripley x Fem reader x Zelina Vega
Description: The girls watch backstage during your war games match which turns into complete hell
Tumblr media
You were excited and nervous for your first ever War games match being on Team Flair with Charlotte, Becky, and Bianca going against Team Bayley with her, Sasha, Naomi, and Asuka especially with your ongoing feud with sasha. The first one to go out for the teams was naomi and becky who fought it out and started everything well holding onto the cage to control your nerves as each person gets in the ring sharing a hug with bianca before she ran to the ring leaving you alone jumping when all of a sudden sasha came running towards your cage hanging upside down before the last countdown running in and spearing bayley and sasha into the wall quickly picking up things for your team as tables are set up swinging on the opposite team with a kendo stick climbing the cage with sasha following behind yelling when she throws you down on the barrier at the top of the cage landing on the end of the already broken table hitting your head feeling dizziness wash over you as you curl in a ball under the ropes yelling when you get hit with a trash can crying when you get hit with a knee ending climbing up covered in blood from the nonstop assault by naomi with a kendo stick getting the cover and win being carried out by bianca and becky as Rhea and Zelina run down absolutely worried being lifted in rhea's arms and taken to the medics backstage along with paramedics who determined that you had your head busted open being rushed off for stitches learning that as your suspicion proved correct that you got a concussion from the fall off the top of the cage. The next two hours are spent first getting scans which showed nothing wrong, the side of your head getting closed with stitches, and your head then being bandaged once it was carefully cleaned and stitched up before the girls take home thankful that tonight's pay per view was in town instead of being somewhere where the three of you had to stay in a hotel groaning as they set you in the tub after stripping you out of your clothes and filling the tub with warm water for an Epsom salt bath dozing off as your body relaxed but the girls would lightly shake or get your attention to keep you awake even though you were so tired from the concussion being asked a question every thirty minutes as you eat and doze off waking up an hour later being asked if you knew your name and common basic things which you answered back immediately before grabbing a drink and falling back asleep after taking a pain reliever for your shoulder getting a call from your mom the next morning while eating breakfast "Are you okay? I saw your show and I was so scared but when I called you didn't answer" you look to see that your mom called you four times while you were in the ER and in the bath going to her house a few minutes later reassuring her that you were okay only having the concussion and being in a bit of pain spending time with your mom before the three of you leave driving to South Carolina for the next pay per view the next day having a small workout session and lunch.

And now its MAIN EVENT! time Seth Rollins vs Shinsuke Nakamura in a last man standing match for the world heavyweight championship. Rollins went after Nakamura but the challenger looked to play games early on,Seth got a kendo stick but Nakamura driving Seth into the ring apron and then the barricade. Seth with a suplex,he exposed the concrete and then grabbed the steel steps to use as a weapon. Seth then brought out the chairs, trash can and tables. Nakamura back in it now, many kicks to Rollins before using nunchucks, he then placed a trash can over Seth and hit it with a kendo stick. Nakamura with a sleeper hold on the champion,Seth hit a sling blade, used the kendo stick as a weapon and hit a frog splash but Nakamura back in it he got as he brought a table into play but a stomp from Seth he then clears the announce table and brings a ladder into the match,a big right hand to Shinsuke, they then battle, into the crowd they go as Seth uses a chair. They fight over to the tech area and into the people as Shinsuke throws Rollins off but that wasn't enough because Nakamura then used a steel chair to back of Seths back. They fight back to ringside and a back body drop by Shinsuke to Seth on the exposed concrete, back in and a superkick followed by a Pedigree from Seth,on the outside Seth sets up a table but right hands from Shinsuke followed by double knees to Seth who was on the table. Seth broke the count so Shinsuke used a chair to his back, both men climb the ladder,Shinsuke spits mist into Seth's face and pushes him off through the announce table. Seth up again, back in and Shinsuke puts Rollins through a chair set up followed by a Kinshasa through the table in the corner. Seth would not stay down, back into the crowd they go,Seth with a pedigree on a table then a stomp followed by a falcon arrow through another table,he finally keeps Shinsuke down to retain his title.

If Steph De Lander is nervous about such a match like this, she’s not showing it. The self proclaimed deathmatch queen looks steeled, coming into the ring with a steel chair in hand. Bishop looks focused, but not even remotely worried about the chair or anything that Steph might have up her sleeve.
The bell rings and Bishop waits, seeing what Steph does- she’s still got the chair in hand but as they just stare off, SDL drops the chair and charges towards Bishop, getting in his face and immediately starting to trash talk in his face. most of the crowd can hear her, getting in Bishops face about a boring reign and a boring person- Josh seems to almost be amused by it all, watching as she rants on. This just seems to piss Steph off, as she goes for a forearm shot to the head- immediately blocked by the champ!
Bishop keeps hold of her arm, before striking her back with a forearm shot of his own! Steph isn’t allowed a breath, as Bishop slams her down with another and another and yet another!
Steph finally gets him away with kick to the midsection, scrambling away from Bishop and towards the chair again. SDL holds it in front of her, partially as a shield and partially as a weapon- before Steph can even raise it, Josh runs against the ropes and takes SDL out of the ring with a violent big boot that’s assisted with her own chair.
As Steph slumps to the floor, Josh follows her out of the ring, grabbing a fistful of hair to pull her up but-
Jesus christ, Steph manages to grab a Kendo stick from under the ring and gets Bishop right between the legs! As soon as Steph is standing up again, she takes the kendo stick to his back- again and again and again!!
Steph wants to make sure that he doesn’t get up easily, breaking the kendo stick over his back before fishing another steel chair out from under the ring. she knows he’s the stronger wrestler, if it was a clean fight then she would probably lose- that’s why she’s now bringing out the weapons to try and even this out.
throwing a handful of chairs into the ring, Steph slides back into the ring, yelling down at Josh- mocking him for being outside of the ring; “Come on champ- the match is in the ring!! you can’t keep your belt on the outside!!”
Steph’s mocking the champion and its clear that she’s about to regret it as Josh pushes himself up off the ground and onto the ring apron. The champ is still on the outside, but as Steph goes to pick up one of the many chairs, Bishop takes the distraction and jumps over the top rope, taking Steph down with a rope assisted double foot stomp- absolutely slamming her to the ground.
Josh pulls her up, getting her back to a standing position only to take her back down with another devestating pump kick! Bishop immediately goes for a cover-
1..-
Kickout!
Steph isn’t going to let bishop get any kind of advantage, pushing him off and then fruitlessly trying to kick Bishop in the head.
Bishop gets back to his feet, leaning over Steph who’s still lying on the mat, his hands on his knees as he starts laughing. “You wanna get violent? let’s get fucking violent!”
Josh rolls out of the ring, going under for a moment  before pulling out a pack of light tubes. He’s back in the ring with them, Steph cowering back in the corner away from the madman, her hands in the air for protection.
Josh has a light tube held above his head whenhe suddenly drops to his knees in agony-
Goddammit-  Matt Cardona is in the ring, having just kicked our champion Josh Bishop in the groin! He’s cheering himself as the whole crowd starts booing the indy deathmatch gods!!
Steph’s standing up, a lighttube in hand, as she looks around the ring- “I am the fucking deathmatch GOD and your new fucking champion you ungrateful fucks!!”
Matt and Steph are both facing the hardcam - which we mean one side of the audience - as everyone boos them.
Suddenly Matt collapses to the floor, Bishop behind him with a steel chair as Steph scrambles out of the way!
Bishop takes out his rage on Matt, slamming him again and against with the chair before finally pushing him out of the ring, turning to face Steph who’s now behind him with a light tube, trying to attack him while he’s distracted-
Josh grabs the light tube, crushing it in his hand as Steph stumbles back with her hands up.
Bishop grabs all the other light tubes he previously picked up, looking at Steph with a violent grin.
“fuck you!” she screams, before Josh hits her over the head with a light tube- and another and another and another!!
Steph is covered in blood and shattered glass, still on her knees as she moves to pull the finger at Josh. The champion grabs a chair again, taking one last look at the challenger before slamming her in the head with a steel chair- knocking her out.
as josh goes for the pin, it really seems like more of a formality.
1… 2… 3!!!
“AND STILL YOUR MPW CHAMPION,, JOSHUA BISHOP!!”

