Since you keep talking about it this week, the Tremors movies, and the TV series if you've seen it, which I think you have?

1. The first character I first fell in love with: 😬 I was a tiny tot when I first watched the original movie, and I have gone through so many phases of character love with this franchise I really don’t know who came first.  2. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: W.D. Twitchell, Melvin Plugg 3. The character everyone else loves that I don’t: This does not compute. Not love a Tremors character? 4. The character I love that everyone else hates: Travis B. Welker (he grows on me with every rewatch) 5. The character I used to love but don’t any longer: Cletus Poffenberger, Nancy, Dr. Casey Matthews. They’re all just...more boring than I remember Also if we’re counting the new TV series that never made it to pilot/past an initial trailer Valentine McKee. I don’t know what happened to him, but I didn’t like it. 6. The character I would totally smooch: Adult!Melvin, Grady, Tyler, Rhonda, Val(erie) McKee, Charlie (I think was her name, from the newest movie, the female scientist that wasn’t Jas Welker), Dr. Casey Matthews 7. The character I’d want to be like: El Blanco. Graboids don’t have to take the bar exam. 8. The character I’d slap: Melvin Plugg, Travis B. Welker, W.D. Twitchell, Desert Jack 9. A pairing that I love: Jodie x Larry is kinda cute. Also I saw Nancy x Miguel suggested somewhere, and I’d be down for that as a tragic ship. 10. A pairing that I despise: Burt x Tyler, Burt x Jas, Val x Earl, Grady x Earl, Travis x Val the Younger, anything that involves shipping a person with the Giant Worm Monster

Tyler looked over the rim of his sunglasses at the stout, bald man.   He turned his eyes back to his agent, Melvin Plugg, a look of irritation clear on his face.

"This ain't my bodyguard, is it?"  Tyler questioned.  "This guy looks like he'd have a hard enough time running away."

The man scowled.  "I'm not your body guard, Diva.  If you must know, I'm the guy he works for."

"I asked Mr. Twitchell for the best guy he's got," Melvin explained, placing a hand on his client's shoulder.

Twitchell nodded, though still looking less-than-enthused.  "Yeah, Mr. Gummer should be arriving shortly.  Trust me, Mr. Reed, you'll be safe in his hands."

Of all the protected valleys of all the world, why did he have to be stuck in this one? And why did it have to be inhabited by humans? His job would be so much easier without society’s rebels challenging his every word and making fun of his attire. He had a professional career that called for suits, and like a professional, he was going to wear his damn suits. Even if it was 110 degrees outside.
