Vogelbeer-Tee

Vogelbeeren trocknen und zerkleinern. Trocken und lichtgeschützt aufbewahren.

1 EL getrocknete Früchte auf 1 Tasse sehr heißes Wasser. 8 bis 10 Minuten zugedeckt ziehen lassen.

Zwei Tassen am Tag wirken harntreibend und helfen gegen Durchfall.