Survivor Series: War Games - Review
Tumblr media
Regal's not here to say it, but it's time for the Main Roster to engage in War Games!
Only 5 matches on the card but two are the big 5v5 in Dusty's Cage Creations, so let's see how it goes.
Spoilers for the PPV
Scrubbed the Kickoff because it had no matches.
Women's War Games Team Bianca (Bianca BelAir, Asuka, Alexa Bliss, Mia Yim & Becky Lynch) def. Team Bayley (Bayley, Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, Nikki Cross & Rhea Ripley) [Pinfall by Lynch on Kai via Leg Drop] It was odd to see Becky in a most tame attire, it kinda looked like a modification of her old Royal Rumble gear, the red and black one, Nikki Cross climbed the mini-cage too. Bianca started against Dakota (who has been in four matches), both did trade advantages but Bianca had the edge so Iyo could come in next, after a 1v1 bit the women's tag champs ganged up on Bianca - highlight being Iyo doing a double rope dropkick - until Asuka came back to cross with Iyo for a mini-match. Nikki came out next and brought out the weapons: kendo sticks and trash can lids, though she attacked the faces more with her coat until Bliss' arrival to face her former tag partner, Bianca's strength feat probably wasn't as impactful as she only bent the kendo stick over her knee, but Nikki did the top cage spot with a flying crossbody. With everyone prone, out comes Bayley to bring out more weapons. Ladders in hand and a table (much to the crowd's glee since they were asking for it) but she wasted a lot of time which allowed Mia Yim to come out with the trash cans - leaving her teammates to be beaten up for a bit - Yim did use the weapons and environment to her advantage, which gave the faces a respite, but next would be Rhea. Rhea of course bullied the babyfaces until Mia cannonballed a trash can into her, the final member unleashed The Man, hitting Iyo with a trash can leg drop before crossing her fellow Horsewoman. She held the advantage over Bayley but not Rhea, who hit a Riptide on The Man - broken up by Asuka - the two then combined to hit Rhea with the mist and a DDT, Asuka saved her team again when Becky was hit with a Roseplant on the middle steel bar between the rings. Iyo would be next to do a top-cage move with a moonsault, leaving all members prone, Nikki and Alexa took each other out when Nikki tried to cuff Alexa to the cage, only to be cuffed to Alexa and hit with an Electric Chair on a trash can, Rhea took out Asuka by throwing her in the cage wall, then reversed a Backpack Sleeper to cannonball Mia through a ladder. This left Damage CTRL vs Bianca and Becky, Kai escaped the KOD but landed right into a Manhandle Slam, the inverse happened for Iyo. Becky went up top as Bianca draped Iyo and Kai on the table, Bayley tried to make the save but was KOD'd into the cage wall as Becky landed the leg drop, pinning Kai.
Was a good match, this does mean however much of my predictions are gonna be wrong XD WWE gave Becky her big comeback win contrary to putting Rhea in line for Bianca's title, which you can't be too mad about - y'know if you ignore that Bayley's feud with Bianca involved her losing 4 Times in a row on PPV. I guess for main roster onlys this is your basic guide to War Games.
Jey comes to Roman backstage telling him about the conversation he overheard between Sami and Owens. Roman however tells his cousin that he will handle matters. When Jey leaves though an angry twitch appears on Roman, as he tells Heyman to call Zayn.
AJ Styles (w/ The Good Brothers) def. Finn Balor (w/The Judgement Day) [Pinfall via Phenomenal Forearm] Dunno what the deal is with Balor just wearing a blank mask but better than the spiky one, AJ's mask was better but also kinda weird. Styles worked on the leg, wearing him for the Calf Crusher but also weakening his Bloody Sunday and Coup de Grace, however, Balor worked on the ribs and lower back. AJ got the first pinfall attempt with a sliding forearm and an ushigoroshi but only good or 2, Judgement Day got involved to delay the Phenomenal Forearm, which got the Good Brothers involved, brawling into the crowd. Balor took control by reversing the Calf Crusher transition with a double stomp, fighting off a comeback attempt with a Reverse DDT, but his attempt at a Styles Clash was reversed, eventually knocking both men down with Pele Kicks. A lungblower was only good for 2 with Balor, so he hit an Ushigoroshi but failed the Bloody Sunday, allowing AJ to hit the backflip catch reverse DDT. Balor scouted a 450 and landed a Shotgun Dropkick, but the Coup de Grace missed, damaging the leg further to be rolled into a Calf Crusher, which Balor broke by slamming AJ's head against the mat. After some tussling, AJ hit the Phenomenal Forearm to pin Balor for the win.
Another good match, however I felt like the finish was a bit tame, would've been a lot more impactful if he won via the Calf Crusher. Plus the addition of Mia Yim hasn't really paid dividends since Rhea didn't get involved thanks to the prior War Games match, so it was more a limp win for the OC.
Smackdown Women's Championship Ronda Rousey (c) (w/Shayna Baszler) def. Shotzi [Submission via Armbar] Shotzi comes out with her tank, but even though Raquel did come to the stadium commentary says that she's not cleared to come to the ring. Ronda again with the ugly makeup but it works better for her now that she's a heel. And that is the key topic because her heel characteristics allows her to be more basic, but Shotzi is the one who ran wild to the start, hitting Baszler with a suicide dive. Ronda inevitably took control again, using her judo skills and submission technique to keep Shotzi grounded. A punch did stagger the champion, but a poorly-executed ring-apron DDT left both members a bit silly, fortunately Shotzi recovered by throwing both Ronda and Shayna into the crowd and crossbodying them. Shotzi tried to go up top but was Judo Flipped to the floor, hit with her ugly Piper's Pit then tapped to the armbar.
Basic, but not inoffensive, it's just that we never really had a reason to think Shotzi had a chance.
Sami was summoned to Reigns's office to discuss the interaction with Owens. Zayn however was honest with Reigns, saying he lied to Jey to not cloud his judgement. Reigns asked Zayn to look him in the eye and tell him whether he's with them or gonna stab him in the back, and Zayn did, pledging his allegiance once more and getting a hug from Roman - but the camera does linger on the pensive Tribal Chief.
US Championship Theory def. Seth Rollins (c) & Lashley [pinfall on Rollins] NEW CHAMPION!!! I did not expect Beyblade to be a sponsor for WWE, let alone hearing Michael Cole saying 'Let it rip'. Much like his wife, Rollins' outfit was once more extremely tame in comparison. Lashley and Rollins both kicked Theory out the ring to fight between each other, but Theory slammed Rollins into the barricade in retaliation. Lashley kept the role as the power player by facing both men at once, his OG Dominator would've gotten the 3 but Theory pulled the ref. Rollins and Theory fought each other between trying to take out Lashley, Theory using the steel steps to keep the All Mighty down. Rollins did fight off Theory's physical performance with end to end dives against both his opponents, catching a rolling cutter from Theory into a Sit-Out Powerbomb, Lashley pulled Theory away from the Stomp though and got in the Hurt Lock, Theory though put in the Backpack Sleeper on Lashley, releasing the Hurt Lock, Lashley dumped Theory out the ring but landed into a Pedigree for 2. Rollins went for the Phoenix Splash but missed, so Theory dumped him out of the ring, he hit Lashley with a rolling blockbuter, but the A-Town Down was reversed into a Hurt Lock, he used the turnbuckle to roll Lashley up but it was broken by a Frog Splash from Rollins, only good for 2 though. After tussling between each other, Theory and Rollins were put in the Hurt Lock together, they used the turnbuckle to sandwich Lashley out, then dodged the spear that followed up, causing Lashley to crash into the opposite turnbuckle, Rollins had two stomps lined up, but used Theory to platform the stomp to Lashley, Theory tried to throw Rollins out but went into a Superplex, when Rollins lifted for the follow-up Falcon Arrow however, Lashley speared him, meaning Theory collapsed on top of Rollins for the 3.
That finish was clever but also kinda dumb, like the whole point of Theory's new aggression was that he would earn an accolade by being more focused, instead he falls upwards into the title thanks to Lashley being a dumbass. It's also not lost on me that both WWE and AEW just went 'it's the 10th Anniversary of the Shield so we're gonna make our Non-Roman Shield members lose to shenanigans'.
Jey approached Reigns about Zayn, expecting him to have lied to Roman too, but Roman was more focused on the match.
Men's War Games Team Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland, Butch, Drew McIntyre & Kevin Owens) def. Team Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy & Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa & Sami Zayn w/ Paul Heyman) [pinfall by Jey on Owens via Uso Splash] Sundance - who has also had 4 War Games matches - started against Jey, while Sikoa stared daggers at the faces. They spent a minute talking...Sundance used his experience to damage Jey's arm - which remember had been injured before - but Jey hit back by attacking the arm also, Dutch arrived next to steamroll Jey, the Brutes going 2v1 against the heel. Jimmy was ready to come out, but was stopped by Roman, telling Zayn to save the man who doesn't trust him. Zayn gingerly entered, waiting until Dutch's back was turned before assaulting the Brutes, the two were still at odds though, allowing Dutch to hit a moonsault on them, however Zayn saved Jey from Dutch sandwiching him against the cage wall. Drew would be next, overpowering both Bloodline members as he threw them around, shouting 'I'm feeling pretty Ucey right now' for some light humor before Jimmy came out next with tables. Tensions between Jey and Zayn over setting up the table almost cost the advantage but they were able to fend the Brutes off, setting up the table on the corner. Owens came out next with chairs, smacking through the Usos, his staredown with Zayn cut short by Dutch. Jimmy set up another table but got sent through it by Owens' Uranage before Sikoa fended off the Brutes, in the middle he brawls with Owens, no-selling being hit into the cage wall and hitting Owens with a backdrop, against Drew the two took each other out for Shamu to arrive. Zayn tried to keep the door shut but had it slammed in his face, Sheamus continued this form by assaulting the Usos, rallying his Fellas to beat on Sami and the Usos, an avalanche White Noise on Sikoa preceded Reigns' arrival. Battle lines on either side drawn, but Reigns being the fresher held the advantage, Sheamus however countered the Spear, a scramble led to a full Bloodline being hit with the Beats of the Bohdrán. In one ring, Shamu and Reigns fought while the others fended off the Bloodline, when Sheamus went for the Brogue though, Solo got in the way, allowing Reigns to hit the spear that was broken up by Butch. Zayn then attacked Butch, looking to defend his tribal chief, but ate a superkick from Jey when Sundance ducked, Jey not looking remorseful about it. An Avalanche 1-D to Butch was saved by Dutch, but he ate a Spear through the table, Drew came to confront Roman next, but was also sent through a table by Sikoa. Sikoa was hit by a Stunner, which was broken up by Roman, Reigns hit a Superman Punch but ran into a Pop-Up Powerbomb and a Stunner, ref went 1, ref went 2, but Sami blocks him from going 3! Old friends and enemies stare down as Jimmy's superkick is caught, but Zayn uses this to hit a low blow, remorse flowed through Zayn's face but after exchanging a glance at Reigns, he hits Owens with a Helluva Kick, he sees Jey in his line of sight and lays Owens for him to hit the splash who pins him for 3. Reigns and Jey embrace Sami, proving his allegiance once more.
Spectacular storytelling that had been built up from the start of the PPV, Sami has literally saved the Bloodline's story from going stale again with the charisma and drama we knew him capable of, if this doesn't end with him as being world champion it is the biggest misstep WWE has done in a long time. The match itself was good, driven by the story with a lot more weapons spots, it was the better of the two in my opinion.
Overall it was a good show, I think it was weird that the double ring wasn't used in the normal matches, all of which were a tad on the weak side. The men's world title picture remains layered in the Bloodline soap opera which is good, but the rest of the titles do have a 'what now' feeling to them, but for a first Main Roster crack at War Games it was at least successful, could've still had a pre-show match though.

A night of fun ~ Rhea Ripley x reader
(A/N: This is an AU based on The women’s War Games match in 2019,(pls watch this match before reading, also just watch it again if you can because it's stellar.)where instead of Candice it's you and Rhea vs all team Shayna. I also tried to keep the match section short so there may be a bit of time jumping but it shouldn't be too jarring.)
Summary: You’re Rhea’s Girlfriend and you both have a very hard fought wargames match and have a fluffy celebration after in the locker room

You stood on the stage with the rest of your team, Trash talking to the other side, as you awaited Shayna’ entrance. When she finally strolled out onto the ramp you look to your left to see your girlfriend of 3 years Rhea Ripley staring not only daggers but the whole kitchen sink at the soon to be former women’s champion. As soon as you all turn to your respective teams to strategize who will enter the cage first, You see Io strutting down to the steel structure. Seeing her act so cocky makes your blood boil. “You want her babe? Go get her” Rhea says daring you to get the payback she knows you deserve on your former best friend turned enemy. You storm down to the rings after Io and as soon as you're both locked in the cage, the fight is on. You and Io lay into one another, letting every built up emotion add extra blow to your strikes but as soon as you start to maintain the upper hand over Io the timer runs out and Bianca is added to the mix and you're quickly fighting a losing battle as you are down at a 2 on 1 disadvantage. You can hear Rhea yelling encouragement from the cage but it's hard to listen when all you can focus on is how you can feel the sickening bounce of your head meeting the canvas as Bianca powerbombs you 3 times before chucking you into the steel cage wall. After a head splitting running dropkick to the head from Io, you were thankful to hear the countdown start as it indicated you were getting a teammate in the cage.
You look up at the sound of the buzzer to see Rhea making her way down to the ring. “HOLD TIGHT BABY, RHEA’S BRINGING SOME TOYS” you can’t help but do a double take as at home that would mean something completely different but you see her reach under the ring for garbage cans and kendo sticks and you know your night of fun has barely begun. You hear the crowd start singing ‘Rhea’s gonna kill you’ and you can’t disagree as you help set up a bridge of chairs for Rhea to put Bianca through. Before the bridge can be used a brawl breaks out with Io coming back for more as the timer runs down again meaning team Shayna would be getting another teammate setting you and Rhea at a 3 on 2 disadvantage. You hear Kay Lee Ray enter the cage before you see her as she lays you and Rhea out with chair shots to the midsection and back. Out of the corner of your eye you see Kay lee and Bianca setting Rhea up on the chair bridge, a bolt of adrenaline runs through you as you run to knock Bianca off the top rope before she can do damage to your girlfriend. You start to beat down Bianca in the corner when you feel Kay Lee and Io underneath you setting you up for a suplex onto the pile of chairs below. You’re pulled backwards in the blink of an eye and immediately your vision goes white for a split second from sheer pain alone. You look over to see Rhea wraith in pain after a 450 from Bianca, You reach out your hand and she squeezes it to show you she’s still in this fight with you. The sound of the buzzer indicating that your team was getting a teammate filled you with relief as the playing field would be evened out for yourself and Rhea. However this relief quickly turned to confusion as you saw the mayhem at the top of the ramp. You watch on in horror as Dakota viciously attacks Tegan. You hear Rhea’s screams of frustration as reality sets in, your team is two down, This match is now a 4 on 2. You see Shayna laughing from her shark cage on the ramp as she realizes that the victory is almost guaranteed to be hers, but as long as there is air in your lungs you are going to win this match for Rhea.
You look over at Rhea and you can see she’s panicking “How are you not fucking terrified right now?” You can tell she’s confused by your calm demeanor. “Compared to the family get-togethers I’m forced to attend twice a year, this is actually rather tame.” Rhea cracks a smile at this, her panic seeps through “We’re screwed Y/N!” she quietly grumbles to you, “Well, if we're going down, why not make all these bitches hurt real bad as we go down” You and Rhea share an evil laugh as you turn your attention back to the other girls that were locked in the cage with you. To hell with the number advantage, you both weren’t going out without a bang. Yourself and Io were brawling in one ring, Rhea was left with Bianca and Kay Lee in the other as Shayna strolled down to the cage to enter and start the match. Io got the upper hand over you and forced you to watch the 3 on 1 attack on Rhea as Shayna entered to officially start war games. As the match progresses you equalize Kay Lee and Io with a DDT to hurry over and save Rhea from Shayna handcuffing her to the ropes. You and Rhea cautiously stand in the no man’s land between the two rings as you silently give each other permission to to be as reckless and deranged as you both see fit.
You were catching your breath as you look up to see Rhea has Io in the Prism trap but suddenly you feel someone drag you off your feet into the air by your neck and it's too late when you realize it’s Shayna and she has you in a standing kirifuda clutch. You’re trying to scream at Rhea not to let Io go but your lack of air supply prevents anything from coming out. You scratch at Shayna’s eyes and she releases you at the same time that Kay Lee attacks Rhea to release Io. As the match rages on the violence keeps building and building. Spot after spot, you and Rhea keep kicking out, you both keep each other in the game. You watch as Rhea handcuffs herself to Baszler and you can’t help but hold your breath as the energy in the arena builds in wait to what Rhea is going to do now that she has the upper hand, literally, over the women’s champion. An earth shattering riptide onto awaiting chairs and Shayna is out for the three count. As soon as Rhea is freed from her handcuff you sprint to her in your well earned victorious celebration. Rhea lifts you off the ground and spins you around in a bone crushing hug that only she could give. She lets you down and you both hobble to the back after basking in the crowds' rapturous applause.
As you both make your way back to your shared locker room Rhea is stopped by Triple H as he congratulates the both of you on a fantastic performance and begins talking to Rhea about her upcoming title shot. You began to zone out Hunter’s words as you stared at Rhea’s practically glowing face, her hair was chaotic as it stuck in every direction but still managed to frame her face perfectly. Her pale blue eyes beamed with pride and joy as she saw the championship within her reach come next takeover. Before you know it Hunter is bidding his farewell as Rhea slips her arm back around your midsection pulling you into her side as you both finish your victory lap in your locker room. As you go to you bag you turn to ask Rhea how she’s feel only to discover she had flopped face down into the sofa. You chuckle to yourself as you hear her start to loudly fake snore. You turn back to your luggage as you start to strip out of your gear. ”Oh wow” you hear Rhea damn near moan as you turn towards her in only your bra and underwear. “I have a confession to make.” Her words were slurred, eyes almost comically wide. “I...I’m super gay and hopelessly in love with you.” You can’t help but burst out in giggles at Rhea’s “confession” You see Rhea pout as you put on your shirt. “I...I know...we’re dating, sweetheart. We have been for a while now” she slowly gets up from her lying position on the couch to hug you from behind “I know that baby girl, and what a happy while it’s been.” Rhea loving says as she lays gentle kisses at the base of your neck. “I couldn’t help but notice.. You have a matching set on” Rhea’s hand move to rub your hips and up your sides, “I knew we’d win so i thought I’d give you a nice bonus when we got back to the hotel.” You feel Rhea let you go as she rushes back to her luggage to frantically pack everything. “Well what are we waiting for let’s go” You can’t help but fall even more in love with her as she comedically “packs” (more like violently throwing your things in the general direction of your bag) your things and rushes out the door to start the second act of your night of fun.

