Panoramaschaukeln by Pamela Pintus

Wenn ich jeden, der gerne schaukelt, bitten würde, die Hand zu heben, bin ich überzeugt, dass ich viele von ihnen in der Luft sehen würde. Wenn ich als Kind in den Park ging, war ich von der mythischen Schaukel fasziniert und wollte unbedingt auf sie steigen. Sie können sich also vorstellen, wie froh ich war, als ich entdeckte, dass im Tessin im Rahmen des Programms Swing the World Panoramaschaukeln installiert wurden, die von einem jungen Tessiner Ehepaar mit Spezialisierung auf Fotografie und Videoproduktion entwickelt wurden: Elisa Cappelletti und Fabio Balassi. Diese Wanderungen ermöglichen nicht nur die Entdeckung oder Wiederentdeckung versteckter und aussichtsreicher Winkel unseres Territoriums, sondern auch das Eintauchen in die Natur und das Geniessen ihrer Ruhe und ihrer Düfte in völliger Gelassenheit.

Könnte ich also das Schaukeln aufgeben? Auf keinen Fall! Auch wenn ich nicht alle ausprobiert habe, haben die, die ich persönlich anfassen konnte, ein unbeschreibliches Gefühl in mir ausgelöst, und ich kann nur raten, sich die Gelegenheit nicht entgehen zu lassen, wieder ein Kind zu werden. Gehen Sie hin und probieren Sie sie auch!

Hier ist mein Abenteuer...

Pizzo Zucchero, Onsernonetal

Die erste Schaukel, die ich vorschlage, befindet sich im Onsernone-Tal, in der Nähe des Zentrums von Vergeletto; von dort habe ich die Seilbahn nach Zott genommen und war nach nur sieben Minuten auf der Alpe Salei. Ich war so aufgeregt und neugierig, dass ich sofort den Weg nach Pilone zum Aussichtspunkt nahm, wo sich die Schaukel befindet, die höchste im Kanton Tessin. Ich war beeindruckt von ihrer Grösse - sie bietet Platz für zwei Personen - und von ihrer Schönheit. Man hatte das Gefühl, im Nichts zu schwingen, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht, die das Onsernone- und das Vergeletto-Tal, den Pizzo Zucchero bis zum Lago Maggiore vereinte. An einem klaren Tag kann man auch die beiden äussersten Punkte der Schweiz gleichzeitig bewundern, den höchsten (Monte Rosa) und den niedrigsten (Lago Maggiore).

Nara, Bleniotal

Die zweite Schaukel auf meiner Route liegt im Blenio-Tal in der Region Nara. Es handelt sich um zwei Schaukeln, die zehn Minuten Fussweg voneinander entfernt sind. Um sie zu erreichen, brauchte ich keine Seilbahn zu nehmen, sondern zog einfach ein Paar bequeme Schuhe an und parkte an der berühmten Pela-Bar, die als Ausgangspunkt des Weges bekannt ist. Die erste Schaukel (Swing 1) befindet sich etwa vierzig Minuten Fussweg von der Bar entfernt, in einer kleinen Waldlichtung und beim Schaukeln kann man den höchsten Gipfel des Tessins aus einer anderen Perspektive als sonst sehen. Die zweite Variante (Swing 2) hingegen bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, die Alpen als Kulisse zu nutzen. Das Besondere an diesen beiden Schaukeln ist, dass der Höhenunterschied, um sie zu erreichen, sehr gering ist (ca. 225 m) und daher auch für Kinder ein idealer Weg ist.

Cardada oberhalb Locarno

Die dritte Schaukel befindet sich auf Cardada, etwas oberhalb von Locarno, die ich bequem mit der Seilbahn erreicht habe, die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist wirklich schön. Wir befinden uns auf 1340 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel, von wo aus Sie Locarno, den Lago Maggiore und die italienische Grenze sehen können. Gegenüber liegt der Monte Tamaro. Für mich war das Schwingen auf dieser Schaukel sehr aufregend: in der Nähe von Locarno, aber gleichzeitig buchstäblich mitten in der Natur.

Shaka Beach, Vira-Gambarogno

Die vierte Schaukel hat mich sehr überrascht, vor allem wegen ihrer Lage. Bisher habe ich mich immer von hoch gelegenen Plätzen geschwungen, von denen aus man natürlich eine aussergewöhnliche Aussicht hatte. Diese ist jedoch im Wasser. Wenige Zentimeter über der Oberfläche des Lago Maggiore, an der Shaka Beach in Vira-Gambarogno. Abgesehen von der ersten Schwierigkeit, da man mit den Beinen im Wasser steht (es wird empfohlen, zu stehen), ist die Aussicht fantastisch. Vor mir lag das Verzascatal, hinter mir Vira-Gambarogno, ein Dorf, das sich mit seinen engen Gassen und alten Arkaden sowie den 1970 anlässlich der "Festa dell'affresco" mit Fresken bemalten Fassaden seine Eigenart bewahrt hat.

