The TotK Cast as winter tourists in Kyoto! This is an updated version of an earlier artwork I made for a blog post I wrote for the Zelda Creators website! It relates to my holiday experience in Kyoto earlier this year and seeing the inspirations for both BotW / TotK while wandering around the city.

The Forgotten Hero - Concept page

You thought it was a Halloween story, well no! This character is real and is one of Ganon's henchmen

This ancient hero of Hyrule was erased from history due to his madness and crimes

The story goes that his head was cut off, that's why this character is looking for his enemy, (and has an unhealthy interest in heads?) also in place of his head is his spirit orb, which is on fire with his anger!

This character works with the Black Knight, unfortunately the two do not always get along due to the aggressive behavior of the forgotten hero

[ZELDA CREATORS] August 2024 Banner - Lyanna City

Late posting! I was the background artist for the Zelda Creator's August banner. The monthly location's based on Lyanna City [Present day] from Oracle of Ages.

This one was more difficult than I anticipated. Specifically, trying to translate a 2D topdown pixel image into a 3D layout from a ground level perspective. I actually resorted to using my Genshin Impact account's Serenitea Teapot realm to build a makeshift layout as reference.

After his initial surprise he tries to confront them when they suddenly run head first into danger!

They seem to be leading him somewhere....