roderick strong; don't touch her // NXT
Tumblr media
The arena was on edge as the promo for the main event was playing up on the screens. It was WarGames and the ominous cage was being lowered onto the two rings. All four men were doing their last stretches until our entrance theme blasted. I walked out first with Roddy behind me as I looked out towards the crowd. We all put up the Undisputed Era hand gesture on the stage besides both cages.
"Good luck guys." I quickly stated before walking down the ramp just behind Adam, where he stopped to look at the cage. We shared a glance together and I patted his back, allowing that to be a signal to jump in. He prepared himself in the ring further away from the ramp.
"Adam Cole BayBay!" He yelled and so did the whole crowd here tonight. Our music was then shut off and the War Raiders made their way out onto the stage. I slowly made my way back up the ramp towards our cage where Roddy stuck his hand out towards me. He pouted his lips together, asking for a kiss and I immediately obliged to it.
Kyle and Bobby also got a peck on their cheeks. It was now Pete Dunne, the person Roddy turned on to join Undisputed Era. He came out and in no time was already up at our cage, just glaring towards us. His hand tried to come up to my shoulder where Roddy pushed me backwards.
"Don't touch her!" Roddy yelled and the other guys tried pushing him away, only for Pete to go to his cage. Ricochet was now out on the stage and I slowly walked back down towards ringside to watch the match unfold. After the five minute mark, it was Kyle who was going to be released from the cage.
Adam did a good job of making Ricochet tired enough to not get back onto his feet like he usually would. The crowd was now chanting we want Kyle where I turned around and smirked out towards them.
"Stay on him even though he's down, we don't want him resting up!" I screamed and Adam quickly attacked him before throwing him into the other ring. The crowd now counted down the timer and I looked towards our cage to see the boys ready. The referee took his sweet time unlocking the cage, but when he did the crowd was on their feet cheering for Kyle.
"Come on Kyle!" I cheered on as he jumped up the stairs and through the ropes, immediately going to help the beatdown of Ricochet. This match was by far the longest of the night, the match does not even begin until all men are inside the cage.
The next person from Ricochet's team was to be let out at anytime now and by the crowd counting down, it was in about six seconds. Pete tried going out only to be held back by Rowe, which allowed Hanson to come down. I raised my hands to signal surrender as I seriously wanted nothing to do with him.
"Come on guys!" I yelled out, Adam and Kyle were now being beaten down onto the mat. Ricochet was out in the other ring while Hanson did all the work to bring them back into the match. They needed all the help they could get. The crowd was chanting for Undisputed Era much more than they were for Ricochet's team.
The timer was already at the three minute mark once again and the referee scrambled to open our cage. Roddy made his way down and into the cage, aiding whoever desperately needed it.
"Yes babe!" I cheered from the outside as he got the match back to our favour. Everything they tried to do, it was shut down by us. Kyle's martial arts, Adam's mental psych and Roddy's strength. My eyes were firmly on Roderick's moves, skills and quite frankly, his body.
Our relationship, it's not off screen. Only on screen but I soak up everything that happens on screen because I know it won't happen for real. Rowe was released from his cage and caused even more mayhem then his tag team partner did. It wasn't long until Bobby was allowed to be released, however, he decided to put our padlock onto their cage. Pete Dunne being now fully trapped inside.
Bobby then went on to look underneath the ring and bring out some chairs that had the Undisputed Era logo painted onto them. We now had a four on three advantage on them and were able to take them down easily. That was until the referee's got a bolt cutter and cut through the chain on the cage.
"Guys! He's out!" I tried warning them only for Kyle to hear me and turn around to witness Pete scurrying down. Both Bobby and Kyle had closed the cage door with their bodies, up until Pete grabbed a kendo stick and hit them through the door.
More and more weapons were chucked inside including trash cans and two tables. The chaos definitely did not stop with Bobby who managed to spear Rowe through a table. All the madness came to halt when Ricochet performed the 630 onto Adam who could not kick out when Pete and Ricochet slung their arms over him.
"Let me in!" I quickly said to the referee who opened the cage door for me to slip inside and go straight to Adam who was closest. His hand wrapped around my elbow as I placed a hand onto his stomach. He allowed me to go see one of the other guys and Roddy was closest.
"Hey, how are you going?" I started and he smiled lightly up towards me before wincing in pain. His hand went straight to his ribs where I guess the pain was.
"I've been better." He joked around and I helped him sit up against the ropes before going to check on Kyle and Bobby. All men were undoubtedly sore and tired from the match that had just unfolded, which meant referees had to help everyone to the back.
Kyle wanted me to help carry him, so he put his arm around my shoulders and the other one around a referee. The crowd cheered once more for Undisputed Era and the show that they put on which was out of this world.
The curtain was drawn back and we were met with a chrous of claps coming from other superstars, some in NXT and some on the main roster. I wasn't apart of the congratulations that they had received, I was just a manager. The four men were now in a group hug but I was pushed into it by Hunter.
"I'm proud of all of you." I spoke out and they all smiled, their bodies were glistening in sweat as Kyle placed his head onto my shoulder. We all broke apart and Kyle brought me out of the crowded space back into the hallway.
"You should actually go on a date with Roddy." He began but I shook my head and folded my arms in front of me. I diverted my eyes away from his and onto the ground.
"He doesn't like me like that. He likes Marina, remember?" I continued and he rolled his eyes before mocking me by folding his arms in front of him.
"No one ever told you that because it's not true." He sassed me just as he touched my nose for no reason. I tried swatting him away but he was still too quick for me.
"Well, it's very hard when he talks about other women like he wants them. It'll be okay, I will find someone. Just not right now." I tried to reassure him but it didn't look like he was taking any of it. His hands came up to his face and dragged them down like he was tired or sick of my bullshit. Either way, it was fucking rude.
He now walked back into gorilla and left me standing there by myself, only to return with Roderick himself. His little smile said everything as my hands were placed on my hips.
"Now, just asked each other out and we will be done here. That's all you have to do because the rest of us know that you guys are basically made for each other." Kyle ranted, not moving away from the scene he had caused, he wants us to do it in front of him.
"Kyle, what the actual hell are you doing?" I looked down as Roddy stated this, my body couldn't handle this situation and I certainly didn't want to see how they reacted to it.
"Roderick! Do you fucking want to date her or what? Because I'm wasting my time otherwise. Think about this, how many god damn times did you say that you wished you made a move on (Y/N)? And (Y/N), how many times did you get super excited when he walked inside the room. Countless." Kyle spoke and I seemed to calm down by raising my head once again.
"Both of you like each other but don't want to admit it. I will leave if you want to make a move in private. Just say the word." Kyle finished but Roddy decided against it, kissing me softly.
"Better?" Roddy asked Kyle where he just clapped, not fast but kind of slow. Roddy threw his hands up and went to turn around, only for me to pull him back around and this time kiss him but with more force.
Kyle then walked fast back into gorilla only to be accompanied by the other two men that had missed our little scene. The three men now stood there, waiting for something to happen between us again.
"Not my problem you missed it." I stated and Roddy smirked before pulling me into his side, the sweat still evident on his body. However, he pulled my head back and kissed me once more for the other guys that didn't see it. They started cheering but it was more of a "thank fuck you two actually got together" cheer.

