We will take a short trip through the fabulous Highlands and Loch Ness. We will make our first stop at a place called Callender or rather, Trossachs Visitor Centre. Our next stop is one of the lookouts at Glencoe, West Highlands for a great view of the Three Sisters, three craggy hills next to each other.   Spean Bridge is a village in Kilmonivaig County, Highlands. The village takes its name from Highbridge across the River Spin on General Wade's military road between Fort William and Fort Augustus, not from the 1819 Telford Bridge which carries the A82 over the river at the centre of the village.

The Beehive Cluster over the Great Herdsman, Glencoe.

Scotland's most famous mountain - Buachaille Etive Mòr is iconic for a reason. Viewed from the A82 road on the way past it looks incredible, and even more so if summited - with amazing views over the flat, vast Rannoch Moor that lies off to the East.

The Beehive Cluster is an open star cluster in the constellation Cancer. One of the nearest open clusters to Earth, it contains a larger population of stars than other nearby bright open clusters holding around 1,000 stars. Under dark skies, the Beehive Cluster looks like a small nebulous object to the naked eye, (a little fuzzy patch of light) and has been known since ancient times. It was among the first objects that Galileo studied with his telescope.

This looks quite beautiful and serene but I was well aware how dangerous the scene was. At this area there is a huge bog which had partially frozen in areas as the temperature dipped to a cool minus 7 celsius. In the pitch black with my feet sliding about next to water and rocks is always something that makes you work much slower and deliberately.

Toys Alliance - Acid Rain World - "Ratko" - FAV-A82

Well, this is figure I've been trying to obtain for a while now and finally found him on the secondary market located in Taiwan. It took about 1 week and 6 days for him to arrive in the states.

"Ratko" as he's called and I am still learning about the Acid Rain World characters and you can find the back stories on the world at: https://acidrainworld.com which I only recently discovered but haven't had a chance to read yet. This character, in my book is a cyborg with half his body robotic and the other half human.

He includes a side arm that fits excellent in the holster and a large curved knife and I forgot the name of this type of blade but it also fits well into a sheath. He also includes a rifle that can be pegged to his back. His cowboy hat can be removed and it's pegged into his head and doesn't fall out. He also includes some hair that can be pegged to his head to hide the peg hole. I didn't take pictures of that extra accessory, but it's included if you choose to use it.

I'm a big fan of Cad Bane from Star Wars and Clone Wars and he's a alien space cowboy basically. It seems if any character or action figure is released that is a Space Pirate or Space Cowboy they become very popular and appealing. This would be the same case for Ratko it seems. Very popular and very fun figure with excellent articulation that I forgot to mention.

Highly recommend this figure if you can find him for a good price. On the secondary market he can be expensive. Sometimes, you can find him for retail price if you remain patient.
