White fish in red sauce

- THAW YOUR FISH OVERNIGHT IN FRIDGE

-Air fry chickpeas, season as you like. I used Italian seasoning & s+p this time

- Sautee vegetables of choice [I chose cabbage and zucchini. This is also good over rice]

-In a separate deep skillet, heat a can of crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce of choice, and olive oil. Mine was pre-seasoned this time [Italian seasoning]

- poach fish in the red sauce [I use tilapia, but cod or any other white fish will do]

- I ended up mixing the zucchini and cabbage into the sauce, I usually end up chopping the fish a bit as I stir.

- Put in bowl and top with the crispy chickpeas and pickled red onions