Seepromenade Ascona

Die fünfte Schaukel befindet sich in Ascona, einem hübschen Städtchen mit einer sehr romantischen Altstadt und unzähligen Cafés, an einer der berühmtesten Seepromenaden, der Piazza Giuseppe Motta, unweit der Altstadt. Hier ist der Blick ganz anders als bei den anderen Schaukeln, denn der See steht im Vordergrund und die typischen bunten Häuser von Ascona sind im Hintergrund zu sehen. Es ist ein einzigartiger, magischer Ort, der einen zum Träumen bringt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, glücklich zu schwingen, mich von der Luft wiegen zu lassen und mich um nichts in der Welt kümmern zu müssen.

Morcote

Die sechste Schaukel ist die jüngste, denn sie wurde erst in den letzten Wochen in der Gemeinde Morcote gebaut. 2016 wurde das Dorf mit dem Preis für das schönste Schweizer Dorf des Jahres ausgezeichnet, weil es seine Ursprünge bewahrt hat, die mit der Welt der Fischer verbunden sind, die ihre Häuser mit Blick auf den See hatten und die die Laubengänge seit dem frühen Mittelalter als Lagerplatz für ihre Boote nutzten. Die Schaukel wurde direkt vor einem der Wahrzeichen von Morcote aufgestellt, dem Glockenturm der Kirche Santa Maria del Sasso, welcher Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts erbaut wurde. Diesen kann man sowohl vom Seeufer als auch von der Altstadt aus über eine Treppe erreichen. Beim Schwingen tauchen Sie in die Seelandschaft des Luganersees ein.

San Grato Park, Carona

Die siebte und letzte Schaukel, die ich ausprobiert habe, befindet sich nur zehn Kilometer von Lugano entfernt, im San Grato Park in Carona. Dieser Park ist etwas ganz Besonderes und das merkt man sofort, wenn man den "Blumenweg" entlanggeht, der schon viel früher - auf dem Gipfel des Monte San Salvatore - beginnt und in den Park hineinführt. Im Inneren gibt es verschiedene Arten von Pfaden: Panorama-, Sinnes-, botanische oder künstlerische Pfade, die jeweils eine der charakteristischen Eigenschaften des Ortes hervorheben. Ich ging den Sinnespfad und den Panoramapfad entlang, wo auf einer kleinen Terrasse, die an zwei starken Bäumen hängt, eine Panoramaschaukel steht. Der Blick reicht vom Monte San Salvatore bis zum Luganersee, umfasst einen Teil des Parks und vermittelt ein echtes Gefühl von Freiheit und Leichtigkeit.

Panoramic swings by Pamela Pintus

If I asked everyone who liked to go on the swing to raise their hand, I am sure that many would do that. When I went to the park as a child, I was fascinated by the legendary swing, and I wanted at all costs to climb it. Therefore, you can imagine my happiness in discovering that they had installed panoramic swings in Ticino as part of the Swing the World program, made by a young Ticino couple specializing in photography and video productions: Elisa Cappelletti and Fabio Balassi. These swings allow us to discover or rediscover hidden and panoramic corners of our territory and immerse ourselves in nature and appreciate its tranquility and scents with serenity.

Could I give up swinging? No! Even if I haven't tried them all, the ones tried gave me a big emotion, and my advice is not to miss the opportunity to be like a child again. Go and try them too!

Here is my adventure…

Pizzo Zucchero, Onsernone Valley

The first swing that I propose is located in the Onsernone Valley, near the Vergeletto center; from there, I took the cable car in Zott, and after just seven minutes, I went down to Alpe Salei. I was so excited and curious that I immediately headed – taking the path that leads to the Pylon – to the viewpoint where the swing is installed, the highest in the Canton Ticino. Its size and its beauty stuck with me; you can sit in two. The sensation was that of swinging in the void, with a breathtaking view like of uniting the Onsernone and Vergeletto valleys, Pizzo Zucchero down to Lake Maggiore. On clear days it is also possible to admire the two extreme points of Switzerland simultaneously, the highest (Monte Rosa) and the lowest (Lake Maggiore).

Nara, Blenio Valley

The second swing of my journey is in the Blenio Valley, in the Nara region. It is a double installation, and the two swings are a ten-minute walk away. I didn't have to take any cable car to reach them, but I just wore a pair of comfortable shoes and parked at the famous Pela bar, known for the trail's starting point. The first swing (Swing 1) is located about forty minutes' walk from the bar, inside a small clearing in the woods and by swinging, it is possible to see the highest peak in Ticino from a different perspective. The second (Swing 2) instead allows you to have the Alps as a background. The characteristic of these two swings is that the height difference to reach them is very low (about 225 meters) and is, therefore, an ideal walk for children.

Cardada above Locarno

The third swing is located in Cardada, just above Locarno. I quickly reached it by cable car, and the view over Lake Maggiore is genuinely stunning. We are at 1340 meters above sea level, from where you can see Locarno, Lake Maggiore up to the Italian border. Opposite, on the other hand, stands Monte Tamaro. It was fascinating for me to swing on this swing. It was fascinating for me swinging on this swing: close to Locarno, but at the same time immersed in nature.

