I’m not here to give you a hard time, so please just hear me out. Has a Ghibli movie ever made you really happy? Like seriously, think about it. Maybe when you were a kid watching My Neighbor Totoro, or Spirited Away, or Ponyo, for the first time. When you were older did you look for other Ghibli movies to watch? Maybe you first discovered Ghibli when you were an adult, and you still got wrapped up in it’s whimsical world. Now, how happy did it make you? After you think about that joy, let’s take a detour for a minute. Hayao Miyazaki despises AI.
