So before changing the theme of my posting interest,I'd say thank you for the authors of Shokugeki no soma that were always make me amazed, inspirated, and motivated me to create an unique cooking irl. Tbh absolutely no one that can kick out food wars succesful legacy as a cooking manga, but sadly I want to end my tumblr content for Shokugeki no soma because rn I have another new interest from manga recommendation, like spy x family, Kaijuu no 8 and others.

What a journey to be food wars fanbase, no way I will forget the greatness.

about PRIZMAX disbandment...

Hi there.

So PRIZMAX staffs posted the famous "Taisetsuna Oshirase" on Friday, Jan 10th 2020 They also announced their last Live Level 0 ~FINAL~ which will be held on Friday, March 27th, 2020.

I kind of wondering why is such nightmare had to be announced on friday.... Yuuki announced his withrawal on friday too.

Ah, for those who doesn't know yet, Yuuki has graduated on Dec 29th, 2019, in the end of Level 9.

So they had announced their disbandment....

And obviously it had started since Tim left the group.

And when Kevin, Hide, and Fumi and PRIZMAX become a group of 7, the members and staffs have an agreement that if one of members decide to left, they'll disband PRIZMAX for sure.

The reason Yuuki left PRIZMAX was he'll be 30th by 2020 and he wanted to take a "second life" since he's been active in entertainment industry for 15 years. He had spent a half of his life working as entertainer.

I just became holic for 1,5 years and I'm very devastated today.

I'm shocked, but I'm not surprised.

I just didn't expect that they decided to disband...

By the way, have you listened to their new single (Dec 18th, 2019)?

I...dk what to write anymore. It's 1.24 am and I have not sleep at all.

I'll try to write again tomorrow....if I can.

Introduction to Club Slazy

Whether you heard your favourite 2.5D actor is in this or you just learned about its existence, this guide aims to help you dip your toes into the mysterious, sexy, and eccentric world of Slazy.

At Dilly Dally St. 24-7, Club Slazy is a place dedicated to lifting sadness from women’s hearts, and can only be found when you receive a Garnet Card. The top performers there are called Lazies, ranked from the Top Ace to Second Ace, Third Star, Fourth Star, and Fifth Star. Aspiring to those positions are the background dancers called the New Jacks. All the performers are named from the letters of the alphabet and introduce themselves like so: “Starting with the letter A, my name is Act.”

Tinkering behind the scenes, the Mystics erase the footprints of the guests every night. Unlike the performers, they’re named by numbers. (The notable exception to this rule is Q the head of the Mystics, but Q and 9 are pronounced the same in Japanese). The viewer is considered one of the Mystics, named 386 (pronounced Miharu). 

The cane-twirling Manager is the one running the show. He is assisted by his Shadow, a figure that is bound to his will and can only be seen by him, the Mystics, and the Owner. 

The Owner of the club during the duration of the series is Mr.X, a powerful man who makes it known how much he enjoys toying with members of the club. He makes it as difficult to leave the club as it is to find it. Situated below Club Slazy is the vaguely creepy Underworld, and looming above is the soulless world of Tori. 

In this series there are a total of six stage plays, five special lives, and a TV drama. The stage plays follow a non-linear timeline, each focusing on different characters during different points of an overarching story. Four of the special lives are just performances of the songs and dances while Special Live 2016 takes place after Final Invitation. The TV drama is a continuation after that.

Club SLAZY - OPEN

This is the first work in the series. It follows Endou (Izawa Yuuki), a despairing man who receives a Garnet Card after being dumped by his girlfriend. The Manager, Zs (Fujiwara Yuki), brings him to the club where he meets the Lazies. The short-tempered Top Ace is Act (Oyama Masashi), followed by the seemingly air-headed Second Ace Bloom (Ota Motohiro). The narcissistic Third Star is Cool Beans (Yonehara Kousuke), and the perpetually drunk Fourth Star is Deep (Kato Ryosuke). The Fifth Star position is vacant. Soon Endou becomes entangled in a part of the club’s dark past as he and Act fall prey to the manipulations of an ex-Lazy Ya (Osuka Jun).