Shaka Beach, Vira Gambarogno

The fourth swing surprised me a lot, first of all, for its position. Until now, I have always swung from high points from which, of course, one enjoyed extraordinary views. This one is found in the water – a few centimeters above the Lake Maggiore surface, at the Shaka Beach in Vira-Gambarogno. Apart from the first difficulty, since the legs are immersed in water – the advice is to stand up – the view is fantastic. I was able to appreciate the Verzasca Valley in front of me, while behind me was Vira-Gambarogno. This village has maintained all characteristics, with narrow alleys and ancient arcades, and the facades frescoed in 1970 on the occasion of the "Festa dell'affresco".

Lungolago Ascona

The fifth swing is in Ascona, a pretty town characterized by a romantic old town and countless cafes, on one of the most famous lakesides, Piazza Giuseppe Motta, not far from the historic center. Here the view is entirely different from the other swings because, in the foreground, there is the lake and, in the background, the typical colored houses of Ascona. It is a unique, magical place that leads to daydreaming. My feeling was that of swinging lulled by the air and without any thought.

Morcote

The sixth swing is the youngest, as it was only built in recent weeks in the Municipality of Morcote. In 2016 the village was awarded as the most beautiful Swiss village of the year. It managed to keep intact its origin linked to the world of anglers, who had their homes overlooking the lake and used the arcades as a storage point for their boats since the early Middle Ages. The swing is right in front of one of the symbolic places of Morcote; the bell tower of the Santa Maria del Sasso Church (reachable both from the lakefront and from the historic center, via a staircase) built in the mid-16th century. By swinging, you can immerse yourself in the Lugano Lake landscape.

San Grato Park, Carona

The seventh and last swing I tried is located just ten kilometers from Lugano, inside the San Grato Park in Carona. This park is very particular; you can immediately see it by following the "path of flowers", which starts much earlier – on the summit of Monte San Salvatore – and leads to the park. Inside there are panoramic, sensorial, botanical, or artistic paths, each enhancing one of the characteristic place features. I went through the sensory and the panoramic ones, where on a small terrace, hanging from two strong trees, there is the panoramic swing. The view ranges from Monte San Salvatore to Lake Lugano, including part of the park and giving a natural feeling of freedom and lightness.

Altalene panoramiche di Pamela Pintus

Se chiedessi di alzare la mano a tutti coloro cui piaceva andare sull'altalena, sono convinta che nell’aria ne vedrei moltissime. Io stessa, quando da bambina andavo al parco, ero rapita dalla mitica altalena e volevo a tutti i costi salirci. Potete dunque immaginare la mia felicità nello scoprire che in Ticino avevano installato delle altalene panoramiche nell’ambito del programma Swing the World, realizzato da una giovane coppia ticinese specializzata in fotografia e produzioni video: Elisa Cappelletti e Fabio Balassi. Queste altalene non permettono unicamente di scoprire o riscoprire angoli nascosti e panoramici del nostro territorio, ma anche di immergerci nella natura e apprezzare la sua tranquillità, i suoi profumi, in massima serenità.

Potevo quindi rinunciare a dondolarmi? Assolutamente no! Anche se non le ho provate tutte, quelle che sono riuscita a toccare di persona mi hanno regalato un’emozione indescrivibile e il mio consiglio è quello di non perdere l’occasione di tornare bambini. Andate anche a voi a provarle!

Ecco la mia avventura…

Pizzo Zucchero, Valle Onsernone

La prima altalena che vi propongo si trova in Valle Onsernone, vicino al centro di Vergeletto; da lì ho preso la funivia, in località Zott, e dopo soli sette minuti sono scesa all'Alpe Salei. Ero così emozionata e curiosa che mi sono diretta immediatamente – prendendo il sentiero che porta al Pilone - al punto panoramico dov’è installata l’altalena, la più alta del Canton Ticino. Sono rimasta colpita dalla sua grandezza, ci si può sedere in due, e dalla sua bellezza. La sensazione è stata quella di dondolarsi nel vuoto, con una vista mozzafiato capace di unire le valli di Onsernone e di Vergeletto, il Pizzo Zucchero giù giù fino al lago Maggiore. Nelle giornate terse è possibile anche ammirare contemporaneamente i due punti estremi della Svizzera, quello più alto (il Monte Rosa) e quello più basso (il Lago Maggiore).

Nara, Valle di Blenio

La seconda altalena del mio percorso si trova nella Valle di Blenio, nella regione del Nara. Si tratta di un’installazione doppia e le due altalene distano dieci minuti di cammino. Per raggiungerle non ho dovuto prendere nessuna funivia, ma ho unicamente indossato un paio di scarpe comode e ho parcheggiato al famoso bar Pela, conosciuto per essere il punto di partenza del sentiero. La prima altalena (Swing 1) si trova a circa quaranta minuti di cammino dal bar, all’interno di una piccola radura nel bosco e dondolandosi è possibile vedere la vetta più alta del Ticino da una prospettiva diversa dal solito. La seconda (Swing 2) permette invece di avere come sfondo le Alpi. La caratteristica di queste due altalene è che il dislivello per poterle raggiungere è molto basso (circa 225 mt) ed è quindi una passeggiata ideale anche per i bambini.

