ok so, my two favourite headcanons for tgm (both cast confirmed and just headcanon) are

1. Jake and Bradley are exes, the break up was Bradley’s fault, neither of them really got over it and Jake was utterly heartbroken

2. Jake and Javy are best friends, have been since they were young

the combination of this is, obviously, Javy being determined to protect Jake from Bradley this time around because seeing Jake heartbroken again was not an option. That’s his brother. Bradley’s a friend but Jake comes first. Based on this, a scenario:

The entire Dagger Squad is at the Hard Deck for the night. Bradley upsets Jake somehow. Maybe he plays a song that reminds Jake of their relationship or he says something insensitive (by accident of course) and

Jake goes cold. He shifts his weight and Coyote’s eyes catch it. He notices Jake’s grip on the pool cue tighten just a tad and his face lose colour as his mouth tightens.

Aw shit.

He watches Jake put down the pool cue and calmly move towards the door. Coyote feels for him. He’ll talk to him later, Jake prefers a minute alone when he’s upset. Javy feels anger simmer in his gut as he watches Bradley’s face fall while watching Jake exit. Hasn’t he done enough? Does he have to make it worse? But then, like Bradley heard him and took that as a challenge, he rises and moves to follow Jake outside.

Oh hell no. No way, jackass.

And just like that, the rage he felt in his gut is calling the shots. Suddenly, Javy is crossing the room to cut Bradley off before he can get to the door. Bradley may be taller than Jake but Coyote isn’t small by any means. And Coyotes caught him off guard.

Bradley skids to a stop with a shocked face as he looks at Coyote blocking the door, the other Daggers just as shocked. Coyote isn’t usually an aggressive guy. He’s as relaxed as they come. But his eyes narrow as he stands firm in the route to the door. Thinks of the tears in Jakes eyes on the night Bradley broke his heart. Thinks of holding him as he wailed, eating ice cream and watching movies together until the early morning on nights he couldn’t sleep alone. Thinks of watching his brother shatter at the hands of someone he trusted with him implicitly.

Go ahead. Give me a reason.

Bradley keeps his eyes on Javy as he goes to walk around the man blocking him. Javy doesn’t even blink before shoving him backward with one hand, Bradley hitting the edge of an empty table and tipping the empty beer bottles on top over with an echoing ring. It was barely a shove, nowhere near enough to hurt someone as built as Rooster but it gets the point across.

“Coyote, what the hell?” Phoenix says with confusion. His eyes flick over to her for just a minute and takes in her furrowed expression but can’t find it in himself to feel guilty. She’d do the same for Bradley.

It’s all the opening Rooster needs to dart around Javy and get out the door to find Jake still standing outside, unaware of what’s transpired inside.

Javy sighs. He looks back to Phoenix with annoyance, knowing she did that on purpose to give Rooster an opening. Phoenix looks back without repentance. He’d do the same for Jake, she thought with certainty.

for some reason, 9-1-1 has lead me back to top gun thanks to its hc about Buck being ex(or active) Navy SEAL or a fighting jet pilot. Cause he definitely qualified as a walking human disaster that some how can properly operate a multi  millions dollar worth of fighting jet.  

(Buck 1.0 and Hangman would cause so much shit shows. Rooster would be so jealous of Buck not knowing Hangman only see him as a brother like Javy)

08.27.20: Hangman betrays the Bucks (pulls Nick’s leg) -> the Bucks lose the match -> he is unable to look Matt Jackson in the eye.

11.13.21: Hangman looks Matt Jackson in the eye -> Matt Jackson gives him the Nod -> Hangman wins the match.

09.04.22: Hangman looks Matt Jackson in the eye -> Matt Jackson gives him the Head Shake -> Matt Jackson betrays Hangman (pulls Hangman’s leg) -> Hangman & the Dark Order lose the match.

Totally random question, what is one item from the world of Fantasy High that Sparrow would want?

That's so funny, I was just talking to a friend about this!

Sparrow would want the Hangman (or an equivalent motorcycle). I actually asked the Sage months before the campaign started if it was possible for me to get one. I was very excited when we encountered some cycles in the Ring of Fire, and then subsequently very sad when I realized we wouldn't be able to keep them/use them outside of the Ring.

If we get our hands on another one, though, we do still have 4 soul coins so...
