TMM Olé / Au Lait / Ore Translation Masterpost
I know a scanlation is out there now (it uses a version of my translation, except maybe of the first section of chapter 1, which I know someone else scanlated), but here’s links to my original script-style translations anyway, if you want to follow along with your own copies of the manga chapters. I think I got a little better over time, but be warned some of these are rougher than others just depending on how busy I was with other stuff when the chapter came out.
Chapters:
Note: these are JUST translations, with no images! You can find the scans online from @hikayagami or else buy the Japanese manga.
Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 Chapter 4 Chapter 5
Chapter 6 Chapter 7 Chapter 8 Chapter 9 Chapter 10
Chapter 11 Chapter 12 Chapter 13 Chapter 14 Chapter 15
Chapter 16 Chapter 17 Chapter 18 Chapter 19 Chapter 20
Chapter 21 Chapter 22 Chapter 23 Chapter 24 Chapter 25
Chapter 26 Chapter 27 Chapter 28 Chapter 29 Chapter 30
Chapter 31 Chapter 32
Other stuff:
Bonus pages from all 8 volumes (including volume 7! Which I seem to have not done at the time somehow??? There was just one page with any text though, so)
Miscellaneous promo and bonus material from Nakayoshi and from Madoka Seiduki
Anything that was just a text translation, I pasted into those docs and will delete from this blog. Anything I actually scanlated, I’ll leave up, although I do also link them in the docs.

What are your thoughts on authors sexualizing the female cast? Do you think there should be a restrictions or restraints?
I know just the solution: male characters should also be sexualized to balance things out!
More people should follow anime's example, and have the dudes expose their midriffs, too.
Here we have a non-anime character, but the person who designed him certainly got the right idea with this animesque villain!

Tokyo Mew Mew Olé/Au Lait
I feel like as a society we moved on from Tokyo Mew Mew Au Lait WAY too fast. In fact, people never even gave it a chance and it's a shame.
The team it's SUCH a great dynamic, the humor is great, and this might be a little controversial but the romance rivals the original. The antagonists also really hold up, and have the same humanity that made the original 3 aliens so interesting.
Yes, I get it: the costumes are a bit offputting because they're not cohesive. But it is genuinely a great story.
And the art is absolutely fantastic!! I mean look at THIS
Anyway I love this manga and I think it's actually a great spin-off for the OG Tokyo Mew Mew

Slipping into my Tokyo Mew Mew Ole obsession and I know it isn’t popular but it is OUTRAGEOUS no one has written a single fanfic for this manga
LIKE ??? There are SO many options??? Cute oneshot about the gang??? Aoi/Anzu content??? Random crack ships (Ryuseii and ANYONE would be funny!! Except Hiroo), the ALIENS?? Hell, I would even argue for something about Anzu and LATTE.
A BEACH EPISODE FANFIC??? WAKE UP PEOPLE
I am just saying there’s lots of funny ways and if no one explores them I WILL

We need more Magical Boys
I just want to shout out Tokyo Mew Mew Ole. Honestly, we need more magical boy representation. The fact that such a popular franchise has gone this route is really promising. I know there are some anime with magical boys, but a lot of the time it's played for laughs. There's no reason for guys to be left out of this genre. There's so many fun things you could do, and guys deserve to have cute, magical adventures and save the day just as much as girls. Not save in like a hero way, but like a fun beat up aliens kind of way. I hope more franchises give magical boys a chance. Also feel free to send me recommendations for some good series.
