Finished replaying the Tomix saga, and now I'm sad again. Such a good storyline. And I just adore all the Weaver lore sprinkled throughout both it and the B1 Ravenloss saga. Soulweavers have some of the best lore in the game, frankly only the Ateala classes come even close to that.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll be thinking up Scenarios where the Hero can meet Tomix again. Possibly through Elpis shenanigans and the Mana Core...

I took a break halfway through a sentence in my interview prep for tomorrow to make this because I was listening to music and my entire brain suddenly screamed "THE SPIRITLOOMS ARE OVER HIS SLEEVES" at me and. well. I couldn't exactly not do something with that when it all fits so perfectly, now could I?
"Tomix," she repeats. "I see. . ." Avatars. Is he delirious? Does he need reminding? "I didn't know him, myself, but—to the best of my knowledge, Tomix Danao is dead."
He doesn't answer her for a moment—he's captivated by his own gauntleted hands, flexing each finger, one by one. "I am dead," he says at last, matter-of-factly.
(Roirr absorbs a piece of the mana core and disappears into his own past. Tomix and the Hero of Falconreach find themselves transported to Nieboheim by the resulting magic anomaly—and disappear into their own pasts, just a little.)
