Whilst there were aspects I liked of Seasson 4 a lot I think it is my least favourite season so far. Too much inconsistent writing and wasted potential. The 3 characters they wasted the potential of the most were Victoria Neuman, Tek Knight and Webweaver.

Webweaver did not get enough screen time and I've decided I will be incorporating him into my Ben x Homelander fics in comedic and maybe meaningful ways to rectify this thank you for coming to my ted talk:

Webweaver who loves Spidey bc he reps arachnid heroes in a positive light whereas society may generally have disdain for them associated w the tendency of people to be afraid of spiders

Webweaver who envies Spidey for having socially acceptable web orifices

Webweaver who spots Spidey at high society events and "heeeyyyy, spider-pal!" much to Ben's embarrassment

Webweaver who looks up to Ben despite how much Ben initially dislikes him

Webweaver feeling a flicker of hope and purpose the first time he collaborates with Spidey and Homelander. It's the first time he's ever gotten to run with the big boys as something more than a joke.

Webweaver who maybe finds support and encouragement from Ben for his addictions and never ends up in that cell at all