2nd Invitation ~Sapphire~

Sapphire’s story starts before the events of OPEN, when King (Watanabe Daisuke) was the Top Ace of the club. It also introduces us to Q (Norizuki Kohei), the head of the Mystics. King becomes enamoured with a woman who continually occupies the special seat meant for the person with the deepest sadness, yet who leaves before his performance every night. 

3rd Invitation ~Onyx~

Bloom disappears from the club, and in his wake, two mysterious and talented performers appear. They are named Reti (Inzagi) and Riddle (Morisaki Win) by Mr.X (Ishizaka Isamu) and proclaim their desire to take over the Lazies’ positions. The ensuing conflict tears the members of the club into two factions, battling to preserve or destroy the status quo. 

4th Invitation ~Topaz~

Deep’s brother, Doo Bop (Kuranuki Masahiro), returns to the club after years of separation. His arrival digs up memories of the past, both joyful and painful, especially for Cool Beans and Bloom. This is the story of how the brothers first joined the club, and how Deep is involved in Q and Bloom’s past. 

~Another World~

Before Act was Top Ace, it was Will (Higashi Keisuke), a man with a nervous disposition and a weak stomach. Supporting him from the position of Second Ace was V.P (Kimeru). The pressure of being at the top drives Will to make a desperate bid for freedom. Meanwhile, what really happened between Act and the expelled Fifth Star, Eyeball (Nagakura Masaaki), is revealed. 

Final Invitation ~Garnet~

While Odds (Fujita Ray) is the substitute Manager in Zs’ absence, a new Top Ace needs to be chosen. As he and the remaining Lazies agonise over this decision, Q visits the world of Tori to make a bet. The Lazies will compete against the Captain of the Tori and the New Jacks under Mr.X’s judgement. If the Captain loses, Zs will be safely returned to the club. If he wins, he’ll become the new Top Ace and the New Jacks will become Lazies while Odds and the old Lazies will be banished to the world of Tori. Who will be chosen?

SPECIAL LIVE 2016

Club Slazy has a Red VS White singing competition! It’s Deep as captain of the “garnet red” team versus Cool Beans as captain of the “angel feather white” team. But this isn’t just repeat performances from the previous stage plays; the cast covers each other’s solo songs in this special year end spectacle!

Q has disappeared from Club Slazy. Is he on vacation? Did he get tired of everyone and leave? Or has he... been kidnapped? The drama is currently ongoing as of this date. You can find more information about it in this post and how to watch it as it airs in this post.

Falcom has released new information and screenshots of Ys IX: Monstrum Nox detailing the Seikoku Church and the Seikoku Knights, as well as sub-characters Chatelard, Berger, Ingrid, Marious, and Margot.

■ Keywords

Seikoku Church

A huge religious organization that does missionary work throughout the Eresia continent and is the established religion of the Romun Empire.

Like other regions, the people of Balduq are very religious, and many of its inhabitants gather at the cathedral on holidays for mass.

Seikoku Knights

One of the few knight orders of the Seikoku Church located throughout the Eresia continent. The order half-forced the church to permit its establishment, but is currently on good terms with the governor-general of the Romun Empire and is helping maintain public order in Balduq.

■ Characters

Chatelard (voiced by Yuuki Ono)

“That murderer Hawk… he is not someone I can overlook.”

The leader of the Seikoku Knights, a wing of the Seikoku Church located in the Gllia region. They are dedicated to missionary work and the preservation of the province’s public order.

Known for his devout faith, he is famous in the city due to his chiseled features.

He seems to take an interest in Adol and his experiences as an adventurer throughout many different regions.

Berger (voiced by Takahiro Shimura)

“Today is the day, I’m going to throw those eyesore weirdos into jail!”

A military man of the Romun Empire who works as the warden of Balduq Prison.

While impulsive and inflexible, he also has his own sense of justice, and because he always takes action with integrity, he has the deep trust of his subordinates and followers.

As a military man and superior officer, his judgment ability is strong, and he exhibits an unsparing attitude when it comes to the Monstrum making a fuss in the city.

Ingrid (voiced by Natsuko Hara)

“A relic that controls the weather? I couldn’t possibly believe such a fairy-tale.”

An intellectual woman and the cross-examiner dispatched from the Romun Empire to Balduq Prison in charge of questioning the imprisoned adventurer Adol.