Wrestle Kingdom 14 Day 1 Review
The biggest event on the New Japan calendar certainly did not disappoint. Huge matches up and down the card, and even though the last few matches felt like they were lasting an eternity, it was perfectly fine with me. Great matches, and by the time the main event ended and they mentioned that this was only the first day of the event, I was super hyped up for day two. I was worried that Day 1 would feel almost like an afterthought, but it was just as awesome as any other year’s wrestle kingdom. Such a great show that I can’t rave about it enough. Here is my review of Day 1 of Wrestle Kingdom 14.
Naoki Sano, Ryusuke Taguchi, Shinjiro Ootani, Tatsuhiko Takaiwa vs. The Great Sasuke, Jushin Thunder Liger, Tatsumi Fujinami, Tiger Mask IV: El Samurai was in Team Liger’s Corner, while Kuniaki Kobayashi. Liger and Sano started things off, and after a few submission exchanges, Sano drilled Liger with a suicide dive. Ootani tagged in, and gave Liger a face wash, before liger stood up and drilled him with a series of shoteis. Tiger Mask and Takaiwa came in next, trading stiff chops and kicks, with Takaiwa coming out on top. Takaiwa’s team then beat down Tiger Mask for a little while, showing off their signature offense. Tiger Mask was able to escape after hitting Takaiwa with a Tiger Driver, and then tagged in Fujinami. Fujinami then drilled everyone with a dragonscrew leg whip, and even started to choke out Takaiwa. Sasuke then went for an elbow drop, but Takaiwa dodged and tagged in Sano. Sano then went for a double stomp, but missed, and the two brawled up to the top rope and nailed a superplex. They both tagged out to Liger and Taguchi, who immediately was hit with a rana off the top. The two then continued to fight in the middle of the ring as the rest of the legends brawled on the outside. Taguchi then nailed Liger with an ensiguri, followed by a Bumoye, but Liger kicked out! However, Taguchi then hit the Dodon for the win.
After the match, everyone shook hands and bowed to Liger. They all held their hands up high in the air.
Grade: C-. I feel bad giving this such a low grade, but this match wasn’t really about the wrestling. It was about the sight of seeing all these legends in the ring, which was cool. It was a fitting retirement match. I’m shocked that Liger lost this one, I thought for sure that he was gonna win it.
BUSHI, EVIL, SANADA & Shingo Takagi vs. El Desperado, Minoru Suzuki, Taichi & Zack Sabre Jr: Evil and Suzuki started things off in the ring as everyone else brawled on the outside. Suzuki quickly took control after an armbar over the top rope, and started to beat him down with a chair on the outside. They fought back into the ring where Suzuki-gun worked over Evil’s neck and arm. However, Evil fought back with a Fisherman suplex to Taichi, and Takagi got the hot tag, destroying Taichi, Suzuki and Desperado. The two continued to fight utnil tagging in Sanada and Sabre. The two traded pinning cominations with Sabre targeting the arm and Sanada targeting the knee. LIJ continued to beat down Sabre, with Bushi trying to recreate his recent upset. However, Sabre was able to twist him into a submission for the win.
After the match, Sabre kept the hold on Bushi until Sanada pulled him off with a Dragon Sleeper.
Grade: C+. Pretty good match, nothing too exciting. It’s always fun to see Suzuki-Gun heeling it up in a multi-man tag, but there wasn’t too much to this match. It felt very rushed without the sense of urgency. Takagi had an awesome hot tag though, so that was fun. Fine stuff, but nothing more than that.
Bad Luck Fale, Chase Owens, KENTA, & Yujiro Takahashi vs. Hirooki Goto, Tomohiro Ishii, Toru Yano & YOSHI-HASHI: Yano and Fale started things off, much to Yano’s dismay. Yano tried to take him down with some shoulder tackles, but Fale quickly flattened him. Yano then avoided the rest of Fale’s offense and tagged out to Hashi. Fale tagged in Owens, and then two tradded chops back and forth. Hashi had the advantage until Takahashi tripped up Hashi and allowed Owens to nail a wrecking ball dropkick. Bullet Club beat down Hashi for a while, until Ishii ran in and made the save. He tried to give Fale a suplex, but Fale powered out and gave Ishii a slam. Yano then slapped Fale on the head, angering the big man who then beat the crap out of him. Goto and Kenta then tagged in, and exchanged huge lariats back and forth. Kenta was able to get the advantage with a DDT, and Bullet Club then beat down Goto. As everyone started to take each other out with their big moves, Ishii gave Fale a huge headbutt and then a brainbuster to a roar from the crowd. Goto then fought off Kenta and Takahashi, before giving Takahashi the GTR for the win.
Grade: B-. This match was similar to the last, but it had a lot of really exciting action much to my surprise. Yano was funny as ever whenever he entered the ring. Ishii got a big moment in a year where it was very possible that he wouldn’t. Good stuff for Ishii. Also, Kenta and Goto really wailed into each other, so I’m now super excited for the title match.
FinJuice vs. Guerrillas of Destiny for the IWGP Tag Team Championships: as GOD made their entrance, FinJuice ran up the ramp to meet the champions, but immediately got beaten down. Juice Robinson ate a back body drop on the ramp, and David Finlay was thrown off the stage. GoD then beat down Juice in the ring for a bit, but Finlay was able to recover and get the hot tag. He beat down Tonga Loa a bit, until Tama Tonga took him down with a cheap shot. Finlay fought back a bit and climbed to the top rope, but Loa pushed him off and he landed on the injured shoulder. GoD then took their time beating down Finlay, until Finlay threw caution to the wind and drilled Loa with a spear. Juice got the hot tag and beat down both members of GoD with power slams, lariats and cannonballs. Juice went for the Left Hand to God, but Loa blocked it and nailed a knee to the face, an ensiguri, and a german suplex. GoD tried to capitalize, but Juice nailed leg lariats on both of them. FinJuice finally took control and beat down Tama with a dropkick/Russian leg sweep combo, for a quick kickout. FinJuice then went for a superplex combo, but Loa pushed Robinson off the top. They then grabbed Finlay and nailed him with a powerbomb/ frog splash combo for a near fall. GoD then hit Finlay with a Magic Killer, but Juice broke it up. They then drilled Juice with a Magic Killer, before pulling Finlay up to the top rope for the double powerbomb, but Finlay countered with a rana. Tama then went for a gun stun, but Finlay fought out of it with stunner. Finlay then tried for a rollup, but Tama pushed him into the ropes and Jado nailed a kendo stick shot, but Tama couldn’t get the pin. Robinson then took Jado out with a Left Hand to God, gave a pair of left hand to gods to Loa, before allowing Finlay to hit sliced bread for the win.
Grade: B. I wasn’t a huge fan of this match until the finishing sequence, but what a finishing sequence it was. Lots of big moves, and awesome kickouts. They did a great job of making FinJuice out to be real underdogs. They were scrambling by the end of the match, and everything looked very frantic. I was into it, and I was happy to see the boys pick up the big win.
Jon Moxley vs. Lance Archer in a Texas Death Match for the IWGP United States Championship: The match started out quickly with Moxley throwing Archer out of the ring and nailing a suicide dive. Moxley then grabbed a kendo stick, but Archer threw a chair into his face. Archer then beat down Moxley with a Kendo stick, a chair and a trash can lid. Archer was going to go for the tightrope walk, but Moxley pulled him off and destroyed him with kendo stick shots to the face. He let Archer back in the ring, and quickly countered a chokeslam with an elbow, before catching Archer off the ropes with a trash can lid shot to the head, followed by a vertical suplex onto some chairs and a regal knee. Archer then rolled to the outside, gave Moxley a chokeslam onto the apron, followed by chokeslamming a young lion into Moxley, and then diving into a crowd of young lions and Moxley. Archer then set up four chairs in the ring and gave Moxley Blackout onto them. Moxley barely made it up to his feet, so Archer locked on the EBD claw and smashed Moxley’s head into a chair. Moxley countered into an armbar, but Archer quickly caught his neck and gave him an overhead suplex into the corner. Moxley then popped right back out of it with a lariat and a double underhook ddt. Archer got up, and was able to take control back with a derailer and a chokeslam onto a chair. Moxley got up at 9 and flipped off Archer, earning him a boot to the face. Archer then produced a plastic bag and locked on the EBD Claw with it. Moxley nearly passed out, but passed the arm drop test, so Archer introduced a pair of tables. He then used his spiked helmet to stab Moxley in the head, and tried for the blackout out of the ring onto the tables, but Moxley countered and went for a spear. Archer caught him out of spear and went for a chokeslam through the tables, but only managed to get Moxley onto the apron. Moxley then kicked him in the gut and gave him the Death Rider through the tables for the bloody bloody win.
After the match, Moxley got on the mic and said that he wants to leave with nothing or everything. He said that on Night 2, they settle things once and for all.
Grade: B+. This was a violent as hell match that was tough to watch at times, but it was an awesome sight to see. They beat the crap out of each other with a bunch of weapons and there were some totally rough spots. Archer does some vicious chokeslams. Nothing beats that finish though, that looked insane. I really hope Archer is okay, because his arm was really really cut up. Still, a match deserving of the death match name. Good stuff.
Hiromu Takahashi vs. Will Ospreay for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship: The two started out with some fast paced wrestling on the mat, before Ospreay nailed him in the head with a slap. The two then stood back up in the middle of the ring and exchanged shots back and forth. They then engaged in a series of counters ending in a stiff chop from Ospreay. Takahashi then put Ospreay on the apron and went for a sunset flip powerbomb, only for Ospreay to counter. Takahashi then pulled them both onto the floor and gave him a powerbomb on the apron, followed by a missile dropkick off the apron. The two then exchanged chops in the middle of the ring, until Takahashi went to the apron. Ospreay then caught him with a double stomp to the back of the head and a hanging DDT to take control. Ospreay then started to work over the neck, with Takahashi only getting tiny glimpses of offense. Back in the ring, Ospreay locked in a Koji Clutch to continue to attack on the neck, but Takahashi barely made it to the ropes. The two then exchanged chops back and forth until Ospreay nailed a kick to the midsection. Takahashi then caught him off the ropes with a rolling flatliner, followed by a basement dropkick a nd a falcon’s arrow for a near fall. Ospreay then went for his Sasuke special, but Takahashi backed up and tried for a German suplex, only for Ospreay to flip out of it. He then charged Takahashi down the apron, and Takahashi tried to give him a belly to belly into the apron, but Ospreay slid into the ring and nailed a Sasuke special anyway. It was an awesome sequence. The two then fought out onto the apron, where Ospreay gave him a springboard double stomp to the back of the head in a brutal shot. Ospreay then wanted the hidden blade, but Takahashi collapsed before he could hit it. The ref checked up on Takahashi, but Ospreay pushed him away and started to lay into him with kicks to the face and midsection. Ospreay then put him in the corner and nailed a cheeky nandos kick. He kept him up and went for a move off the top, but Takahashi countered out of it with some chops. Hiromu went for a wheelbarrow bomb, but Ospreay counted, only for Hiromu to hit it anyway for a near fall. The two started to pick up the pace with Ospreay nailing an ensiguri and a robinson special, but Takahashi countered the Os Cutter. The two jockeyed for position, with Ospreay nailing Made in Japan for a near fall. He then nailed Takahashi with a shooting star press to the back for a near fall. And finally he hit the Os Cutter, but Takahashi still managed to kick out! Ospreay was pissed, and nailed a hook kick. He tried for the hidden blade, but Takahashi dodged and nailed a desperation pop up powerbomb. The two then exchanged stiff shots back and forth, with the last drops of their energy. Ospreay tried for the handspring ensiguri, but Takahashi caught him and nailed a german suplex for a near fall. Takahashi then tried for a lariat, but Ospreay caught him and set him up for Stormbreaker, only for Takahashi to nail an awesome Canadian destroyer for a near fall. Takahashi then planted Ospreay in the corner and nailed a pair of Superkicks when Ospreay followed him out. he tried for the time bomb, but Ospreay counter for the Stormbreaker again, but he couldn’t make it. Takahashi then ran the ropes, but Ospreay caught him with a Spanish fly for another near fall. Ospreay then nailed the Hidden Blade, but Takahashi still countered out of the Stormbreaker with a code read. Takahashi then nailed the Time Bomb, but Ospreay kicked out! So Takahashi picked him right back up and nailed a sort of package piledriver for the win.
Grade: A+. A killer match. These moves were absolutely and phenomenally brutal. They pulled out all the stops and hit some of the stiffest and toughest moves that they’ve ever hit in pro wrestling. Ospreay played up the heel role to a T, coming across as a total asshole but also as a great final boss. All that work on the neck was totally brutal and it told an dangerous and great story. Now it’s time for Ospreay to move up to the heavyweights, because he really killed it. Takahashi was the same wild wrestler that he was a year and a half ago. And he debuted a brutal new finisher that looked awesome. These guys totally killed it, and I’m so happy that Takahashi is back.
Jay White vs. Tetsuya Naito for the IWGP Intercontinental Championship: White immediately rolled out of the ring as the match started. He did this a couple of times, before Naito grabbed Gedo by the beard to lure White into the ring. They fought in the ring a bit, with Naito coming out on top. White retreated again, but Naito held the ropes open for him. White entered the ring and tried to kick Naito, but Naito saw it coming and gave him a leg sweep and a hangman’s neckbreaker out of the ring. The two then brawled back into the ring, with White only really gaining the advantage when Gedo held Naito’s leg. At one point, White crotched Naito on the ringpost, followed by Gedo nailing his knee with a chair. White continued to work over the knee and back of Naito on the outside. He continued the assault with an Indian Death Lock, with Naito barely making the ropes. The two continued to go hold for hold, with Naito locking in a full nelson with his legs, and slapped his head as he struggled. White quickly regained control with a stiff DDT, and continued to work on the midsection and knee. Naito started to return the favor and attack the knee back, but White continued to keep up the pressure with stiff knee strikes to midsection. Natio then started to focus on the neck with a neckbreaker on the knee. He then brought White to the top rope, but White escaped and swept his legs, sending his neck directly into the turnbuckle. White then trapped Naito’s bad knee in the ropes and kicked it over and over again, before nailing a dragonscrew leg whip. Naito started to collapse as he ran back and forth across the ring. Naito tried for the tornado DDT off the ropes, but he couldn’t hit it because of his knee, so White took advantage with a huge uranagi. White then dumped Naito onto the apron with a saito suplex, brought him back in the ring for a twisting suplex, and then hit the kiwi crusher, but Naito kicked out! Every time Naito started to fight back even a bit, White would unleash a devastating attack on the knees. White then locked in the TTO for a tense submission sequence where Naito just barely made it to the bottom rope. White pulled him back into the middle for the TTO again, but Naito spit in his face and gave him a boot, followed by a somersault kick. White tried to run the ropes, but Naito popped him up into a spinebuster. As Naito started to gain the advantage back, Gedo got up on the apron for a distraction. But Naito saw it coming and nailed White with an ensiguri and a tornado DDT off the middle rope. He took the battle to the top rope with a snap rana and then Gloria for a near fall. Naito went for the Destino, but White just sat down, so he nailed him in the face with a basement dropkick. Naito tried again, but the struggle sent Naito into Red Shoes and took the ref down. Gedo then tried for a chair shot, but ate a low blow instead, only for White to Low Blow Natio and then throw a chair right in his face. He followed it up with a pair of sleeper suplexes, only for Naito to nail a running Destino, but he couldn’t make the cover. They both made it to their feet and struggled for positioning on their finisher, with Naito nailing a poison rana, followed by a Destino, but White still kicked out! Naito picked White back up, and White nearly hit Blade Runner, but Naito just dropped him on his head and hit one last Destino for the win.
Grade: A. This was some great storytelling matched with some really awesome looking moves and some awesome limb work. White was a great heel, working as a total dick to Naito and playing up the cheating at just the white times. Naito didn’t come off as an underdog so much as he cameo off as a victim of a brutal attack that he overcame in a spectacular way. The bumps were terrifying, but not to the point that they overshadowed some really good action and some amazing storytelling. Awesome stuff here, and I’m excited to see the conclusion of the Double Gold Dash.
Kazuchika Okada vs. Kota Ibushi for the IWGP Heavyweight Championship: Okada came out in very short pants, but it still got a pop. The two started with some slower paced mat wrestling, showing some interesting counters and holds at a meticulous pace, until they hit a stalemate. Okada tried to break things up with a shoulder tackle, but Ibushi went right back up to his feet. The two then traded strikes, and Ibushi dodged a Rainmaker and nailed a series of strikes and a moonsault for a near fall. Ibushi kept up the pressure with some stiff kicks around the chest and stomach, but Okada brought it back with a flying elbow followed by a DDT. The two then fought to the outside as Okada gave Ibushi a draping DDT onto the floor. Back in the ring, Okada tried to provoke Ibushi into frustration but Ibushi didn’t fall for it, fighting a patient fight before drilling Okada with a dropkick. Okada took control back with a dropkick to the outside, before kicking Ibushi over the barricade and giving him a diving splash. Back in the ring, Okada worked over the neck with a brutal looking crossface until Ibushi made the ropes. Okada then nailed an elbow drop off the top, and hit the rainmaker pose. He spun Ibushi out, and Ibushi went for a backflip kick, but he under rotated and nearly landed on his head if Okada hadn’t kinda caught him. Okada then set him up for a tombstone, but Ibushi reversed into a wicked package piledriver. The two stood in opposite corners, and Okada went for a shotgun dropkick, but Ibushi caught it with a double stomp. Okada rolled to the outside, so Ibushi nailed him with the moonsault off the top to the floor. Okada then tried for a neckbreaker, but Ibushi countered out of it into a huge Last Ride. Ibushi then tried for the Bomboye, but Okada caught him with a huge dropkick and then a tombstone. He tried for the Rainmaker, but Ibushi collapsed into the ropes. Okdaa the showered him with strikes, which seemed to piss Ibushi off to no end. Ibushi just absorbed the shots and then starched Okada with a huge punch in the face. Okada then gave him a huge shotgun dropkick, but Ibushi got right back up and peppered Okada with huge punches and kicks. He didn’t even stop went Okada was down and defenseless in the corner. Ibushi then went for the deadlift German on the ropes, but Okada countered it and planted him on his head with a tombstone piledriver on the apron. Ibushi was nearly counted out, but he made it back in the ring at 19. Okada sprung the second that Ibushi hit the ring with a series of pins and neckbreakers, but Ibushi kicked out of all of them. So Okada slowly picked Ibushi up and nailed a high angle German suplex, and held the wrist for a rainmaker. As he went for the spinning rainmaker, Ibushi countered with a huge lariat of his own. He then put Okada on the apron and delivered the deadlift German off the second rope, but Okada still kicked out. Ibushi then tried for a lawn dart into the corner, but Okada countered with a spinning tombstone, and tried for the rainmaker, but Ibushi totally flattened him with a rainmaker of his own at the last second. Ibushi then showered the grounded Okada with kicks and a bomboye, but Okada kicked out at 1! So Ibushi nailed another bomboye to the back of the head, and Okada still kicked out. Ibushi followed up with a huge high kick and a Kamagoye, but Okada still managed to kick out! Ibushi went for the Kamagoye once again, but Okada was able to get to his feet and deliver a huge dropkick to counter it. The two then exchanged labored forearms on the ground, but they slowly rose to their feet, with the strikes getting harder and faster as they went, with Ibushi bringing Okada to his knees with a combination of slaps and kicks, followed by a triad of kicks to the head of the grounded Okada, and then collapsed himself. Ibushi then brought Okada to the top for an avalanche Tiger driver, but Okada nailed him with forearms until he fell off the top. Okada then went for a missile dropkick, but Ibushi caught him out of the air with powerbomb for a near fall. Ibushi then went for the Phoenix Splash, but he missed, allowing Okada to hit a pair of Rainmakers, but Ibushi kicked out right at the last second! Okada slowly dragged Ibushi up another two times for rainmakers, but on the third, Ibushi dodged it and nailed a high kick, followed by a V-trigger. Ibushi then tried for a piledriver, but Okada hit a sit out tombstone and then one last rainmaker to finish it off.
Grade: A+. Phenomenal match. These guys didn’t go for the raw speed of the Junior Heavyweight match, but they delivered with a story about two equals who could barely keep up with each other. They destroyed each other with incredibly hard hits and stiff drops on the head. They destroyed each other’s necks over and over again, and Ibushi unleashed everything with his punches and kicks. It was an incredible match, and I cannot wait for the day when Ibushi eventually becomes the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, because it really will be glorious. Amazing match, match of the night.
Overall Grade: B+
Predictions: 8/11
Pros: IWGP Tag Match; Texas death; Junior Heavyweight; Intercontinental; main event
Cons: opening tag, although it was cool nostalgia.

