Hello Y'all! Recently @CollectorScum and I went off to Allentown, Pennsylvania for the 44th Semi-Annual 45/78 RPM Music Expo. This could be the most amazing and overwhelming thing for a 7-inch collector to do. Last year I only made it to about 5 or 6 tables. This time I attempted to walk around first and look at the tables before digging. Needless to say, I only made it to 5 or 6 tables. First up was the always amazing Parker's Records out of Ohio. It was also great to finally meet Don in person. He recently went through an incredible medical procedure and it was great to hear he is recovering quickly. I found some long time wants and some that were completely unknown to me. Leading the unknowns is Randolph Bros. Plus "What It Is," parts one and two. Super heavy with female Funk vocal and breaks. Garage / Soul party by The Weekenders "Signed, Sealed, And Delivered," and The Midnighters "Lulu." PIC(S) INFO: Spotlight on the ultra-exclusive 1970 French version of "The Nile Song/Ibiza Bar" 7" vinyl single by English psychedelic rock band THE PINK FLOYD. It is notable for being released as a singlensolely in the countries of France (1970), Japan, and New Zealand in 1969/1970 under the Columbia and Harvest labels. Sleeve 📸: C. Rose.

OVERVIEW: Both ""The Nile Song" was written by Roger Waters, sung by David Gilmour, omits any keyboard work by Rick Wright, and was included as the second song from PF's 1969 album "More," the soundtrack to the film of the same name.

PART II: "Ibiza Bar" was also primarily written by Waters, and features a similar chord structure to "TNS," but features a notably smoother production and the presence of Rick Wright on keyboard duties. Both tracks are among the two of the heaviest songs the band ever produced in their existence and have been described as proto-metal, heavy metal, acid rock, and hard rock in their sound.

First time release for these versions, first time on vinyl.