Seemingly a total realist, she does not believe anything at all about the various adventures and mysterious events Adol has experienced thus far.

Marious (voiced by Shuuta Morisaki)

“Oh, you… somehow, you don’t look like a prisoner here.”

A young man imprisoned in Balduq Prison.

While young, he is capable in both insight and action, and has a friendly personality.

He seems to have lost his memories, as he himself does not have any recollection of why he was imprisoned to begin with.

Margot (voiced by Kujira)

“I think you ought to age a little more for a cigar to suit you.”

An old woman who loves cigars beyond anything else, and was the leader of the Gllia region resistance group known as “The Bell of Liberation.”

While hoisting the re-independence of Gllia several years ago, she was captured by Romun army during an uprising and imprisoned in Balduq Prison.

She seems to have obtained information on the Monstrum while in prison, and is trying to make contact with them for some reason…

SnS Week 2018: Prompt #3 Formal Event/Rivalry

Summary: It was a small request that hopefully would lead into something more. But for whose benefit? We will never know. MeguShiki with hints of Shinomiya x Inui.

Rating: K w/ light spoilers. 

Notes: I was almost tempted to not post this today because I’m pretty much exhausted but whatever. Since this happens about 2 years into their future, there might be a few spoilers so read at your own risk. Unedited version.

Baby Steps

Tadokoro Megumi twiddled her thumbs as she stood nervously among the food elites of Japan. Isshiki Satoshi was right next to her with an ever present smile on his face. He was comfortably talking to various people from the culinary world who mainly focused on traditional Japanese cuisine. Luckily, she was familiar with most of them and was able to respond accordingly whenever someone was being introduced to her.

Somehow, the former elite council member had coaxed her into accompanying him for the evening and it made her feel more self conscious than usual. Initially, she had wanted to flatly reject the idea, but she eventually relented, not having the heart to say no. Not when he pleaded for it to be her graduation gift to him.

She felt completely out of place in the grand ballroom because unlike her senpai, she was just Megumi, a country bumpkin who had no title tied to her name.

Every attendee looked absolutely stunning and so did she, although she would never admit that to herself. She was wearing a velvety, halter neck, midnight blue gown that showed not only her curves but also her bare back. Her hair, in a delicate braided up-do.

Trying to keep herself from fidgeting, she tried her best to concentrate on the conversation at hand. They were talking about the growing importation and exportation businesses on domestically grown ingredients and it made her feel left out. Much to her delight though, the conversation was interrupted when a familiar face asked to borrow her from the crowd.

It wasn’t much of surprise to find Inui sensei there.

After politely excusing herself from the discussion, she followed the head chef of Kirinoya who was excitedly pulling her arm.

“It’s so nice to see you Megumi-chan! How have you been?” The older woman inquired.

“I’m fine Inui sensei, I heard from Soma-kun about your engagement with Shinomiya sensei, congratulations!” She replied with a small, warm smile.

The dark brown haired woman grabbed her hands and started talking about wedding preparations.  

She excitedly told her about how he had proposed, how they were still deciding between a traditional Japanese wedding or a church wedding to be held in Sacré-Cœur, France, and a whole lot of things related to her big day.

She didn’t need to reply much as the normally calm alumna of Totsuki Academy didn’t mind leading their little chitchat. It was refreshing to have a conversation with her and it made her feel a little less tense.

Megumi examined her sensei who radiated with joy. She was truly, genuinely, happy for them. It may have taken her two professors years to admit their feelings, at least on Shinomiya sensei’s part, but she knew that love like that was worth the wait. She wistfully thought of wanting to have something akin to it.

Eventually, her attention slipped away from their little chat as her gaze fell upon Isshiki senpai once again.

She didn’t know why he had asked her to join him here in the first place. She wasn’t elegant or anything of the sort, she was just a simple girl who came from a simple family. Surely there was somebody else more fitting for the role, and yet, the former polar star dorm member insisted that no one would do except her.

He could’ve gone with Kinokuni senpai or even Ryoko or Yuuki, but he specifically singled her out for a reason she couldn’t fathom.