BOGOTA BUFF VS OLE ANDERSON
Tumblr media
As you might expect, they didn't get a lot of time, but they had an excellent match. Ole Anderson’s matches have a different feeling to them, as his intensity is nearly unmatched. Buff rose to the occasion and more than held up his end of the bout. Good stuff.
Bogota Buff came out of the gate quickly. He aggressively went after Ole Anderson, with him sending Anderson to the floor with a shoulder block. Ole fired back quickly. He sent Bogota Buff over the top rope, then hit his own shoulder block on the floor.
Back inside, Ole Anderson used a series of short kicks to the head, then a double sledge to the chest. Bogota Buff ducked a Pumping Bomber, then hit a diving shoulder tackle. Bogota Buff followed up with a corner clothesline, then hit a vertical suplex.
Bogota Buff hit a diving chop for a near fall. Ole Anderson came back with jabs, a lariat, and a throw. Bogota Buff hit a headbutt to the chest. Bogota Buff hit a big rugby tackle out of the corner, earning a two count.
Ole Anderson blocked a Buff Driver attempt, then hit a DDT for a two count. Bogota Buff no-sold a lariat. Ole Anderson hit a series of short elbows, but Bogota Buff fired up and hit a big series of strikes.
Ole Anderson came back with a lariat, then hit a Bogota Bomber. He covered, but only got a two count. Ole Anderson then drove Buff into the matt head first with a piledriver for the pin.
WINNER: OLE ANDERSON

CBWA SOUTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH THE MIZ (C) vs BOGOTA OX
Tumblr media
Both chain-wrestled to a stalemate. Both missed on dropkick attempts. Bogota Ox dared MIZ to chop him. MIZ did an elaborate warmup as if he were setting up for a chop, but hit a dropkick instead, which got great heat.
MIZ hit a slingshot senton. They exchanged uppercut forearms. MIZ hit a vertical suplex, then a back suplex. He went to the top for a swanton bomb, but missed. Bogota Ox hit an overhead belly-to-belly throw for a two count.
Bogota Ox teased a belly-to-belly, but MIZ blocked it. Bogota Ox used a Bogota Ox Special, then rolled through into a full crab. MIZ reached the ropes.
Bogota Ox again tried a belly-to-belly, but MIZ blocked, then used a cobra twist. He then slipped to a MIZ Clutch, but Bogota Ox reached the ropes.
They traded strikes. Bogota Ox hit a dropkick. He again tried for a belly-to-belly, but MIZ blocked it, then dropped down into a kneebar. Bogota Ox rolled through into a cradle for a two count.
MIZ hit a neckbreaker for a nearfall, then used the Skull Crushing Finale for the win.
WINNER: STILL SOUTH AMERICAN CHAMPION, THE MIZ

NO DQ MATCH
GREG GAGNE VS THE EYE OF GIBSON
Tumblr media
With an inset promo, Gagne told Gibson to be ready as it's time to pay the price.
He was not lying. The instant the bell rang, he was swinging a kendo stick and landing all over Gibson’s body. Eye of Gibson fought back and hit Greg Gagne with a chair, a trash can, and a stop sign, and then arrogantly tried to get the win by pinning Gagne with only a foot on his chest.
Greg Gagne choked Eye of Gibson on the mat and then tossed him to the outside where he went back to the kendo stick. However, Eye of Gibson turned the tables and used a hockey stick across Greg Gagne's back. Eye of Gibson then wrapped Greg Gagne's head in a steel chair and rammed it into the ring post.
Greg Gagne responded to the fans' encouragement and hit a big backdrop and a spinning heel kick but only got a two count. Greg Gagne went to the well once too often and missed the next spinning heel kick, but then just hit the third one anyway.
The Gibson Agency then came out and distracted Gagne, which allowed Eye of Gibson hit a low blow and a dropkick for the win.
Gibson, Buford Pusser, Lupe and Bogota Blake danced and posed to celebrate.
WINNER: THE EYE OF GIBSON

SON VS FATHER MATCH
BOLTSY VS FRANK CONVERSE
Tumblr media
Converse jumped Boltsy as he made his way down to the ring. Converse pulled out a table from under the ring, but Boltsy rocked him with an elbow to the head.
Boltsy ran around the ring but missed a spear and crashed through the barricade. Claude Akins Gibson came out and watched the match from the stage.
Converse tried to superplex Boltsy through a table in the ring. Boltsy fought back and attempted a powerbomb through the table but Converse fought out.
Boltsy hit a VOX punch on the floor and threw Converse back in the ring. Claude Akins Gibson caused a distraction, and out of nowhere The Eye of Gibson caught Boltsy with a dropkick.
Gibson and Akins Gibson placed Boltsy on the announce table. Converse climbed to the top, but here comes some help for Boltsy.
OMG! It’s MINORU SUZUKI!
Suzuki climbs into the ring The Eye of Gibson and Claude Akins Gibson run for cover. Suzuki points at Converse and Frank wants nothing to do with him.
From behind, Boltsy grabs Converse and throws him into the ring.
Suzuki grabs Converse and holds him from behind. Boltsy loads up the big boot but Suzuki push Frank Converse aside and speared Boltsy out of nowhere.
Suzkuki then gives Boltsy a Drill A Hole Piledriver. OMG!
Frank Converse covers Boltsy for the pin.
WINNER: FRANK CONVERSE
Boltsy will now have to get a DNA test to prove that he is not Frank Converse son.

CBWA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH
STEVE RYDER (C) VS TIM HORNER
Tumblr media
This was a great match to cap off another Great Bogota Bash.
Horner who is returning to action after 6 months off offered a handshake but Ryder slapped his hand away. Horner threatened an early clean break with a cheeky back elbow but he didn't follow through. Ryder got the early advantage in the slow-paced opening segments, but Horner eventually dropkicked Ryder to the outside and hit a springboard splash to the floor. His success was short-lived as Ryder floored him with a clothesline and a suplex on the floor outside.
The crowd momentarily brought Horner back into it but Ryder floored him again, this time with a headbutt. Ryder missed a big flying legdrop from the top rope and Horner fired up with right hands and a kick to the head. Horner nearly picked up the win after rolling through a power slam for a close two count. He tried a backslide and an inside cradle for more close calls. They exchanged more two counts before Horner rocked Ryder with a superkick and a knee to the temple before hitting his Horner springboard clothesline for another close near fall.
Horner hit a swinging neckbreaker but Ryder kicked out at two. Ryder moved when Horner flew through the air and hit him with the running powerslam, but Horner somehow kicked out. They exchanged slaps as Horner begged for Ryder to give him his best shot. Ryder obliged and hit him with a powerslam and a diving headbutt but Horner dug deep and kicked out at the last moment to the shock and amazement of the crowd.
Ryder powerbombed Horner again in frustration, but we got another kickout. As Horner tried to roll to safety, Ryder locked in the crossface submission. Horner momentarily tried to roll out of it but the power of Ryder was too much and he got back into position, sunk the lock in deeper. Ryder let go and pulled Horner off the mat and gave him 3 consecutive pileryders for the pin.
WINNER: STILL CBWA WORLD CHAMPION, STEVE RYDER