Cardada, sopra Locarno

La terza altalena si trova in località Cardada, poco sopra Locarno. L'ho raggiunta facilmente con la funivia e la vista che si gode sul Lago Maggiore è veramente stupenda. Siamo a 1340 metri di altitudine, da dove si può vedere Locarno, il Lago Maggiore fino al confine italiano. Di fronte invece sorge il Monte Tamaro. Per me dondolarmi su questa altalena è stato molto emozionante: vicina a Locarno, ma allo stesso tempo letteralmente immersa nella natura.

Shaka Beach, Vira-Gambarogno

La quarta altalena mi ha stupito molto, prima di tutto per la sua posizione. Fino ad ora ho sempre dondolato da punti alti da cui, ovviamente, si godevano panorami straordinari. Questa, invece, si trova nell'acqua. Pochi centimetri sopra la superficie del Lago Maggiore, presso lo Shaka Beach a Vira-Gambarogno. A parte la prima difficoltà, visto che le gambe sono immerse nell’acqua - il consiglio è quello di mettersi in piedi - la vista è fantastica. Ho potuto apprezzare la Valle Verzasca, davanti a me, mentre alle mie spalle c’era Vira-Gambarogno, un paesino che ha saputo mantenere tutte le sue caratteristiche, con i vicoli stretti e gli antichi portici, oltre alle facciate affrescate nel 1970 in occasione della “Festa dell’affresco”.

Lungolago Ascona

La quinta altalena si trova ad Ascona, una graziosa cittadina caratterizzata da un centro storico molto romantico e dai suoi innumerevoli caffè, e più precisamente su uno dei lungolaghi più rinomati, quello di Piazza Giuseppe Motta, non lontano dal centro storico. Qui la visuale è totalmente diversa dalle altre altalene, perché in primo piano c'è il lago e sullo sfondo le tipiche case colorate asconesi. È un luogo unico, magico, che porta a sognare ad occhi aperti. La mia sensazione è stata quella di dondolare felice cullata dall’aria e senza alcun tipo di pensiero.

Morcote

La sesta altalena è la più giovane, in quanto è stata realizzata solamente nelle scorse settimane nel Comune di Morcote. Questo paesino nel 2016 è stato premiato come il più bel villaggio svizzero dell'anno in quanto è riuscito a mantenere intatta la propria origine legata al mondo dei pescatori, che avevano le loro abitazioni affacciate sul lago e che utilizzavano i portici come punto di rimessaggio delle proprie barche, sin dall'alto medioevo. L’altalena è stata messa proprio di fronte ad uno dei luoghi simbolo di Morcote, il campanile della Chiesa Santa Maria del Sasso (raggiungibile sia dal lungolago sia dal centro storico, mediante una scalinata), costruito a metà del ’500. Dondolandosi ci si immerge nel paesaggio lacustre del Lago di Lugano.

Parco San Grato, Carona

La settima e ultima altalena che ho provato è situata a soli dieci chilometri da Lugano, all'interno del Parco San Grato a Carona. Questo parco è molto particolare, lo si nota subito percorrendo "il sentiero dei fiori", che inizia molto prima – sulla vetta del Monte San Salvatore – e porta al parco. All'interno vi sono vari tipi di sentieri, panoramico, sensoriale, botanico o artistico, ognuno dei quali esalta uno dei tratti caratteristici del luogo. Io ho percorso quello sensoriale e quello panoramico, dove su un piccolo terrazzo, appesa a due forti alberi, si trova l’altalena panoramica. La vista spazia dal Monte San Salvatore al lago di Lugano, inglobando parte del parco e dando una vera e propria sensazione di libertà e leggerezza.

Entdecken Sie die Tessiner Parks mit Pamela Pintus

Diejenigen, die mich kennen und mir folgen, wissen genau wie gerne ich reise, um die verborgenen Ecken des Tessins zu entdecken, meine Reiseerfahrungen zu teilen und neue Reiserouten für Einheimische oder Touristen, die diese Gegend besuchen möchten, vorzuschlagen.

Es gibt bekannte und weniger touristische Orte, aber das Tessin ist sicherlich viel mehr als Berge, Seen und elegante Städte, in denen die Zeit langsam vergeht. Es gibt zum Beispiel viele Parks, die ein ideales Ziel sind, um ein paar Stunden oder einen ganzen Tag inmitten von Natur, Spass und Geschichte zu verbringen. Sie eignen sich für Familien oder für alle, die das echte Tessin suchen.

Machen wir eine virtuelle Reise durch die Tessiner Parks.

Sopraceneri

Kamelienpark, Locarno

Wenn Sie in Locarno sind, sollten Sie eine Tour durch den Parco delle Camelie nicht verpassen, der zu Fuss gut vom Stadtzentrum aus erreichbar ist. Dieser mir noch nicht bekannte Park machte mich neugierig, also beschloss ich, ihn zu besuchen. Er wurde 2005 eingeweiht und entwickelte sich schnell zu einer internationalen Attraktion. Hier können Sie verschiedenste Kamelien Arten entdecken, die den größten Teil des Jahres blühen und immer eine neue Blumenkompositionen bieten.