Speaking of Kinokuni Nene, she was also present in the ballroom but was with a different group. It had surprised everyone that the former 7th seat and 6th seat were not together yet. Everybody assumed that after Isshiki’s confession during the Regiment de Cuisine that the two would just hit it off. After all, He openly said that she was the one who had inspired him to do great in all his endeavors when they were younger. He didn’t pursue her though. 

She had been secretly, slightly relieved that he didn’t because after the battle to stay in school, something had changed between them. Although the emerald eyed man had lost to the then 1st seat, Megumi felt something she hadn’t felt before. It was more than mere admiration.

It became quite clear to her that he had always protected her. Well, he had been protective of everyone at the dorm, but it was very obvious to the rest that he had been more attentive when she was concerned. Isshiki senpai could be such a darling person, but he could be cold and ruthless to anyone who degraded her and her capabilities as a chef.

He had done a lot for her, and for them, in the shadows.

There was something hidden behind his friendly, teasing nature. And just like his cooking style, he could be ferociously aggressive when he wanted to be. He was no longer just a senpai to her, but a man.

Her musings, however, were short lived as she had to keep from blushing when he caught her staring. His eyes were gentle yet intense and she could not deny her feelings anymore. Somehow, along the way, she developed a small crush on the handsome, talented man.

She watched as he said something to the person across from him before making his way towards her. It didn’t take too long before he was behind Inui sensei. He had coughed to get the Mist Empress’ attention, and when he did, he asked if he could reclaim his date. 

Inui senpai nodded her head and smiled at them knowingly before leaving and finding someone else to talk to. 

Megumi could not help but blush prettily. She had never dated anyone before and had not considered this formal event as one and yet it felt natural for her to be referred by him as such.

He took her hand gently and led her towards a couple who, she safely assumed, were his parents. She tried her best to calm her racing heartbeat.

Isshiki had then proceeded to introduce them to one another and she couldn’t help the resurfacing feelings of inadequacy from smothering her. 

‘They probably think I’m not worthy enough to be here.’ She thought sadly however, to her surprise, the beautiful woman, who was Isshiki’s mother enveloped her into a warm hug.

“It’s nice to finally meet you Megumi-chan, we’ve heard so much about you!” The woman said as she released the petite chef from her embrace.

“Kimiko!” She heard his father sternly say before bowing to her.

“Please excuse our lack of formality. I’m Isshiki Takashi and it’s nice to finally meet you.” The current head of the Isshiki household had a hint of smile in his stoic face.

“Nice to meet you. Please take care of me.” She bowed slightly lower than Isshiki’s father while using a more formal language.

Once pleasantries and idle chatter were exchanged, the couple turned to leave. They had yet to converse with all their guests and it would be rude of them not to do so. But not before inviting her to gather in a less formal setting, which included getting lunch or dinner, sometime in the near future.

Megumi could not help but chuckle as she watched them walk away. Isshiki looked like his father but attitude wise? He definitely got it from his mother.

She stared up to look at her senpai who had stood at her right side, only to find him already staring.

“Your parents seem very sweet.” She said.

“My mother, yes. My father, I’m not so sure.” He replied in a tone indicative of fondness. “Would you like to dance with me Tadokoro-chan?”

“I don’t know how to dance senpai.” Her voice was soft. Her reply didn’t deter him from taking her hand and leading her out into the dance floor.

“Trust me, and relax.” He sweetly said as he put a hand on her lower back while his other one still had her hand in it’s grasp. They were close, almost hugging, as they started to do a simple waltz.

Megumi felt warm. She tried to follow his lead as best as she could while willing herself to relax under his care. She kept quiet the entire time, even as he twirled her around. 

“Tadokoro-chan?” He inquired, his voice deeper than normal.

She bit her lip, trying her best to not show him just how much he had affected her. Gathering her courage, she said something that he didn’t expect.

“Megumi. Please call me Megumi, Isshiki-senpai.” They had known each other for quite some time and it was only fair that they drop some of the stiff decorum that acquaintances usually possessed.

His eyes widened just a fraction, his smile growing bigger than normal. He nodded in agreement.

“Call me Satoshi, Megumi-chan.”

It felt nice being called by her first name.

Maybe, just maybe, when all was said and done, she’d get her chance and he’d see her more than just a cute, little kouhai.