SmackDown on Fox Episode #54  SmackDown Episode # 1,103 Orlando, FL – The Thunderdome (Amway Center) 10/9/20
The show opens without an intro video or pyro and then we go straight to Cole and Graves who welcome us to the show and remind us that it is night 1 of the 2020 WWE Draft.
Stephanie McMahon makes her way out for round 1 of the WWE Draft and here are the 1st round picks.
WWE Champion Drew McIntyre will stay on Raw.
WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will stay on SmackDown.
Raw Women’s Champion Asuka will stay on Raw.
“The Monday Night Messiah” Seth Rollins will now be “The Friday Night Messiah” as he has been drafted to SmackDown.
The Business of Hurt will still be open on Monday Night’s as The Hurt Business (MVP, Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin, & United States Champion Bobby Lashley) will be staying on Raw.
There isn’t much to talk about coming out of the first round as most of the names picked are staying on the brand that they were previously on, except for Seth Rollins who I’m glad is getting away from the never-ending feud against the Mysterios.
We cut to the back where Seth Rollins is interviewed about being drafted to SmackDown and he says that while he is happy to be going to SmackDown he is a little bummed out that he won’t get to see the Mysterio family implode, but on the bright side at least he will never have to see their ugly faces ever again.
I agree with Rollins, I am happy that we will never have to see his ugly face go against their ugly faces ever again.
It’s now time for the first match of the night.
Match #1: Big E vs Sheamus (Falls Count Anywhere Match) Sheamus and Big E start the match out hot as they go at each other clubbing blows and then Sheamus takes Big E down with a shoulder block when he is sent into the ropes and then Sheamus hits Big E with the rolling Samoan drop for a 1 count. Sheamus charges at Big E in the corner but is caught with a uranage, Sheamus rolls out to the apron and Big E takes him to the floor with a suicide spear which gets a 2 count. Big E looks under the ring and pulls out a couple of oversized Booty O’s but he throws them to the side and pulls out a kendo stick, but before he has a chance to use it Sheamus takes him down with a running knee strike for a 2 count. Sheamus staggers Big E with a couple of uppercuts and then he drives him into the apron, Sheamus sets Big E up on the apron and traps his arms in the ropes.
Sheamus grabs the kendo stick and repeatedly hits Big E in the midsection with it until Big E is able to free his arms and then he collapses to the floor where Sheamus goes for a cover, but Big E is still able to kick out at 2. Sheamus crawls under the ring looking for something but as he does that Big E takes a page out of the Toru Yano playbook as he tapes the feet of Sheamus together and then he lights Sheamus up with the kendo stick until he knocks Sheamus over the barricade and into where the crowd is and that takes us to a commercial break.
We come back to Big E stalking Sheamus as he has the kendo stick in his hands and they are headed toward the backstage area, Big E hits Sheamus one last time with the kendo stick before he drops it. Big E looks to suplex Sheamus onto some kind of table, but Sheamus blocks it and suplexes Big E onto the table instead. Sheamus finds a chair nearby and sits in it a moment as he tries to catch his breath as he is now bruised and bloody from all the kendo stick shots, Sheamus grabs the kendo stick and starts going to town on Big E. Sheamus drags Big E over to a table that has some flour and eggs on it (ingredients to make pancakes) and after trying to get Big E to eat the eggs he smashes the whole tray of eggs on Big E’s head.
Sheamus throws Big E into a couple of equipment cases and then he throws him through a doorway which leads to a hallway, Sheamus goes to hit Big E with a computer monitor but Big E is able to stop that from happening as he repeatedly hits Sheamus really hard with a broom until it breaks. Big E grabs a trash can and hits Sheamus in the back with it a couple of times and then as Sheamus gets to his feet he rushes Sheamus with it and sends him through a door which leads to the loading dock. Sheamus backs away from Big E and as he does this Big E grabs a bottle of hand sanitizer and cleans his hands before continuing to follow Sheamus. Big E hits Sheamus with a knee and then takes a moment to gather his thoughts and as he does this Sheamus crawls between two cars and when Big E goes over to get him he is hit in the midsection with a tire iron that Sheamus found laying around.
Sheamus hits Big E one more time with the tire iron and then Sheamus throws Big E up on the hood where he hits a White Noise through the windshield, Sheamus goes for the pin but Big E is able to get his shoulder up at the last second. Sheamus opens the driver’s side door of the car and lays Big E across the seat and repeatedly slams the door into Big E. Sheamus pops the trunk of the car and throws Big E into it, Sheamus pulls Big E’s arm out as he is looking to slam the trunk door on it but at the last second Big E uses his foot to block the trunk door from coming down and then he is able to kick Sheamus a couple of times from within the trunk and this creates some separation which allows Big E to escape from the trunk.
Sheamus looks to hit a Brogue Kick on Big E, but Big E side steps and Sheamus kicks the trunk door which rips it completely off. Sheamus charges at Big E again, but this time Big E catches him and powerbomb Sheamus on the hood of the car, and then Sheamus slides right down the hood and onto the concrete floor. Big E throws Sheamus onto the hood of another car and it breaks the windshield, Big E picks up Sheamus and hits him with the Big Ending through a couple of tables and that is finally enough to keep the Celtic Warrior down for the pinfall. Winner: Big E via Pinfall   Match Rating: ****½
HOT DAMN!!! When I said last week that I was looking forward to this match because it was going to be a hoss fight I never expected it to be this brutal and bloody, these two men beat the living shit out of each other and I loved every minute of it. If anyone had any questions as to whether Big E could be a top-level performer without Kingston and Woods then this is your answer and that answer is Hell Yeah he can because his performance in this match was fantastic. This has to be one of the best matches in WWE this year, it definitely is one of the top 3 for SmackDown.
Jey Uso makes his way to the ring as we go to commercial.
We come back and Big E is interviewed about the brutal match he just had against Sheamus, but before he can answer we get the returns of both Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods. Kingston and Woods are excited to be back, but they feel like something is missing which is why they asked and have been granted a tag title shot later on tonight against Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura.
We go back to the ring where Jey Uso has been patiently waiting, he calls out Roman Reigns as he wants to know what this high stakes stipulation is that Reigns mentioned last week. Reigns doesn’t respond so Uso tells him that is OK because at Hell in a Cell it’s lockdown time and then he starts getting hyped up before Paul Heyman shows up on the screen to cut Uso off.
Heyman tells Uso to stop embarrassing himself by trying to dictate when the Tribal Chief makes an appearance because that is at the champion’s leisure and discretion. Heyman says that Reigns respects Uso’s tenacity and ambition but when you get too ambitious to the point where you challenge Reigns well then you get a beating like Uso did at Clash of Champions. Heyman then turns things over to Reigns who says that when he was a kid his father used to tell him that in the wrestling business you believe nothing that you hear and half of what you see, however, that beating that we just saw you can believe that. Reigns said that he just wanted to help Uso and make his life better and all he asked for in return was for Uso to just acknowledge him as Tribal Chief, but since he wouldn’t do that then Reigns had no choice but to make their match a Hell in a Cell match which will be fought under I Quit rules. Reigns says he loves Uso but after Uso says I Quit there will be consequences.
Another solid promo from Reigns and Heyman, but this time I had a bit of an issue with Uso as he kept smiling during the promo and it took away a bit of the seriousness that Reigns was trying to convey in his promo. If you didn’t watch SmackDown and are wondering what Uso was smiling about I’m guessing that it had to do with the fact that while Reigns was cutting this really great serious promo there were two naked cherub statues behind him (as I’m guessing he was doing this promo from either his or Heyman’s house) which were very also very distracting to us as viewers (almost as distracting as the fly on Mike Pence’s head during the Vice Presidential debate earlier this week) but it’s ok for us as viewers to smile and laugh at the statues but for Uso who is supposed to be a professional to do that it just took away from the seriousness of the segment. I know that WWE doesn’t like to do intentional blood these days but I feel like if there was ever a time for it then an I Quit Hell in a Cell match would be a perfect time, I am looking forward to this match as I expect it to be brutal and if it were me I wouldn’t have Uso show up for quite a while after it, in fact, I wouldn’t bring him back until Jimmy is ready to go and have them return together.
We cut to the back where Stephanie shows Adam Pearce the next set of draft picks and he gets a surprised look on a face as we go to commercial.
We come back and Stephanie is ready to announce the Round 2 Draft picks.
Monday nights will once again be Phenomenal as AJ Styles is going back to Raw.
Get ready to feel the GLOW on Monday Night as Naomi is being drafted to Raw.
Friday night will continue to be “Boss Time” as Sasha Banks will stay on SmackDown.
The Blue brand will instantly become stronger, faster, smarter, and all-around better as the EST of the WWE Bianca Belair will be going to SmackDown.
The 2nd Round comes to an end with the Women’s Tag Team Champions Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler staying on Raw.
AJ Styles going to Raw isn’t that big of a deal because he is a guy who has done everything on both brands, so no matter which brand he ends up on there is nothing really new we can expect from him as he will be a top guy who is credible enough to be put in any title picture at any time, with that said I am looking forward to his feud with McIntyre over the WWE Title. Naomi could be a really good challenger for Asuka and if they want to turn her heel I think she would be a great addition to the Hurt Business and it seemed like MVP had the same thought judging by a tweet he sent out on Friday Night. Bianca going to SmackDown is hopefully a fresh start for her as we have seen very few appearances from her on Raw, I look forward to her feuding with both Bayley and Sasha as those matches would be really good.
We go to the back where Styles is fine with going to Raw and is glad that he no longer has to be around cheaters like Jeff Hardy and Sami Zayn.
We then go to our second match of the night which is happening because of an exchange on Twitter.
Match #2: Jeff Hardy & Matt Riddle vs The Miz & John Morrison Riddle goes for a kick on Morrison to start the match, but Morrison rolls under it and then tries for one of his own but Riddle catches him and hits him with a release fisherman suplex. Riddle tags in Hardy and Hardy uses Riddle as a springboard to hit Morrison with Poetry in Motion and then they send Miz out of the ring to join Morrison. Hardy then gets down for Riddle to use him as a springboard to dive out onto Miz and Morrison which was called Broetry in Motion and this sends us to a commercial break.
We come back to Miz and Morrison in control as they hit Hardy with a combination of moves including a standing shooting star press by Morrison which gets a 2 count. Hardy is able to escape a hangman style chin lock and goes for a Twist of Fate, but Morrison spins out of it only to be taken down with a clothesline by Hardy.  We get a tag on both ends and Riddle comes in on fire with a head kick for The Miz and a Pele kick for Morrison. Riddle hits both of his opponents with running forearm shots in the corner and exploders. Riddle hits Miz with a broton and then follows up with a bridging deadlift German suplex for a 2 count when Morrison breaks up the pin. Hardy hits Morrison with a Twist of Fate and then Miz throws Hardy out of the ring, but he turns around into a running knee strike from Riddle and then Riddle hits him with the Bro Derek for the win.  Winners: Jeff Hardy & Matt Riddle via Pinfall   Match Rating: **¼
After the match, we get the surprise but not so anticipated return of Lars Sullivan (now with a beard) who comes out and destroys everyone who was in the previous match (except for John Morrison) and this sends us to break.
This was a fun little match to add to an already stacked show and it was nice to see Jeff and Matt Riddle team up. I will say that they do find the most unexpected times to bring Lars Sullivan back and hopefully for his sake this run lasts longer than his previous two runs. I wouldn’t be surprised if he is drafted to Raw as he could be a one month challenger for Drew McIntyre and they could also start the build to a Strowman vs Sullivan match at WrestleMania as that was what they wanted to do before Sullivan got injured last year.
We come back from break and it’s time for Round 3 of the draft, but before that Stephanie tells us that Lars Sullivan will be placed in the draft pool for Monday Night Raw. Here are the round 3 results.
Ricochet will continue his never-ending feud with The Hurt Business as he will be staying on Raw.
The battle of the bloodlines doesn’t have to end at Hell in a Cell as Jey Uso will stay on SmackDown.
God will be paying extra attention to WWE on Monday nights because his greatest creation Mandy Rose is on Raw.
Seth Rollins’ and our never-ending living hell will continue as both Dominik & Rey Mysterio (as well as Aaliyah and Angie) will be going back to the brand where the elder Mysterio made his name known in WWE as they will now be on SmackDown.
The 3rd round concludes with the addition of The Miz and John Morrison to Raw.
Ricochet will most likely continue to be the supportive friend of Apollo Crews in his never ending feud with The Hurt Business.
Glad to see Jey Uso staying on SmackDown so he can continue his feud with Reigns which has been fantastic.
Not sure why they couldn’t have just waited to have Mandy drafted to Raw this way instead of having to put us through this dumb ass lawsuit storyline with Otis and The Miz. I’m still bitter that they split Mandy and Otis so soon after the really good story they told in the first quarter of the year that led to them getting together.
Hahaha you really got us WWE, we actually thought you were going to finally end this story between Seth Rollins and the Mysterios but no we have to continue this story until the end of time because Dominik is forbidden to have a match on his record that doesn’t involve either Seth Rollins or Buddy Murphy. What makes this even worse is now I have to review this damn feud every week lol.
Good to see that The Miz and John Morrison are going to Raw as The Street Profits need some new competition as I don’t need to see them face Andrade and Angel Garza again.
It’s now time for our first of two title matches of the night.
Match #3: Bayley © vs Sasha Banks (SmackDown Women’s Championship) Sasha gets in Bayley’s face during the in-ring introductions to the point where the referee has to back her up.
Sasha kicks the chair (which Bayley brought with her to the ring) out of Bayley’s hand and then she slaps Bayley all before the bell rings.
The bell rings and Sasha goes right after Bayley as she backs her into the corner and is clubbing away as Bayley tries to get away. Bayley tries to get in a kick, but Sasha catches the foot and hits Bayley with a knee to the face. Sasha tries to stomp and choke Bayley in the corner, but Bayley quickly escapes as she continues to get as far removed from Sasha as she can. Sasha goes out and gets Bayley and throws her back in the ring when Bayley tries to walk up the ramp. Sasha goes for a schoolgirl which she transitions into a Bank Statement when Bayley kicks out, Bayley slides out and tries for a crucifix pin but Sasha kicks out and tries for a crucifix of her own but Bayley kicks out.
Sasha ducks a clothesline and catches Bayley with a tilt-a-whirl into a schoolgirl for another 2 count and then Bayley stops Sasha’s momentum with a clothesline. Bayley talks some trash as she picks up Sasha and goes to send her into the corner, but Sasha springs up and catches Bayley with her legs, Bayley tries to throw her off but Sasha ends up on Bayley’s shoulders and then she maneuvers herself to where she is able to hit Bayley with an arm drag. Sasha uses another crucifix to transition into a Bank Statement which is broken when Bayley gets her foot on the ropes.
Bayley rolls out of the ring and when Sasha reaches out to grab her Bayley lands a punch to Sasha’s injured neck, Sasha quickly recovers and rolls out to get Bayley, but Bayley has gotten her hands on the chair and she drives it into the gut of Sasha which ends the match. Winner: Sasha Banks via DQ  Match Rating: **
After the match, Sasha finally unleashes all hell on Bayley as she grabs a chair and beats the living crap out of Bayley with it and then she looks to Pillmanize Bayley just like Bayley had done to her, but before Sasha can jump on her Bayley is able to roll out of the way and escape the ring.
I am really surprised this match actually happened let alone went as long as it did, I was expecting one to attack the other either during the entrances or before the bell rang to the point where the match couldn’t happen as I think it would’ve been best if they were never in an official match until they step inside Hell in a Cell. I did like what we saw in the match with Sasha doing everything she could to lock in the Bank Statement in order to try and break Bayley’s neck while Bayley was doing everything she could to get away from Sasha. If WWE were going to make them have a match before Hell in a Cell then I think this was the best way they could do it, so good job by both women.
We go to the back where Kevin Owens is getting ready for his match against The Fiend later in the night, Alexa Bliss walks up and tells Owens to “Let Him In” and this sends us to commercial.
We come back from commercial and go right into our second title match of the night.
Match #4: Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura © vs The New Day (SmackDown Tag Team Championship) Cesaro and Woods start out the match and Cesaro pushes Woods into the corner and then roughs him up a bit which fires up Woods as he comes out of the corner with right hands until Cesaro cuts him off with a knee to the gut. Woods ducks a clothesline attempt from Cesaro and then takes him down with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors only for Cesaro to come right back with a clothesline taking down Woods. Cesaro toys around with Woods some more and then Woods fires back once again with some right hands, Woods ducks under two clotheslines and slides between the legs of Cesaro before decking him with a discus forearm. Woods knocks Nakamura off the apron and then hits Cesaro with a jumping clothesline in the corner and then he tags in Kingston. New Day hits Cesaro with the Up Up Down Down which gets a 2 count when Nakamura breaks up the pin with a sliding knee to the face of Kingston and then Nakamura kicks Woods out of the ring and that sends us to a commercial break.
We come back from commercial and the heels are in control as Cesaro hits Kingston with a flurry of strikes in the corner and then he sends Kingston into the opposite corner, but Kingston is able to move out of the way when Cesaro charges in and now both men are down. We get hot tags on both sides as Woods comes in and knocks Cesaro off the apron and then he takes Nakamura down with a leg lariat, Cesaro eats a boot to the face before Woods takes him down with an Honor Roll. Woods throws Nakamura out of the ring and then he takes Cesaro down on the outside with a wrecking ball dropkick. Woods catches Nakamura with a step-up kick and then he hits him with a rope-assisted tornado DDT for a 2 count.
Woods goes to grab the legs of Nakamura, but Nakamura kicks him off and crawls to the corner where Woods looks to hit him with a splash in the corner, but Nakamura is able to move out of the way which leaves Woods hanging on the top turnbuckle horizontally which allows Nakamura to hit him with a running knee strike. Nakamura tags in Cesaro and holds Woods in a gutwrench position so Nakamura can land a knee to the head of Woods and this gets a 2 count. Cesaro goes to pick up Woods but is hit with a jawbreaker and then Woods tags in Kingston, Kingston takes Cesaro over the top and to the floor with a hip toss and then he hits Cesaro with an awesome looking tornado DDT off the ropes.
Kingston throws Cesaro back into the ring and goes up top where he dives right into an uppercut from Cesaro which gets a 2 count. Cesaro tags in Nakamura and then gets Kingston in the big swing and is waiting for Nakamura to hit the Kinshasa, but Woods grabs his leg to prevent that from happening. Cesaro stops the big swing and goes over to deal with Woods and when he goes back over to Kingston he is hit with the Trouble in Paradise. Nakamura catches Kingston with a spinning wheel kick for a 2 count. Nakamura goes for the inverted exploder but Kingston lands on his feet and backs into a tag from Woods, Kingston hits Nakamura with a Trouble in Paradise and then Woods finishes things off with the Limit Break elbow drop and with that The New Day are 9x Tag Team Champions. Winners: The New Day via Pinfall   Match Rating: ***
After the match, Big E comes out to celebrate The New Day winning the tag titles for the 9th time.
This was a good match and it doesn’t look like Kingston and Woods have missed a day teaming up as they were as in sync as they have always been and it’s great to see both of them back in the ring. That tornado DDT that Kingston hit on Cesaro was awesome and it’s crazy that he was able to turn that into a DDT given how the move started, that shows why Kingston is one of the best.
Stephanie comes out and it’s time for Round 4 of the draft and this will be the final round on tonight’s show.
The new SmackDown Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods will be going to Raw.
In a shocker The New Day has officially been separated as Big E will be staying on SmackDown.
Dana Brooke will be joining her new tag partner Mandy Rose on Raw.
Otis will not be reuniting with his Peach as he will be staying on SmackDown.
The final pick for tonight’s show sees Angel Garza staying on Raw.
I know a lot of people are upset with them splitting New Day up in this way but I felt like this was a no brainer and honestly people should be happy that we got them as a trio for as long as we did as they had one of the longest consistent runs as a team that we have seen in years. I felt like it was time to separate them for a while as they had done everything they could as a trio and clearly exceeded everyone’s expectations of what they expected from them when they debuted as a team. Kofi Kingston even got a run as WWE Champion while in The New Day and I highly double he would’ve ever got that run had New Day not become as popular as they did. I did like that they separated them without having them turn on each other (that could easily change next week) as that leaves the door open for them to team up once again in the future and for all we know they could unify the tag titles and make it where the tag team champions can be on either brand as it’s clear that WWE doesn’t care enough nor do they have enough teams to warrant having two separate tag divisions. I look forward to the long-term Big E singles run as it has been great so far and I feel that at this point when it comes to a world title run for Big E it’s a matter of when and not if.
The rest of the draft picks in this round were pretty meh, but I guess they did that so we could have time to soak in New Day being separated as they kept cutting back to the ring where Big E had tears in his eyes because for him he isn’t being separated from his teammates he is being separated from his brothers. I will say that it would’ve made much more sense had Big E been drafted in an earlier round by SmackDown (they would pick Big E solo because they wouldn’t know Woods and Kingston were going to be back tonight) and then have Raw draft Woods and Kingston after they won the titles, the way they did it made Raw look dumb because they chose to draft a duo when they could’ve had a trio.
We come back from a commercial and go to Heavy Machinery in the back who are talking about how they hope Miz drops the lawsuit now that they are on different brands, Otis says he is going to keep practicing just in case they don’t and then they start looking through a textbook and Otis starts saying complicated legal words. Someone comes up and serves Otis more papers and it looks like Miz’s lawyer has continuance which means the hearing has been delayed.
Oh, goodie the fact that Miz and Morrison being on a separate brand doesn’t stop this awful storyline from happening in fact it’s going to get worse as because it will be taking up time on two brands and I wouldn’t doubt that Mandy is brought into it now that she is back on the same brand as The Miz and John Morrison.
We cut to a promo backstage from Sasha Banks where she calls Bayley a coward and knows that she should’ve seen an intentional DQ coming in tonight’s match. Sasha says that if Bayley wants hell then she is going to get it as they will be locked inside Hell in a Cell. Sasha says she is going to break Bayley and she says that Bayley used to be her best friend and she used to love her very much, but at Hell in a Cell she is going to take the one thing Bayley loves most and that is the SmackDown Women’s Championship;
This was another solid promo from Sasha and we officially have these two fighting it out inside the Hell in a Cell.
Somewhere around this time the announcers hype up Talking Smack and inform us that there will be more draft picks happening on that show. Here are the draft picks that happened on Talking Smack.
Dominik Mysterio has sadly lost his on and off tag partner as Humberto Carrillo will be staying on Raw.
You can’t continue a never-ending feud without all of the participants in the feud present and that is why Buddy Murphy will be going to SmackDown.
Heavy Machinery will join New Day in the team separation party as Tucker is going to Raw, knowing WWE they will have him trying to hook up with his best friend’s girl (Mandy Rose) seeing as Miz and Morrison inferred she was being passed around the locker room a couple of weeks ago.
Kalisto will be staying on SmackDown where he will most likely continue to feud with his fellow Lucha House Party members.
The newest member of the 24/7 division Drew Gulak will be moving over to Raw because of course everyone would rather see him in comedy segments rather than putting on really great matches where he twists people into knots and on occasion teams up with Daniel Bryan as a team of badass shooters.
Not much to say about these picks other than is sucks that another team is split up, which I think could be the worst move for Tucker as I see him quickly getting lost in the shuffle (especially once the stuff with Miz and Morrison suing Otis is over) without Otis and he is most likely bound for the 24/7 division.
We also get some hype for next week’s season premiere episode of SmackDown where Roman Reigns will defend his Universal Championship against Braun Strowman and New Day will have their last match as a trio when they take on the trio of Sheamus, Cesaro, & Shinsuke Nakamura.
Roman Reigns defending the title against Braun Strowman seems very random as Strowman hasn’t been seen on SmackDown in over a month as he has been taking part in Raw Underground, so not sure why he is deserving of a title match but whatever. Also, if the draft is over after Monday then why are Kingston and Woods being allowed to be on SmackDown?
It’s now finally main event time.
Match #5: The Fiend vs Kevin Owens KO rushes The Fiend right as the bell rings and hits him with a clothesline in the corner and then follows that up with two cannonballs, but The Fiend stands right back up as if he hadn’t even been touched. The Fiend goes on the attack with some right hands and a headbutt. The Fiend sends KO into the ropes and looks for a clothesline but KO ducks and then The Fiend hits him with a crossbody headbutt attack which sends KO out to the floor. The Fiend hits KO with a clothesline on the outside before throwing KO back into the ring, The Fiend sends KO into the corner and charges in but KO is able to move out of the way only for The Fiend to lean back which scares KO momentarily.
KO tries for a superkick but The Fiend catches his leg and hits KO with a swinging facebuster and then he rocks KO with a couple of strikes until KO comes off the ropes with a big lariat that takes The Fiend down for a second until he pops right back up. The Fiend tries to lock in a head and arm choke but KO elbows his way out and then he sends The Fiend out to the floor. KO goes out after The Fiend but is caught and hit with a uranage on the announce table and that is followed by a Sister Abigail onto the announce table and this sends us to a commercial break.
We come back to The Fiend still in control and despite KO trying his best to fight back, he is having little luck as The Fiend hits him with a uranage in the middle of the ring and then he twists the neck of KO who writhes around the mat in pain while The Fiend is laughing hysterically. The Fiend goes for Sister Abigail on KO but he is able to fight out if it and then he hits The Fiend with three superkicks in a row which are barely enough to get The Fiend to go down in the corner where KO hits him with two more cannonballs which make four cannonballs hit in the match.
The Fiend rolls out of the ring and KO follows him and hits him with a DDT on the floor, KO rolls back into the ring to break the count but when The Fiend gets up on the apron to re-enter the ring he is hit with another superkick which sends him back down to the floor and this leads to KO hitting The Fiend with a frog splash off the apron. KO wants to get a win by count out but The Fiend is able to get back to his feet, KO looks to grab The Fiend but he is the one that is grabbed and dragged back to the outside. The Fiend charges at KO but KO looks to hit him with a pop-up powerbomb through the announce table but he doesn’t get all of it so he tries again and this time The Fiend goes through the table.
KO is exhausted as he rolls back into the ring looking to get a count-out win, but once again The Fiend rises to his feet and when he slides back into the ring he locks KO in the Mandible Claw and even after KO hits a Stunner out of desperation the Mandible Claw stays locked in until The Fiend hits KO with a uranage while the hold is still on and that is enough to put KO down for the 1-2-3. Winner: The Fiend via Pinfall   Match Rating: ***¼
After the match, the lights go down and when they come back up The Fiend is at the top of the ramp with Alexa Bliss and they stare at each other under the red light and then they stare at Owens (who is in the ring trying to catch his breath after being in the Mandible Claw and then they turn back to each other and that is how this show comes to an end.
While this match won’t be getting any kind of awards for its work rate I thought it told a good story of KO giving everything he had and pulling out everything, but nothing he had in his arsenal would stop The Fiend or would even hardly phase him for that matter. I enjoyed this match a lot more than I expected to and kind of hope they end up on the same brand so they can continue to feud and I wouldn’t even be mad if they had Aleister Black join up with The Fiend and Alexa as The Fiend’s hired assassin, that would save The Fiend from having to wrestle on weekly TV because there should never come a time when The Fiend is wrestling every week, he is too special of a character to be just another guy who wrestles every week and we get tired of him in 3-4 months. After what we go last week I felt there was nowhere near enough Alexa character progression on tonight’s show as it was pretty much the exact same thing we got last week between her and The Fiend, hopefully, we will get more development next week.
This was a jam-packed episode of SmackDown, but I have to say that other than the Falls Count Anywhere match between Big E and Sheamus I think I preferred last week’s show a bit better as I thought both the Jey Uso and Roman Reigns segment, as well as the Alexa Bliss and Fiend story, were much better done last week whereas it felt like this week was just a holdover for those stories (with the exception of Reigns announcing the I Quit stipulation for the Hell in a Cell Match) as the main focus of the show was centered around the draft, but I’m sure the focus will go back to those stories next week on the big season premiere of SmackDown.
That’s it for this week but I’ll be back next week for the season premiere of SmackDown where we will get the fallout of Monday’s part of the draft as well as a Univeral Championship match between Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman.

