A part of me breaks from these news not because I won’t get to see these wonderful characters on the screen but because it genuinely meant the world to me to see a show fearlessly rip us away from the confines of queerbaiting and allow us to express ourselves in both fanart and fanfiction without the anxiety of a “will they won’t they” scenario.

It was so lovely and the community has been so wonderful, the actors have been wonderful. Everyone has given their entire soul to this show and it shows. Thank you David, thank you for this lovely show. Thank you for embracing us as we are.
