Toyota could perhaps try to present it as a novelty sometime before 2017, if there were no other electric cars on the market, but nowadays such a product is technically backward and too inefficient...The problem is at the level of Toyota's top management and shareholders, because the engineers of this company actually know how to work, but most likely they are not allowed to do it...