Ich war von der Stille und den Farben dieses Ortes angezogen, genoss einen entspannten Nachmittag und suchte zwischen den Kamelien nach meinem Favoriten. Bei dieser üppigen Auswahl konnte ich mich wirklich nicht entscheiden, schlussendlich erreichte ich das Amphitheater im höchsten Teil und von dort aus genoss ich eine wundervolle Aussicht.

Botanischer Garten von Gambarogno, San Nazzaro-Vairano

Von Vairano aus erreichte ich den Gambarogno Park, den ich sehr empfehlen kann. Wenn Sie alle Arten von Pflanzen sowie auch Winterpflanzen lieben, dann sind Sie hier am richten Ort, denn Sie können den Park das ganze Jahr über besuchen. Im Frühling werden Sie sich an den unzähligen, blühenden Arten nicht satt sehen können, darunter Magnolien, Azaleen, Kamelien, Oleander und Zitrusbäume, um nur einige zu nennen.

Der Park hat eine riesige Fläche von etwa 20.000 m² und erstreckt sich nach oben mit herrlichem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, Locarno und die Berge. Schon mehrere Male war ich dort und der Park bietet jedes Mal eine neue Überraschung. Besonders für Familien kann ich diesen Ort sehr empfehlen, da er sehr gross und nicht überfüllt ist. Der Eintritt ist kostenpflichtig, aber es lohnt sich.

Sottoceneri

Park Scherrer, Morcote

Dieser Park ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Morcote entfernt und bietet einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf den See. Er erstreckt sich über eine Reihe von Terrassen, von denen mir jede eine andere Aussicht ermöglichte.

Wenn man diesen Park besucht, scheint man durch die Welt zu reisen, ohne Morcote zu verlassen. Hier finden Sie Reproduktionen von orientalischen Tempeln, Renaissancegärten und exotische Pflanzen aus verschiedenen Kontinenten. Der Park ist ein echtes Paradies, dessen Verwirklichung auf der Leidenschaft des Besitzers für das Reisen beruht.

In der Tat kaufte Arthur Scherrer zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts das Grundstück, um einen Park zu schaffen, in dem er reproduzieren konnte, was er auf seinen Geschäftsreisen gesehen und geschätzt hatte. Ich ging die Wege bis zum höchsten Bereich entlang, ohne mich müde zu fühlen, und ich konnte versteckte Ecken, Statuen und Brunnen bewundern.

Parco San Grato, Lugano

Ich kann nicht versäumen, den Parco San Grato zu erwähnen, der europaweit eine der grössten Sammlungen von Azaleen, Rhododendren und Nadelbäumen besitzt.

Das erste, was Ihnen auffallen wird, ist die herrliche Aussicht. Der Park ist fast 700 m hoch und dominiert die umliegende Landschaft bis zu den wichtigsten Alpengipfeln. Ein Spaziergang im Park ist fast wie in eine Parallelwelt einzutauchen, es gibt verschiedene thematische Pfade, wie den Panorama-, den Sinnes- und den Entspannungspfad. Sie können es nicht glauben, aber ich habe sie alle gemacht! Es gibt gut ausgestattete Plätze für Picknicks und einen Spielbereich für Kinder.

Es ist kaum zu glauben, dass es nur wenige Schritte vom chaotischen Zentrum Luganos entfernt eine so ruhige Ecke wie den Parco Ciani geben kann, einer der schönsten Parks nicht nur im Tessin, sondern in der ganzen Schweiz.

Es ist der Bezugspunkt der Stadt, ein beliebtes Ziel für Einwohner und Touristen, die entspannende Momente zwischen den Bäumen und dem Grün dieses Ortes verbringen, der sich über 63'000 m² erstreckt. Ich war schon oft in verschiedenen Jahreszeiten dort und es ist immer wunderbar. Hier finden Sie einen Bereich für Kinder, Bänke, Sportgeräte und Joggingwege.

Der Parco Ciani bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Dörfer. Ganz besonders schön ist er bei Sonnenuntergang, wenn die Landschaft romantisch wird.

Parco delle Gole della Breggia, Morbio Inferiore

Ich möchte meinen virtuellen Rundgang in Tessiner Parks mit dem Parco delle Gole della Breggia beenden, der sich ein wenig von den oben beschriebenen unterscheidet. Er dehnt sich mit über 65 Hektar auf einen grossen Teil des Muggio-Tals aus und erstreckt sich auf die Gebiete von Morbio, Balerna und Castel San Pietro, die sich entlang des Flusses Breggia befinden, welcher die Landschaft während Millionen von Jahren geformt hat.

