🐻🐼🐻‍❄️ Their freckles/spots on their bodies is to represent that even being different species of bears they still have somenthing to make them unique and close to eachother

🐻🐼🐻‍❄️ Grizz and Panda managed to make an actual bedroom to Ice bear (with a little help of their friends of course) so he rest properly and more comfortable

🐻🐼🐻‍❄️ Ice bear sometimes teaches Grizz and Panda how to cook certain foods, sometimes the food ends up burning but well... they had some fun trying to do something new

i was eating lunch (a small kale salad with cut up tomatoes on the side) and my mom said that she’s proud of me for eating healthy and that i’m gonna be skinny minnie . then she said i should keep up the good work and that they’re gonna have to buy me new cloths soon since i’m abt to loose a lot of weight. lol thxs mom for giving me more modification to eat less. but she’s also a health freak so i don’t think she was noticing the portion sizes i think she was just noticing that i was eating healthier than normal. so far i’ve had 92 cals. my salad was 69 cals and i had 5+ 14 for a side snack while making lunch. see i promised y’all i was only gonna eat 50 cals and i’m sticking to it imma try to do that for a week and see if i can do it for the rest of the month so i can loose lots and lots of weight fast. sooooo excited to weigh myself at 5 when i get my colonic i’ll post before and after ofc

Notes:

Miss Alicia stepped it up again.  Her presentation was some kind of pasta+white Bean+kale soup that required 3 bowls before I decided it wouldn’t cause excessive “gas”.  Delicious. 

Other snacks were overwhelmed by Miss Alicia’s offering, but much enjoyed were cheeses, dips, crackers, nuts, dates, and veggies.  Everything was consumed !! 

There were at least 6 reds and 1 white wine available.  Considerable restraint was in evidence as we had 1 bottle left over and no trip was made to the house cellar.  

Miss Clara dared to bring current “friend” Preston to the workout.  He snuck in once before when I was absent.  I was disappointed that I could not find anything that would immediately disqualify him.  He had a firm handshake, and I saw no obvious tattoo’s or excessive piercings.  He responded appropriately to my coaching.  Neighbors confirm that he has an excellent pedigree.  I gave him a long-sleeved LHCF jersey.  I hope I don’t regret it. 

Armando brought H2O to go with the H2O that Tom brought recently.  THX.
