After self-reblogging lots of my gorgeous gorgeous art, I got reminded that Azelma Cadash, Beata Ingellvar and Lumen von Valancius truly form the squad of Glamorous Tiny Ladies Bothering That Old Man (Blackwall, Emmrich and Abelard respectively)

Una Cadash and Yvie Lavellan bother Alexius; Jade Cadash also bothers Blackwall; Dee the Tav bothers Zevlor... But they are not Glamorous. Vorozhba the Vestige is Glamorous and Bothers That Old Man (Abnur Tharn), but as an Orc, she is the opposite of Tiny.

I'm curious about hit and run or cursed German solas

you and @ladyann1902 were curious about that but unfortunately there isn't much yet!! I just thought it's funny to have a modern-ish AU where I discuss formal address forms in German!

Also, I realized Solas wouldn't use Sie for us and instead more like. "Ihr" and "Euch" which I guess has enough medieval fantasy vibes that I can excuse it.

Still. I want to write something where Lavellan goes right back to "Sie" after he dumps us. Okay.

Anyway. Have a snippet.

Vielleicht ist es die Tatsache, dass er offensichtlich älter ist als ich und nichts mit mir gemein hat. Varric hat mir sofort das Du angeboten, aber Solas hat nichts in die Richtung erwähnt, also blieb es zunächst bei der unangenehm umständlichen Ausflucht, die ich sonst nur von Eltern meiner Freunde kannte, bei der ich jeden Satz so umstellen musste, dass ich ja nicht in Verlegenheit kam, ihn aus Versehen zu siezen oder zu duzen.

Natürlich war das Ganze zum Scheitern verurteilt. Im Nachhinein ist es eigentlich beeindruckend, wie lange ich durchgehalten habe, aber irgendwann war es dann soweit.

"Und, wo haben Sie vorher gelebt?", frage ich ihn vor dem Pub in Haven, den ich nur mit viel Wohlwollen als solchen bezeichnen kann.

Solas hält inne. Blinzelt. Dann lächelt er, was ziemlich unfair ist, weil es kurzzeitig jede einzelne Gehirnzelle in meinem Kopf außer Kraft setzt.

"Du", korrigiert er mich.

"Okay", sage ich, weil mir sonst absolut nichts einfällt.

Im Nachhinein wird mir auffallen, dass er meine Frage nicht beantwortet. Und viele Monate später wird Leliana mir den Namen eines Dorfes nennen, das schon so lange nicht mehr existiert, dass es auf manchen Karten gar nicht mehr auftaucht.