In diesem Fall sollte der Besuch geplant und organisiert werden, da sowohl aus geologischer als auch aus historischer Sicht wirklich viel zu sehen ist. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, einige Zeugnisse antiker Produktionsaktivitäten und historische Mühlen zu bewundern, oder Sie können einen geopaläontologischen Weg auf der Suche nach Fossilien und Gesteinen wählen oder sich Essens- und Weintouren widmen. Glauben Sie mir, es gibt viel zu sehen und zu tun und es wird ein unvergesslicher Tag werden.

10 'besondere' Restaurants von Pamela Pintus

Wer mich kennt, weiss, dass neben dem Reisen auch die Gastronomie zu meinen Leidenschaften gehört. Problemlos verbringe ich Stunden im Internet und suche Restaurants, welche mir neue kulinarische Erfahrungen bieten können. Auf meinen Reisen tauche ich sehr gerne in die Küche eines Ortes ein und probiere neue Gerichte aus, die ich auf meinem Instagram-Profil teile.

Die geografischn Lage des Kantons Tessin weist Merkmale auf, die aus landschaftlicher und kulinarischer Sicht den norditalienischen Regionen, insbesondere der Lombardei, doch sehr ähnlich sind.

Im Tessin gibt es viele Restaurants, die ich für ‘besonders’ halte, weil sie die anspruchsvollsten Gaumen zufriedenstellen können. Unten habe ich 10 meiner Favoriten ausgewählt.

Restaurant La Chiesa

Locarno Monti

Wie der Name schon sagt, befindet sich dieses Restaurant im Haus neben der Pfarrei der Heiligen Dreifaltigkeit. Die Räumlichkeiten wurden komplett renoviert und bieten ihren Gästen heute nicht nur angenehme Innenräume, sondern auch eine herrliche Veranda mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore und einen gepflegten Garten.

Die Küche ist raffiniert und Sie können typische mediterrane Gerichte oder solche mit einem asiatischen Touch zu kosten. Auf der Speisekarte stehen unter anderem raffinierte Vorspeisen, hausgemachte Ravioli, Fisch- und Fleischgerichte, darunter der Rehrücken mit Kastanien, Rosenkohl, Birnen und Blaubeeren sowie köstliche Desserts aus lokalen Produkten. Das Restaurant La Chiesa ist der perfekte Ort für ein romantisches Abendessen bei Kerzenschein.

Das Restaurant Locanda Locarnese liegt nicht weit von der Piazza Grande von Locarno entfernt und eignet sich für alle, die typische Gerichte der lokalen Küche probieren möchten. Diese werden aus lokalen Zutaten und mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe zubereitet.

Der Küchenchef achtet sehr auf die Jahreszeit, weshalb die Speisekarte je nach Verfügbarkeit der Produkte variiert. Im Herbst bietet die Locanda Locarnese Trüffelgerichte für die Liebhaber dieser kostbaren Knolle. Zu den Spezialitäten des Hauses zählen die Kastaniencreme mit Tintenfisch, Risottos, Wildmedaillons, Lammfilet mit Tessiner Kräutern und Schokoladenkuchen mit Maracujasauce. Das Antico Ristorante Rodolfo in Gambarogno ist seit Jahren ein wichtiger Ort für Liebhaber der guten Küche. Familie Ratti betreibt seit Generationen dieses Restaurant, das Tessiner Gerichte mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe zubereitet und ein hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bietet. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal und ungezwungen und dank des Kamins wird Atmosphäre warm und gemütlich.

Auf der Speisekarte stehen ausgesuchte und raffinierte Gerichte, die sowohl auf Seefisch als auch auf Fleisch basieren. Besonders lecker sind die frischen kleinen Nudeln ‘Maltagliati’ mit Wildschweinragout, das Wildfilet mit Johannisbeerrisotto und der gebratenen Fische aus dem See. Das gastronomische Angebot ist vielfältig und reich an Aromen. Ein echtes Muss für alle, die in der Nähe von Gambarogno sind.

Grotto dei Due Ponti

Die Lage des Grotto dei Due Ponti ist bereits eine Besonderheit. Es liegt auf einer kleinen Insel im Fluss Tessin und hat seinen Namen von den beiden alten Brücken, die dieses kleine Paradies mit dem Festland verbinden. Seit der Antike entstanden hier Handwerksbetriebe und kleine Fabriken und es wurden Mühlen gebaut.

Das Grotto bietet den Besuchern die Möglichkeit, typische Menüs in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Umgebung zu genießen. Besonders gepflegte und hauseigene Spezialitäten sind die Wildgerichte sowie eine grosse Auswahl an Rezepten auf mit Polenta. Die ausgezeichneten typischen Käsesorten und hausgemachten Desserts runden die Menüs des Grotto dei Due Ponti ab.

Osteria Ronchetto

Die Osteria Ronchetto bietet seinen Gästen Innenräume und einen schönen Garten, der ideal für Sommertage ist. Die Sitzplätze gibt es nur 20, die Einrichtung ist einfach, essentielles Besteck und streng weisse Tischdecken. Kein überflüssiger Schnickschnack, denn hier ist die Küche der eigentliche Protagonist.

