I hate posting this stuff. But if I don’t let people know as soon as possible less dogs get out. SOCIETY & LOS ANGELES RESIDENTS NEED TO CHANGE THINGS. Both dogs are housed inside. I cannot interact without a staff chaperone at this point. Cudi James has been great with me. He is being listed probably because of intake notes, unflattering staff notes and overcrowding. Geo isn’t great around other dogs he does not know. But he is a sweetheart one on one with me. He is also rescue only. He is stressing out in the shelter environment, and overcrowding are probably the reasons he’s being listed. Maybe this is a crazy idea… But potentially maybe there are better way we can do things? Geo does well with his partner Bonnie… But not with dogs he does not know. Not at the shelter anyway. He is six years old. He is rescue only. If you have him alone in the yard he is such a cuddle monkey. Unfortunately, if there’s a dog within view… He gets obsessed on that dog. He needs a trainer and rescue to help him get over that. Or he needs a home where he can be an only dog or develop a relationship over time.