You absolutely loved your new leather ring gear to match with the boys instead of wearing old worn clothes or uncomfortable long pants and tops that squeezed you to death. Al and Steve look for a female tag team partner for their match leading you to stop them in their search, "People say you're a weird team, but it's not a bad thing let's just make it weirder" you smile as the two look at you with curiosity before your theme played while Terri stands in the ring with Dean Malenko and Perry Saturn as you run and slide in the ring before throwing her in the corner and going to town until you tag steve in while flipping perry off as you and al climb in the ring and knock him down with a clothesline, taking any chance to secretly jump in and help either of them when the ref got distracted. The crowd chanted "Headcheese" while things grew chaotic but thanks to a surprising interference from Stevie while you join al and steve in their backbreaker leg drop by and land on dean with an elbow, sticking your tongue out like edge as the ref counts to three before putting a smile on steve's face as you sit on the turn buckle and dance while holding head in the air when al lifts you on his shoulders after agreeing to become their tag team partner anytime you were needed, you're confused when al puts a fake block of cheese on your head that made you have a little fun, "Hey boys" they turn around as Edge and Test go to your locker room only to see you moonwalking with the cheese on your head before going in your locker room and hearing edge say. "Don't think we'll forget this" edge and test laugh as they kiss either side of your face before they accompany you to the ring for your match with The Kat when Steph walks down to the ring and as get a three count, "Guess the annual slut is in town" you reach under the ring and grab chains, a trash can, and a bag full of thumb tacks before placing it all down and blowing a kiss at the boys as you knock steph down with your own boot and hit her all over with a kendo stick before having kat help tie the chain around her ankles and wrists followed by the thumb tacks being poured the ramp, you climb on the ropes and land a missile drop kick on steph before edge ran and caught you almost going over the barricade while the crowd chanted "ECW" and "Hardcore" as the three of you walk backstage seeing an amused Chyna and a smirking Stone cold. You stand ringside for edge's match and sit with JR and King during test's match after a random segment backstage with Lita and Trish, Summerslam came closer and closer over the next month as everyone trained and prepared for things to not only be unforgettable but where things would also go to shit for quite a few people.