Ein Ort, an dem dank der mit sorgfältig ausgewählten Produkten, der Geschmack der zubereiteten zurückgewonnen wird. Probieren Sie die Vorspeisen wie Wurstwaren, Tessiner Käse und Gemüse, Fleisch, Desserts und die lokalen Weinen. Täglich werden vom Küchenchef verschiedene Gerichte angeboten.

Das Grotto dell'Ortiga ist das Ergebnis einer gekonnten Renovierung alter Bauernhäuser in der Stadt Manno, gelegen in der hügeligen Landschaft des Tessins. Der gleiche Name, "Ortiga", leitet sich von der dialektalen Form "Urtiga" ab, die sich auf die Brennnesselfelder beziehen, die diese Häuser umgeben. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist rustikal, solide und essentiell, ebenso wie die Seele und der Charakter der Menschen, die diese Gebiete schon immer bewohnt haben.

Die Küche ist von der typischen Tessiner Küche mit traditionellen Rezepten inspiriert, aber auch von der toskanischen Tradition. Die Speisekarte bietet bewusst nicht zu viele Gerichte, sondern allesamt saisonabhängig und basiert daher auf frischen Produkten, hauptsächlich Bio. Zu den Vorschlägen zählen Lamm, Rind, Wild und Schweinefleisch, gekocht mit Können und Können, Wurstwaren und Käse und die typisch toskanische Ribollita sowie Tomatensuppe.

Chi mi conosce sa che una delle mie passioni, oltre ai viaggi è la gastronomia. Adoro trascorrere ore sul web in cerca di ristoranti che mi facciano vivere nuove esperienze culinarie. Grazie alla sua posizione geografica il Canton Ticino ha caratteristiche molto simili alle regioni italiane del nord, soprattutto alla Lombardia, sia da un punto di vista naturalistico e paesaggistico, sia per ciò che riguarda la cucina.

In Ticino si trovano numerosi ristoranti considerati da me “speciali” in quanto sono in grado di soddisfare i palati più esigenti. Qui di seguito ne ho selezionati 10 tra i miei preferiti.

Ristorante La Chiesa

Come suggerito anche dal nome, questo ristorante è ospitato nella casa annessa alla parrocchia della Santa Trinità. I locali, naturalmente, sono stati interamente ristrutturati ed oggi offrono ai propri ospiti, non solo delle piacevoli sale interne, ma anche una splendida veranda che si affaccia direttamente sul Lago Maggiore ed un giardino curatissimo.

La cucina è ricercata e permette di gustare piatti tipici della tradizione mediterranea, rivisitati grazie anche ad influenze asiatiche. Fra le specialità presenti sul menù figurano sofisticati antipasti, ravioli fatti in casa, secondi di pesce e di carne, fra i quali la sella di capriolo con castagne, cavoli di Bruxelles, pera e mirtilli, e golosi dolci a base di prodotti locali. Il ristorante La Chiesa è la location adatta anche per una romantica cena a lume di candela.

La Locanda Locarnese si trova non distante dalla principale piazza di Locarno ed è indicata per chi vuole assaporare i piatti tipici della cucina locale, preparati con passione e dedizione, utilizzando solo ingredienti del territorio.

Lo chef pone molta attenzione alla stagionalità dei prodotti, per cui il menù varia a seconda delle disponibilità. In autunno, ad esempio, la Locanda Locarnese, offre piatti a base di tartufo per gli amanti di questo prezioso tubero. Fra le specialità della casa spiccano la crema di castagne con calamaretti, i risotti, i medaglioni di cervo, il filetto d’agnello alle erbe ticinesi ed il tortino al cioccolato con salsa ai frutti della passione. Sono disponibili anche piatti per vegetariani.

L’ Antico Ristorante Rodolfo a Gambarogno, è da anni un punto di riferimento importante per gli amanti della buona cucina. Da generazioni, infatti, la famiglia Ratti gestisce questo locale preparando piatti della cucina ticinese con passione e dedizione, ed un ottimo rapporto fra qualità e prezzo. L’ambiente è rustico ed informale; la sala con il camino, poi, rende l’atmosfera calda e familiare.

Nel menù spiccano piatti ricercati e curati, sia a base di pesce del lago, sia a base di carne. Particolarmente gustosi sono i maltagliati freschi al ragù di cinghiale, il filetto di capriolo con risotto al ribes ed il fritto misto di pesce del lago. le proposte gastronomiche sono varie e ricche di sapori. Una vera esperienza irrinunciabile per chi si trova nelle vicinanze di Gambarogno.

La location del ristorante Grotto dei Due Ponti è già una particolarità; esso infatti si trova su una piccola isola nel Ticino e prende il nome dai due antichi ponti che uniscono questo piccolo paradiso alla terraferma. Fin dai tempi remoti qui si svilupparono botteghe artigiane e piccole fabbriche e furono costruiti mulini; oggi offre ai visitatori l’opportunità di gustare menù tipici in un ambiente tranquillo e silenzioso.

Il ristorante è raggiungibile solo a piedi, passando sul ponte romano. Particolarmente curati e specialità della casa, sono i piatti a base di selvaggina oltre ad un’ampia scelta di ricette a base di polenta. Gli ottimi formaggi tipici ed i dolci fatti in casa, completano la proposta del Grotto dei Due Ponti.

L’Osteria Ronchetto offre ai propri ospiti sale interne ed un piacevole giardino, ideale per le giornate estive. I posti a sedere sono appena 20, gli arredi sono semplici, la posateria essenziale, le tovaglie rigorosamente bianche. Niente fronzoli superflui perché qui la vera protagonista è la cucina.

Un luogo dove poter recuperare sapori perduti, grazie ai piatti preparati con prodotti selezionati con rigore. Da provare gli antipasti a base di salumi, formaggi e verdure ticinesi, le carni, i dolci ed i vini locali. Ogni giorno, poi, vengono proposti dallo chef piatti diversi.

Il Grotto dell’Ortiga è frutto di una sapiente ristrutturazioni di antichi casali contadini, ubicati nel paese di Manno, fra le colline e le campagne ticinesi. Lo stesso nome, “Ortiga", deriva dalla forma dialettale "urtiga", che indica i campi di ortiche che circondavano queste abitazioni. Gli arredi del ristorante sono rustici, solidi ed essenziali, così come lo sono l’anima ed il carattere degli uomini che hanno sempre abitato questi territori.

La cucina è ispirata a quella tipica ticinese con ricette tradizionali, ma si ispira anche alla tradizione toscana. Il menù offre volutamente non troppi piatti, ma tutti legati alla stagionalità, quindi a base di prodotti freschissimi, in prevalenza Bio. Fra le proposte spiccano le carni di agnello, manzo, cacciagione e maiale cucinate con sapienza e maestria, i salumi ed i formaggi e la tipica ribollita toscana, nonché la pappa al pomodoro.

Il Ristorante Porto Pojana ha riaperto i battenti dopo una lunga ristrutturazione, offrendo un ambiente elegante e raffinato e sale adatte anche per cerimonie ed eventi. A questo si aggiungono un lounge con scelta di pregiati distillati e spazi esterni.

La cucina è ricercata, con piatti in prevalenza a base di pesce di mare; fra le specialità spiccano fusilli integrali con coregone, gnocchetti alle vongole, pesce del giorno con varie preparazioni. Da provare il menù degustazione per un vero e proprio viaggio sensoriale, guidati dalle proposte dello chef.

Il ristorante Arté al Lago è stato più volte premiato e può vantare una Stella Michelin, meritata grazie alle creazioni dello Chef Frank Oerthle e il Sous Chef Diego Bertona. La location è d’eccezione: in una galleria ricca di opere d’arte che si affaccia direttamente sulle sponde del lago Ceresio, ed offre ai propri ospiti una meravigliosa vista.

Il menù è basato su piatti tipicamente mediterranei rivisitati dallo chef e dal suo staff. Si può scegliere pietanze alla carta oppure farsi guidare in questo percorso optando il menù degustazione.

Si tratta di un ristorante innovativo nel menù e nel servizio. È il luogo adatto per un brunch fra amici, in un ambiente curato ma essenziale, fra e tappe irrinunciabili durante un soggiorno a Lugano.

Anyone who knows me knows that one of my passions is gastronomy in addition to travel. I love spending hours on the web to discover restaurants for new culinary experiences. During my travels I love immersing myself completely in the local kitchen of the place, testing new dishes that I share on my Instagram profile.

Thanks to its geographical position, the Canton of Ticino has very similar characteristics to the Italian northern regions, especially to Lombardy, both from a naturalistic and landscape point of view, and concerning the cuisine.

As its name suggests, this restaurant is adjacent to the parish of the Holy Trinity. The premises have been completely renovated and offer now to their guests, not only pleasant rooms inside but also a beautiful veranda overlooking Lake Maggiore and a well-kept garden.

The cuisine is refined and allows you to taste typical dishes of the Mediterranean tradition, revisited thanks to Asian influences. Among the specialties on the menu there are sophisticated appetizers, homemade ravioli, fish and meat main courses, including the saddle of roe deer with chestnuts, Brussels sprouts, pears and blueberries, and delicious desserts made with local products. The Grotto dell'Ortiga is the result of a skillful renovation of old farmhouses, located in the village of Manno, between the hills and countryside of Ticino. The same name, "Ortiga", derives from the dialectal form "urtiga", which indicates the fields of nettles that surrounded these houses. The restaurant’s décor is rustic, solid and essential, like the soul and character of the men who have always lived in these territories.

The cuisine is inspired by the typical Ticino cuisine with traditional recipes, but it is also inspired by the Tuscan tradition. The menu deliberately offers not too many dishes, but all related to the season, so based on fresh products, mainly organically grown. Among the proposals stand out the meat of lamb, beef, game and pork cooked with wisdom and skill, meats and cheeses and the typical Tuscan ribollita, as well as pappa al pomodoro.

For pizza lovers the Chalet San Giorgio also offers pizza of excellent quality. The various rooms, both inside and outside, have a marvelous view of Lake Lugano and Morcote.