WAR CHAMBER 3 - PART 2
Tumblr media
The Final Girl, Ziggy Haim is the next competitor to join the match, and as soon as her pod is opened, wastes absolutely no time, grabbing the trash can full of weapons she had waiting for her in her pod, dumping out a majority of them, including a kendo stick, a couple of cookie sheets, and a stop sign, before throwing the trash can right at Mayu Iwatani’s head, knocking down the Icon ! Ziggy then turns her attention to Blade, who was starting to get back up to her feet. Ziggy chargers Blade, and manages to duck a clothesline Blade throws, before hitting the ropes, and taking down Blade with a big shotgun dropkick! Ziggy then grabs the metal Stop Sign she’d brought into the chamber with her, and laying it in the center of the ring, before Ziggy grabs Blade, lifts her up, and drops Blade right on top of the stop sign with a DDT! DDT down on the metal stop sign! Ziggy hooks both legs, trying to get Blade out of here!
1…2.. kickout!
Blade out at two! Ziggy looks up at referee Tom Dunn and looks like she’s trying to argue her case, but Dunn insists Blade kicked out in time. Ziggy gets up, frustrated, and as he’s looking for a weapon to use, Ziggy notices Bayley laughing at her from inside her pod.
“I’ll see you when you get out of that pod, bitch!”
Bayley laughs and rolls her eyes at Ziggy’ threat. Ziggy grabs a cookie sheet, and blasts Mayu Iwatani with it, knocking Mayu into the corner with it! Ziggy then drops the cookie sheet, before rearing back and blasting Mayu with a chop to the chest! Mayu clutches at her chest, before rearing back and catching Ziggy with a forearm in response. Ziggy shakes it off and fires back wirth another chop, but gets caught with another forearm in response. Ziggy stumbles into the middle of the ring, as Mayu tries to charge her, only to get caught with an atomic drop! Mayu clutches at her tailbone, and Ziggy hits the ropes, before nailing Mayu with a flying heel kick, knocking Mayu down! Mayu lands in the glass from earlier, and groans in agony. Ziggy then decides she’s going to start moving some furniture around, setting up a couple of chairs and then grabbing the door that had been brought into the ring earlier. Ziggy bridges the door across the the two chairs, before grabbing Mayu, and laying her across the door. Ziggy then starts to climb up to the top rope, before turning around, and looking at the top of the pod. The crowd here in Atlantic City raises up to their feet, as it looks like Ziggy wants to take even bigger of a risk. Ziggy starts climbing up onto the pod, but he takes too much tine, and Mayu is already off the door, and onto the top rope, nailing Ziggy with a forearm. Ziggy gets stunned, and Mayu grabs onto her, and looks to be setting up for a Superplex off the pod! Before Mayu can start to lift Ziggy, though, Blade comes up underneath both men, and climbs up to the second rope, grabbing Mayu for what looks like it’s gonna be an attempted Powerbom, and now it looks like we have a Tower of Doom scenario! All at once, Blade, Mayu, and Ziggy fall from the ropes, and in Ziggy’s case the top of the pod, and all three women crash through the door!
Blade, Mayu, and Ziggy are all down now, unable to move, as the time ticks down, as we grow ever closer to where a fourth competitor will be joining them, and all three men are in a very vulnerable position! We might see our first elimination momentarily!

Rocky Jordan vs Joey Wolfe - Last Woman Standing
There is no immediate action. The two competitors circle around the ring, eyes never leaving the other. Both intended to keep this short and sweet. The referee eyes them both, almost worriedly. There’s nothing he can do in this match except count to 10 when one, or both, women were off their feet.
For Rocky, this is all-too familiar territory. The types of matches she’s been in with Riley; no disqualification, two out of three falls, all of it has prepared her for this type of match. She knew all of Joey’s weaknesses, knew exactly what to exploit. In her head, she had practically every possible way to end this match already in her mind. It was just a matter of choosing one.
Joey’s unable to hide some of the nerves coursing through her body. She’d never, ever prepared for a match like this. No amount of training could’ve prepared her. Her mind raced as it tried to formulate offense and defense at the same time. What had she gotten herself into? She wasn’t ready for this. She wasn’t sure she was ready for a chapter match, let alone a last woman standing match.
Rocky sees the shorter woman trying to formulate a plan, unaware of her surroundings for the moment, and immediately takes advantage, racing forward to take an unsuspecting Joey out with a vicious clothesline! Back first on the mat, the smaller brunette shakes her head, trying to clear the clouds.
“Count!” Rocky orders the referee, but Joey’s back on her feet before he can start.
Rocky’s eyes are widened slightly, as she tries to rush forward again. Joey ducks, Rocky rebounds off the clothesline and JOEY TAKES HER OUT WITH A DROPKICK!
The former Stardust champ immediately rolls to her knees, hands looking for a rope to grab onto to pull herself up. Joey refuses to lose the momentum, rolling back to her feet, closing the distance, and grabbing onto her opponent.
Joey was used to aerial moves in the ring, having always been smaller than her opponents. This time though, that option was effectively eliminated given Rocky’s submission skills. Joey yanks Rocky back, slamming her down. Rocky’s head breaks the fall as the back of her head bounces off the canvas. Seemingly satisfied, she rolls out of the ring, looking for a toy or two.
The referee waits a moment, before beginning his count on Rocky.
“ONE! TWO! TH…She’s up!”
He waves off the count as Rocky rolls out of the ring and to her feet on the other side of the ring. Rocky perks her head up, looking for her opponent. Joey, in the meantime, has gotten her hand on a kendo stick, waiting on a knee. Rocky takes a step back before taking off in a slowed sprint. She rounds one side, then the other, looking to take momentum. Joey sees her, swings the kendo stick, misses! Rocky turns around, stunning Joey with a wicked right hook!
The shorter woman stays on her feet, however! Rocky lands another, taking Joey off her feet. Joey lands head first, back of her head bouncing off the mat.
“ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
FOUR!
FIVE!”
This is it! It looks like it’ll be a quick win for Rocky Jordan!
“SIX!
She’s up! She’s up!”
The ref waves the count off as Joey stumbles to her feet. She’s visibly dazed and Rocky, annoyed at not getting the win, grabs hold. Slamming her back into the turnbuckles, she pulls her forward and turns her around.
An arm snakes up, and ROCKY SINKS IN A REAR NAKED CHOKE!
There’s a new life in Joey as her hand shoots out. On instinct she starts to tap but it doesn’t matter! Rocky could hold this as long as she wanted!
It’s a dangerous position, if Joey passed out it was an easy win for Rocky. If Joey managed to escape, it’d leave a gaping hole in Rocky’s current game plan. It doesn’t help than Rocky had about four inches and at least a solid 30 pounds on Joey, either.
Joey wasn’t a quitter, and everyone knew it. Yet it was still a surprise when she slowly began to muscle Rocky up, staggering to her feet. With some of the last energy in her body, she leans down and manages to jump up! She gets just enough height and just enough energy to position it where Rocky goes headfirst into the turnbuckles. The hold is released as Rocky blindly reaches for a rope to keep herself on her feet.
Not caring about a count or lack there of Joey rolls to the floor. She walks over to the far side of the ring. She flips up the curtain covering the apron, searching for a moment before she pulls out a table This could only spell bad news as she sets it up, pushing it to her area of choice. She ducks down one more time, putting a steel chair within reach. She climbs back into the ring and Rocky’s still a little out of it, causing Joey to promptly yank her forward into the opposite corner. Rocky hits the turnbuckles with a thump and drops to a knee, Joey raises the chair over her head and brings it down across her opponent’s back with a sickening crack!
Rocky yells out in pain as Joey brings the chair up and cracks it over her back again, before the shorter woman throws the mangled chair to the side before she goes out, dragging the table into the ring. She goes to set it up in the corner and ALMOST GETS CUT IN HALF WITH A SPEAR FROM ROCKY JORDAN! THE TABLE IS DESTROYED! BOTH WOMEN ARE DOWN!
The referee quickly checks on them both.
“ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
FOUR!”
Both women have barely moved from the remains of the table!
“FIVE!”
Joey gets enough mind to meekly push the table of the table off, rolling to the side along with it. Rocky’s reaching for the ropes.
“SIX!
SEVEN!
EIGHT!
NINE!”
The count is almost over! As if the word was like cold water both women scramble…
The referees hands wave wildly.
“THEY’RE UP! THEY’RE UP!”
Both get out of the ring at the same time! Joey’s on her knees, Rocky on one. Rocky’s got her head under the apron, looking for something. Joey follows her lead and…as what seems to become custom in Rocky Jordan matches, items keep getting thrown in the ring. Chairs, kendo sticks, there’s a lid to a trash can tossed in on one side. The can from the other. Ladders are pulled out, and both women look up in time to see the pulling one out.
There’s a moment of stillness, before both women stand and a flurry of fists breaks out! The action gets hard for the poor referee to keep track of, as Joey and Rocky never let the other woman stay down for longer than a two count, if the referee could get a count in at all. Now it was a true back and forth. Counter for counter; if one had a weapon the other followed up with one of her own.
Strike matched with strike, something that impressed the crowd given Rocky’s MMA background and Joey being nowhere near the same caliber as the former champion yet still holding her own.
There’s a ladder that had been set up during the last rush for new weapons to use. There had been a purpose for that, at some point, though with the amount of other furniture they’ve destroyed, both women have seemed to forget it was there.
Rocky has a plan to end this; if she can get Joey onto a table, hit her moonsault, she could pull Joey up for a powerbomb through the table. That ought to do it. That should seal the win. She climbs to the top rope, but Joey is quick on her heels, knocking one leg off the rope before the former
champion could take flight.
Luckily, Rocky always had a plan B, and with it being obvious her first plan wasn’t going to come to fruition, not with how Joey watched her like a predator stalking their prey.
She rolls out of the ring, Joey got on her heels.
They both seem to have a similar idea, because they go for the same table. After a tug of war, they both shove it in at the same time. They’d fight in the ring. There’s more weapons.
Joey’s in the ring first, getting her hands on the table. Rocky goes to push her out of the way and eats an elbow. Stumbling back, she grabs her jaw. It’s the momentary break Joey needs to get the table up and in place. All of the sudden her face meets the table! Rocky has a fistful of Joey’s ponytail, and slams her face first not once, not twice, but three times into the table!
Sure this was enough, the former champion goes back to the rope. Joey still has enough awareness to go for the ladder. Rocky isn’t paying attention, showboating a little. Joey gets herself positioned, gripping the edges of the ladder…
Both women jump from their respective perches, Joey a step quicker in a desperation move…
AND IT PAYS OFF!
Joey lands a cutter, off the ladder, sending both challengers through the table with the former Stardust champion taking the brunt!
The referee starts counting.
“ONE!
TWO!
THREE!
FOUR!”
Joey rolls toward the edge of the ring, landing on her foot. She has a tight grip on the ropes to keep herself upright. Rocky is still down.
“FIVE!
SIX!”
Joey takes one hand off the rope to grab the back of her neck, bouncing nervously.
“SEVEN!
EIGHT!
NINE!
TEN! THAT’S IT! RING THE BELL!”
As the crowd pops and the bell rings, Joey cannot stop the tears that start to flow as she lets out a scream of victory, throwing her hands into the air.
“Ladies and gentlemen, your winner, and the last woman standing, JOEY WOLFE!”
